- Piętka (7/5): - Apartament w dobrej lokalizacji Pokoj nie był za czysty Dodatkowo czujemy się wprowadzeni w błąd. Na stronie internetowej hotelu oferowane były udogodnienia dla dzieci, takie jak sala zabaw oraz basen [za dodatkowa oplata ale znajdujacy sie w budynku ]. Na miejscu okazało się jednak, że znajdują się one w innym hotelu, o czym wcześniej nie zostaliśmy poinformowani. Uważam, że takie informacje powinny być jasno i wyraźnie zaznaczone w ofercie, aby goście mogli świadomie podjąć decyzję o rezerwacji. Niestety w naszym przypadku oferta nie była zgodna z rzeczywistością.

- Mais (1/5): Schlechte Erfahrung - Die Wohnung war in der Nähe von der Strand. Schön Weg zum Spazieren. Schön Spielplatz für Kinder. Es war kein Kundenservice von OlYmpic Park oder von Vacation Club vor Ort. Es gab kein Rezeption vor Ort. Zwei Wochen vor unserem Urlaub haben wir einen Nachricht geschickt, dass wir zwei Parkplätze brauchen, aber wir haben kein Antwort bekommen und als wir dort waren haben wir gefunden, dass wir für den zweiten Parkplatz ungefähr 20 Euro täglich bezahlen müssen. Als wir den Vacation Club angerufen, haben wir 30 Minuten auf der Warteschleife gewartet, um wir unsere Probleme zu erklären, aber leider das war hilflos. Außerdem waren viele Gegenstände in der Wohnung defekt. Die Schlafsofas waren fast defekt. Wlan war auch sehr schlecht. Ich werde niemals wieder bei Vacation Club eine Wohnung reservieren.
- Marta (5/5): - Super lokalizacja, blisko plaży. Niestety nasz pobyt w tym hotelu pozostawił spory niedosyt. Podczas rezerwacji w opisie obiektu znajdowała się informacja o basenie oraz przepięknej sali zabaw. Na miejscu okazało się jednak, że te atrakcje znajdują się w zupełnie innym hotelu obok. Sala zabaw dostępna w Olympic Park na 5. i 6. piętrze była w opłakanym stanie – brudna, z popsutymi i niedziałającymi zabawkami. Apartament posiadał dwa duże balkony, które w teorii mogłyby być atutem, jednak dla rodzin z małymi dziećmi były bardzo niebezpieczne – balustrady miały ogromne przerwy w miejscu łączeń, przez co w ogóle z nich nie korzystaliśmy. Już sam początek pobytu był problematyczny – w dniu przyjazdu nie otrzymałam kodu dostępu do mieszkania. Zgodnie z informacją miał on zostać wysłany o godzinie 16, jednak o 17 wciąż go nie było i musiałam dzwonić na infolinię, aby w ogóle dostać się do środka. Na 5 dni pobytu dla 4 osób dostaliśmy tylko 1 tabletkę do zmywarki. Oświetlenie w łazience było fatalne – przy lustrze działała tylko jedna z dwóch lamp, a sufitowe światło było bardzo słabe. Pod prysznicem woda stała w brodziku i spływała z dużym opóźnieniem. Szkoda, bo liczyliśmy na komfortowy wypoczynek, a zamiast tego spotkaliśmy się z szeregiem rozczarowań i niedogodności.
- Irena (7/5): Dobrze z drobnymi "ale" - - elegancki budynek, - bliskość morza, - fantastyczny widok z tarasu - czystość, komfort - ładna kuchenna zastawa (korzystaliśmy z kubków i talerzy) - mili i pomocni panowie ochroniarze - darmowe miejsce parkingowe w hali - cisza - zarwany, niewygodny materac w sypialni do wymiany - konieczna naprawa urwanych rolet w sypialni (zwisają nieelegancko) - konieczność dopracowanie detali np. urwanej zasłonki w salonie - przy kluczach błędna nazwa sieci i hasło do wifi. Prawidłowe jest na modemie. - brak pomocy ze strony operatora apartamentu

- KATARZYNA (5/5): - Lokalizacja i widok z okna na morze. Miejsce parkingowe było zapewnione. Blisko do plaży, promenady, sklepu spożywczego. Bar przy plaży na duży plus. Brak leżaków do dyspozycji, jeden uszkodzony. Na cały pobyt 8-dniowy tylko 2x papier toaletowy dla 5 osób a resztę trzeba było sobie zapewnić na własną rękę, brak ręczników i/lub ściereczek kuchennych, a w kuchni tylko 1x tabletka do zmywarki. Kontakt z administratorem był,ale niezbyt pomocny. Rozkładane kanapa i sofa strasznie niewygodne, twarde. Niedomyte okna i szklana balustrada balkonu. Wyposażenie apartamentu średnie, niski standard niby to co na zdjęciach ale stare.

Wyposażenie kuchenne z wyjątkiem talezy kwalifikuję sie do wymiany ze względu na zużycie. Kanapa i dywan nie prane od nowości. Taras prosi sie o wyczyszczenie, odświeżenie i przykręcenie paru desek. W łazience kolumna prysznicowa kwalifikuję sie do gruntownego czyszczenia (m.in. z grzyba) lub wymiany. W upalne dni doskwiera brak klimatyzacji.

- Martina von (4/5): - Bei der Ankuft war die Frau sehr bemüht uns ein anderes Zimmer zu geben. Während des Aufenthaltes waren die Mitarbeiter nicht bemüht man musste mehrmals anrufen und nachfragen, vein auschecken sehr unfreundlich und kein Verständnis. Würde ich nicht Nicht nocheinmal buchen.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Die Austatung des Appartments war für unsere Verhältnisse völlig ausreichend. Es wäre wünschenswert wenn der Fernseher wenigstens einen deutschen Sender enpfangen würde. Ein kleines Radio wäre auch nicht schlecht. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind ein großer Mangel. Auch die Riesenbaustelle unter unserem Fenster und Baulärm ab 05:00 Uhr machten den Aufenshalt im Appartment nicht grad angenehm. Das Serviceteam war stets frendlich und hilfsbereit.
