Nhân viên tiếp đón nhanh chóng, niềm nở và dễ dàng checkin và checkout. Họ hỗ trợ tôi đặt cọc ngay cả bằng tiền của nước tôi (một điểm cộng lớn) Phòng rộng rãi, thoáng mát và có tầm nhìn ổn. Với mức giá đã bỏ ra, tôi hoàn toàn hài lòng với dịch vụ ở đây. Tôi nghĩ khăn tắm đã quá cũ để tiếp tục phục vụ. Vui lòng thay khăn mới, nên có thảm chùi chân ở các cửa toilet.

• Sushil (10/5): A perfect stay at Soho Suites KL—great location, spotless rooms, and exceptional hospitality from Asaraf that made every - We had a fantastic stay at Soho Suites KL, and a big part of that was thanks to Asaraf, the hotel manager. He was incredibly professional, kind, and always quick to respond—his communication made everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The hotel itself is excellent—perfectly located, making it easy to get around and explore KL, and the rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It really felt like a home away from home. Asaraf’s attention to detail and genuine care for guests truly stood out and elevated the entire experience. Highly recommend both the hotel and his exceptional hospitality! There was not much not to like. I could not find any fault.

• Cheng (9/5): Perfect choice for Homestay near KLCC. - 1. The location is perfect if you want somewhere near KLCC. 2. The staff , Asaraf is so helpful. I would rate him 10/10 for his excellent service. 3. The security is tight. If possible, book a 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms unit. We booked the 2 rooms unit with one bathroom so it’s a bit inconvenient for 4 of us.

• Mari (9/5): Apartment with a really good city view and a good location - The views from the apartment were really good. The apartment was really clean. Asaraf was friendly and helpful. The location was really good for us. The twin towers and metro stop are within walking distance. The apartment was well equipped, there was also plenty of drinking water. Asaraf also made sure to message us every day to see if we needed anything else for the apartment.

• MING TSUNG (9/5): - 地點方便，附近就是購物中心，出入都用保全卡和密碼，門口都有保全，安全性沒問題，有提供上下車區域，方便搭乘計程車，這樣的環境，視野很好，可看到吉隆坡塔和雙子星，不過雙子星只能看到一小部份，重選一次應該會選擇無地標的房型，房間內還提供免費的飲用水，喝完了還可以請工作人員補充，真的很貼心。退房時退還押金也不囉嗦，服務態度非常好。剛進房時還有殘留上一位房客留下來的菸味，工作人員也立刻幫忙處理，之後打開空調後就好很多了。 家具部份舊且有破損，最不喜歡是床的部份，已經凹陷，睡了三晚，腰酸背痛，廁所淋浴間的玻璃門設計不良，水容易流到外面的地板上

• TINGYING (10/5): - Absolutely loved my stay at soho in KLCC! The location is unbeatable – super convenient transportation with KLCC Park, Suria KLCC mall, and the LRT/MRT stations just a short walk away. Getting around the city was effortless, whether by public transport, Grab, or even on foot to explore the Twin Towers and surrounding areas. The service was outstanding, especially from Asaraf – his enthusiastic and warm hospitality made all the difference! He was incredibly friendly, always smiling, quick to help with check-in, gave great local recommendations, and went above and beyond for every little request. His positive energy really made the stay feel special and welcoming. The apartment itself is impressively spacious – plenty of room to relax, a big comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchenette, modern furnishings, and beautiful city views that made it feel like a true home away from home. Great value in such a prime spot! Highly recommend this place, and a big shoutout to Asaraf for his exceptional service. Will definitely stay here again next time!

• Padilla (10/5): Central location, great value, helpful staff. - The staff from Wakely, Asaraf, regularly checks in on us via text message, to see if we are comfortable and enjoying our stay. He explained the check in and check out rules clearly as well as the housekeeping schedule. Just the rubber on the shower door, I think it's ready for replacement. It fails to keep water splashes inside the shower enclosure, so it seeps and makes a puddle in the rest of the bathroom/toilet.

Мы заплатили около 55 долларов за ночь и полностью цена себя оправдывает. Вид из окна ночью на город потрясающий. Стиралка с порошком позволила привести все вещи в порядок. До торговых центров главных близко, и до башен. Мы бы точно остановились тут ещё. Очень неудобный процесс заселения и выселения, офис у персонала находится на парковке. Пока их найдешь – уже опоздаешь на самолет. Если вам нужны полотенца или туалетная бумага, то персонал очень долго их несет, больше часа

• Sewon (10/5): - 이 보다 더 좋은 숙소를 찾으려면 많은 비용이 들겁니다 이 숙소는 여러가지로 만족스러운 곳이였습니다 우선 위치는 최고입니다 klcc공원, 트윈타워, 파빌리온, 부킷빈탕으로 연결되는 스카이워크가 조금만 걸어가면 있습니다. 꼭 스카이워크를 이용하세요 차로부터 안전하게 다닐수있고 시원합니다. 숙소 내부시설도 굉장히 깨끗합니다 방3개에 화장실 2개 넓은 거실 모두 만족 스러웠어요 깨끗하고 특히 건조가 되는 세탁기와 큰 냉장고 모두 잘 사용했어요 화장실 1개는 두방 모두 편하게 사용가능했어요 앞에 다른 숙소가 있어 가리지만 메인 방에서는 kl타워가 잘보여 뷰도 좋았습니다 큰 물통도 준비되어 있어요 수영장도 기대이상 입니다 넓고 잘 관리되고 있어요 asraf 또한 친절하게 우리를 대해주었어요 한 가지 단점이 있지만 이건 숙소의 문제가 아닙니다 주변 소음 특히 이슬람 기도 시간을 알려주는 소리가 새볔에 너무 크게 들린다는것 하지만 종교의 다양성이니 저에게 어려움이였지만 며칠지나니 괜찮았어요

Ik vond het ook erg fijn dat er een Whatsapp groep wordt aangemaakt en dat via hier de communicatie prettig verliep Betaald toegang tot het zwembad

Pictures used gives a false expectation of what one receives when they have booked. Kitchen utensils not sufficient and not as advertised.

• Elias (7/5): - It was in a very clean condition. Spacious apartment. The carpark ramp to higher floors (especially when there are no vacant lots at the lower floors) is horrendously narrow. Do not recommend people with large vehicles to stay here.
• Tricia (9/5): - The operator is very prompt in replying our queries. The location is close to Bukit Bintang and KLCC. It is a convenient location for tourists. It would be good to have a dryer in addition to the washing machine.
• Agnė (8/5): Dissapointing rooms, good location. - Superb location, great, very helpful staff. Apartment wasn’t as described. We got apartment with 2 rooms and of them was like a prison cell lol, super tiny and didn’t have a window. I get claustrophobic in small spaces and didn’t have a good night’s sleep at all. It was mentioned in the listing that “interiors might vary”, but it wasn’t disclosed anywhere that rooms won’t have windows. Unit itself was old, towels definitely need a change as they were stained and old, there were smoke burns on the couch.
• Mohamed Salihin (6/5): Overall ok but Parking is a nightmare. - The person entertaining us Asaraf is very helpful so is the girl(I think she is Indonesian). Both are very helpful seeing through our check in smoothly. Wifi not working, and they fixed it by bringing a dongle but the connection is slow. Can ask anything for help, towels can be changed everyday. Mineral water Is available which is very good. Parking is terrible. If you are coming with other then a sedan, please forget it. It's a nightmare on the turn. I saw many cars(mpv) with terrible scratch marks by the side. At one time I saw a Serena bump and scratch (terrible) the side wall. Happend in front of me. Two rooms power outlet not working, got to get socket extension from the host. Pool need to pay, other apartments are free for tenant to use gym or pool.
