• Aura Juliet (1/5): No lo recomiendo - El personal es amable Reserve por el uso de la tina . Y fue pésimo . El agua literalmente hirviendo. Y el control de la temperatura es externo por el personal . Y solo te lo dejan por unos minutos entonces es muy difícil poner una temperatura “ ideal “ y coordinarse todos . Deberían poner instrucciones del uso de la tina . Realmente si alguien quiere descansar y usar el hidromasaje le recomiendo saltarse el plan . Las sabanas tenían manchas de suciedad

• TAYDE (8/5): - Ubicación. Espacio habitaciones. Atención del personal. Nos cobraron 2 toallas, tuvimos que pagar $75.000 porque estaban sucias de base de maquillaje. Las mujeres al lavarnos la cara, secarnos la cara, queda un poco de residuo de base que se quita con agua y jabón, sin embargo, nos la cobraron y no solucionaron enjuagando la toalla.
• Margaret (9/5): Excellent value hotel - I was at a conference at the Agora Conference Centre and it was within less than a 5 minute walk. There are pharmacies, small supermarkets, restaurants, vegetable shops and a wide variety of bars on the same street. I felt safe to walk alone even at dusk. It is on a main and busy street so the traffic noise was a bit loud, but not unbearable

• Luis (1/5): PERDIERON UN CLIENTE - Tiene muy buena ubicacion No cumplio las espectativas, primer dia no realizaron aseo, aunque pedimos toallas no las dejaron en la habitacion toco en la noche pasar a recepcion a pedir toallas, el siguiente dia al llegar se sentia mal olor, a encerrado y en la alfombra, la ventilacion del baño sale a la habitacion y por las lluvias no se puede abrir la ventana entonces queda cerrado, decidimos irnos antes, y por eso el sr de la recepcion fue grosero, la verdad perdieron un cliente.

The room was really noisy, it was facing the street and the windows are not nise proof, this is very very unconfortable specially the frst night that was during the weekend and the people on the streets could be heard until 2am.
