Guest Reviews
- Lydia (4/5): Don't stay here unless you speak Spanish! - This appears to be a family run hostel, but be warned - nobody here speaks any English. When we showed up, some young guys that were there showed us to a room, but when we came back hours later we were told that our booking was lost and they did not have any rooms for us . We were basically kicked out of the private room that we booked, and were eventually given a bunk bed in a shared dorm, They were very apologetic, and we did get a private room on subsequent nights, but it was stressful as we did not understand each other at all and were relying on Google Translate as well as occasional strangers to help translate. The facilities are primitive - there is only hot water sometimes, the bathrooms don't have toilet paper, and it can be quite noisy. They don't have 24 hour reception and the door is locked at night, which means there are people ringing the doorbell to get in throughout the night/ early morning. There was also no sign of the breakfast that was advertised.
