La unica salvedad es que el colchon del sofá cama es muy angosto para un adolescente inclusive, se podría mejorar. Resto perfecto.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Great location, great host!!! - The stay was fantastic primarily because Yanni took such good care of us. He was very responsive with communication and we greatly appreciated that he arranged our transports. The apartment is a nice size with comfortable beds and the location is fabulous! There is a market around the corner and great shopping and restaurants all close.
• Michele (8/5): Lovely apartment in central location brilliant for families with welcoming host. - The location was perfect, central but not too noisy so great for families with great facilities. Easy to get to many good restaurants and the acropolis was within easy walking distance so spot on for us and our needs. Yannis was very helpful and responded quickly to our queries. He explained many things about the apartment but if something else cropped up he replied quickly to answer our queries. We advised he send an electronic guide to the apartment once you have arrived to supplement the info in the apartment, for example we got bitten by mosquitoes in the apartment but didn't realise plug in mossie killers were available in each room as we hadn't spotted them when unpacking. He also recommended a lovely rooftop restaurant for our daughters 17th Birthday evening whilst on holiday and she absolutely loved the food and view so thank you Yannis for your top recommendation. The mosquitoes but they had provided preventative measures in the apartment we just didn't realise that fact so got badly munched whilst there. There was a problem with check in as Yannis had got held up in traffic due to a parade across the town however he recommended a restaurant nearby for a meal but as it was he arrived not too long afterwards so we were able to wait in the lobby of the building without issue. Basically the issues were outside of Yannis's control but he did his best to assist and ensure our stay was relaxing and pleasant.

Host was there to greet us upon our arrival and when we were ready to check out. Very much enjoyed our stay there besides the one negative I mention below. Only negative is that the apartment has a bad odor, very noticable. Hopefully the host remedies that.

• Adam (6/5): Not sure how I feel. - Very mixed feeling about this property. Owner is very nice so I’d like to say I loved it. Unfortunately, as an American there are things I’m just not used to and there are a ton of requirements. In order to shower you have to flip power switch for 20 minutes or you don’t get hot water. To use over you pull a propane tank from below to turn gas on and off. You get two keys, but one must remain in a specific place or all the power other than refrigerator will turn off, so you can’t really use both. And, so on. A lot to remember for a few nights stay. Also, needs a good deep cleaning.

Well stocked, literally everything you could possibly need they had including a small washer. The area is super convenient for seeing the sites. Within walking distance of everything. • Verified traveler (10/5): Spacious apartment in a great location - Superb location! Close to pretty much everything you would do if the intent of your visit was to tour the Acropolis. The host is very friendly, is thorough, makes you feel very welcome and provides you with a ton of information before you begin your stay. The apartment is spacious with pretty decor and quite secure. The only drawback is that water from the shower tends to spill out of the shower area on to the bathroom floor. But for that this is a wonderful place to stay!

• Krishter (8/5): - LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Location is excellent. Can walk to all the sights. Never needed a taxi except for airport transfers. Lots of restaurants, bars, coffee, shops, etc very close by. Staff very accommodating and helpful. Only nonpositive comment is that it was listed as a 4 star accommodation, but I would think more of a 3-3.5 star , which is fine to be in the center of the city. We stayed as a family of 5. Beds for 4 were good. Sofa bed for my son was ok.

• Kao (10/5): - My family of four had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. The whole place was clean and the deco was exquisite. All amenities including a safe were readily available. The kitchen was well stocked, including a coffee machine with some coffee capsules and tea bags. To top it off, we had access to Neflix, which provided entertainment in the evening when we returned from all day of visiting tourist attractions/shopping/dining. We were greeted by Yannis on arrival, who contacted me prior to ask if we needed transfer. He patiently walked us through the whole apartment explaining all the amenities available. He pulled up a map to show us the best routes to get to the Acropolis and recommended some great places for food. He also arranged for our departure transfer. He was very professional, friendly and courteous. The apartment itself was in a quiet street but was a very short walk away from the nearest café/restaurants/shopping. Great location! Plaka Elegant Apartment is definitely a top choice for us if we are to visit Athens again.

The location is fantastic --in the Plaka, very close to many pretty restaurant and shops, and an easy walk to Syntagma Square. We felt very safe at all times of day. We loved having the extra space and two bedrooms (the beds were extremely comfortable), and we looked forward to getting 'home' every day after our adventures. Yanni was very helpful and accommodating. We had a very pleasant stay here and greatly enjoyed our adventures in Athens.

Yannis arranged for transportation to and from the airport, was waiting for us when we arrived and helped us with check-out when we left. Beds were a dream, towels were plush, and everything was better than expected. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

He was quite helpful, as we were travelling with 3 year old, he has arranged milk,eggs etc. It was very clean huge place for 3 of us. Very close to all the shops and local attractions. Over all great place to stay. One and only issue bathtub. Its a little small and needs updating.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Ideal, centrally-located base for exploring Athens - The apartment offered two separate bedrooms, with a living room and kitchen (so, no sofa beds counting as a "bedroom.") A more-or-less modern space, with what appear to be family items mixed in with some ubiquitous IKEA. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly; there is AC but we did not have occasion to use. The building is secure; overall the street felt residential. The kitchen is well stocked to prepare basic meals; our host thoughtfully left us a basket of apples and some juice, along with a bottle of water. A grocery is less than 5 minutes away, and the main streets of Plaka have numerous dining options. The bathroom is of average European size small; the water pressure and temperature more than sufficient for the three of us to shower. Though steps from a major path in Plaka, in general the neighborhood was peaceful at night even with the balcony door open for breeze. From the apartment the walk is but 10 minutes to the Metro line going to the airport. We used a car service for arrival and the Metro for return with ease. Yannis, the host, could not be more welcoming. If you have a question, he has an answer, or knows where to find the answer. In short, should our travels take us to Athens on a return, we would not hesitate to rent this apartment again.
• Vicki (10/5): Best location! Elegant apartment! - This elegant apartment was in the perfect location for market and high end shopping as well as close to all the Acropolis and Museums! Very roomy with all the comforts. Great kitchen and wonderful library! The owner was great at helping arrange transfers from the ferry and airport!
