- juan (7/5): Buen sitio para repetir - La cama muy confortable El desayuno cobraban 15 Bath por cada porción de mantequilla.
- Matthew (8/5): Amazing stay. Breakfast not amazing. - It's for sure a lovely, clean and friendly place to stay. I would skip the breakfast. Ive never been served salad, eggs and a tangerine for breakfast. I'd politely suggest they stick to internationally recognosed breakfast items... croissants, bacon, mushrooms, tomatos, beans etc. Millions come to Bamgkok, go out and drink. its a holiday! Then wake up to a salad? No.
- Mathilde (7/5): Good - room was very nice and clean and the whole space is very calm. the two cats are just adorable! staff was ok but not really friendly either, sometimes felt like you’re annoying them
- Tianzhang (9/5): Superb -
- Aleksandr (7/5): Good - It was interesting to stay here for a couple of nights. The place itself and location has traditional features, which I both found interesting and a bit strange.
In general comfortable, clean etc
- Michael (4/5): IT WAS AMAZINGLY HARD TO LOCATE - NO BATHROOM IN ROOM NO BATHROOM IN ROOM
HOTEL REALLY HARD TO FIND
- Courtney (9/5): Superb - The room and amenities were clean and fresh and beautiful. The room isn't very soundproof so there was very clear noise whenever someone was talking or walking outside in the hallway. But as it is a modified big house that's to be expected. I had the airconditioner and the fan on for white noise so I could sleep.
- Daniela (9/5): Superb -
- Rishiji (8/5): Very good - Nice hostel-like environment. Nice staff. Nice environment. Great breakfast. Excellent wifi. 2 cats if you are a cat lover. 1)The bathroom was private but was not in my room and I didn't expect that. I think the listing was incorrect on booking.com. So check it carefully if you don't want to have to go outside to use the bathroom. Also, the room I booked was listed as having a balcony but it turned out it was on the first floor (with no balcony of course.)
2) bed was very hard. I had to fold the comforter and sleep on top of it to soften the bed
- Paula (8/5): Country house experience in the middle of Bangkok - Service are super nice. Place is clean.
Many coffee shops at 10 min walk The small room is outside of the main house. It can be noisy

- Chane (9/5): Good location and super comfortable beds - Lovely little hidden gem in the bustling city, my favorite was how soft the bed was 🤩 had fantastic sleep. It’s very good for solo trip and a quick stay. The staff were helpful. The wall are a little thin but the rest was lovely
- Aintha (10/5): thank you Many Trees 😘 - I like this place because it feels like being in a garden house.
- Munoz (9/5): Superb -
- Munoz (9/5): Superb - U feel like home, the staff is really friendly and helps u a lot.
- Gabriela (10/5): One of my best stays in Thailand - Affordable, good value for money, great location (central yet quiet), very clean, staff is lovely, vocal friendly cat. There are also special touches like a robe, a nice warm lamp to make the room extra cozy, these kind of things. I really liked it. Breakfast could be more than some bananas and cup noodles and instant coffee, but for the price, it's pretty ok.
- Hamilton-martin (8/5): Very good -
- Romit (9/5): Will come back here 100% again - Homely property, Lots of trees, Feels like home, Room is well designed , Clean The approach road outside is very narrow, but Grab drivers do come to the gate so no worries
- Paolo (8/5): Very good - Lovely guesthouse, bang for the bucks in Suanplu area
- Jenny (10/5): Exceptional - Really nice location, it was a quite spot to relax and chill in the centre of Bangkok. Loved the garden. The shared bathrooms where always clean. We booked 2 night initially but stayed 4 in total. I would stay here again.
- Nikola (10/5): Exceptional -
- Erki (9/5): Would recomend - Clean, location is good
- Phạm (9/5): Superb - The place is very quiet and yes, a lot of trees around the house. We're welcomed everyday by their cats and their skinships. Room is large and clean with lots of space to organize your stuffs. Recommended! It's a bit inconvenient that your private bathroom is outside the house.
- Susan (10/5): Great stay in the heart of the business district. Lovely room, great facilities, would highly recommend. - Lovely room in quiet surroundings, lovely hosts too.
- Sam (8/5): Very good -
- Austin (8/5): Quaint hotel with comfortable beds and a warm shower - The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. There were big windows which allowed natural light into the room, and you could open the windows for fresh air. Shower was warm. The location is not great. It is a quarter mile down a tiny street which most cabs will refuse to drive down. You must take a cab at least 20 minutes to get to the main hotspots of Bangkok. Luckily cabs are cheap when they agree to use the meter.
- Sergei (7/5): Good - This is the green island in the middle of concrete jungles.
Calm place, clean, stable hot water, OK breakfast.
View 💘💘💘 Well, you have to share toilet and shower.
thin walls
- Iuliia (9/5): Superb -
- Godelnik (9/5): Superb - The bed was very comfortable! The room was cozy and nice
- Daniel (10/5): Great stay I would recommend this place. - Breakfast was great and great staff. I would stay there again. Nothing.
- Denis (8/5): Very good - Great house with ambience, spacious, clean, low rise, easy to check in and to check out breakfast was simple but ok, it is actually not difficult to find or get there, just the first time can be tricky.
- Volkan (3/5): Poor - The Kitchen is very nice The walls from the upstairs are so thin you can hear your neighbours. İts like a NURSİNG HOME. İf you like quiet place this place is very nice. İf you listen music or speak a bit loud i dont recomend this place. Thanks 👍
- Adriana (9/5): Superb -
- Ryan (9/5): Superb -
- Thị (10/5): Exceptional - Staying here for two weeks before starting my job in Bangkok is the best choice. It's an amazing hotel with very kind and friendly staff. I will tell my friends to stay here when they come to Bangkok.
- Rob (8/5): One of the better options in the Sathorn area - The rooms are large. Started in the family room and booked an extra night in the cheaper more basic room. I actually preferred the basic one, as it was brighter, lighter and less cluttered. These basic rooms don’t have a water cooker and fridge though, but they can be used in te common area. Shared bathroom is close to rooms and very clean. Matras quality in the smaller room seemed to be better. Walls and floors between rooms are a little thin.
- Nikhil (10/5): Exceptional - It was like home away from home.
Very good sleep on the fine cotton sheets and great pillows. Not to mention the great air-conditioning in the room.
Very tastefully appointed with great quality products, from soaps & shampoos to coffee to.... Location in Soi 1 Phlu alley of Naradhiwas road. The alley is very narrow and cabs refuse to go into it. Also it is a good 20 minutes walk to the nearest metro station (BTS) in really humid weather.
Also I'm not keen on sharing bathrooms, especially with some guests who can be quite messy.
It is sad that the neighbours made them crop their trees
- Htet (7/5): Good -
- Anatoly (10/5): Exceptional -
- Annb26 (8/5): Very good -
- Evo (10/5): Exceptional - Great location. Cheap price. Nice people
- Patrik (9/5): Superb - Very nice room and close to a bustling street that offers every thing you expect from a Bangkok trip;) The breakfast is european/american , ok ,but would have loved to have a Thai option as well.
- Oli (9/5): A pocket of peace in Bangkok - Incredible staff, clear communication and well thought-through systems to facilitate hospitality. A pocket of peace in Bangkok Everything about this place is perfect for budget traveling - only issue is the walls are thin, so the quietness of your stay depends on the respectfulness of your neighbours!
- Ivan (10/5): Exceptional - The best place to stay in the heart of the business area. Comfortable, clean and cosy like at home
- Fredrik (4/5): - Comfortable bed. Quiet location.
Huge thermite problem. My luggage was filled with thermites when I came home.
My room was full of thermites twice.
It’s a cheap hostel in Thailand, AC works, fan is good. Can’t expect much more.
- Romain (9/5): Superb - Très paisible
- Ashley (10/5): Fantastic stay! - I had the best stay at this homestay. The location is nice, with a lot of restaurants and some bars a short walk away. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe walking in the alley at night and early morning because it is well lit and there is usually always at least a few people around. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean, and the shared bathroom is only shared between a few people and always kept very clean. The breakfast was delicious each morning, and the people who run it are so kind and caring - she even brought me a box of cough drops when she noticed I had a cough. Can’t recommend this place enough!
- Ieleke (10/5): Exceptional - Everything about this place, the smbiance feels like you are really in Bangkok the small already and market nearby. So local, i love it! Got the perfect corner bright room however in the summer using the fan helps more withbthe heat and yet it is a bit noisy, may be putting new one would be an adding point.
- Bruce (8/5): Very good -
- Max (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christian (8/5): Very good -
- Piangrampa (10/5): Feel like home - Vibe and people comfortable make you feel like home.
- Jason (9/5): Superb -
- Evo (10/5): Exceptional - Great place to stay. Cheapest in the area. It has a couple of rooms and a shared bathroom. It's all very clean and the rooms are equipped with airco and fans. In contrary to other places in Thailand, the beds are soft! It's situated in a little soi that leads to a busy set of streets that has many restaurants, food stalls, pan cakes places and coffee shops. I spend three hours there just walking around and eating here and there. Absolutely best value for your money in the area!
- Nataliya (10/5): wonderful - this place is something special!!! its my first time experience with homestay and it it awesome.
i was happy to get the double room because single room was occupied - room is big and spacious, extra comfy bed, everything is tidy and in one netty asian style. Everything is super clean, nice territory, good breakfast
And extremely friendly and trying to help family, but it was a bot difficult to communicate, because they dont speak english the street is narrow and little bit spooky at night, but it is safe, dont worry!
- Иван (10/5): Good only good - Garden, fresh AIR
- Jean (10/5): Definitely the best place to stay in Bangkok - It's very quiet, the staff and the owner are very helpful. it's very clean. Rooms are cosy and comfortable. You can use the kitchen, the lounge, rest in the garden, etc. it's surrounded by trees. birds songs in the morning. Easy to get a taxi. Restaurants, 7/11, shops, market, bank just a few minutes away. The breakfast is big. The staff is cooking food for you if you don't want to go out. It's like an oasis in the middle of Bangkok. The best place I stayed in Bangkok for years and for sure I will be back.
- Marianne (6/5): not great - kind staff and owner bathroom shared with 6-7 people. at the time there was a Russian family staying here with who I shared the bathroom. location wise far from bts or mrt.
- Solveig (7/5): Good -
- Linda (8/5): Great clean and friendly place prefect for solo female traveler - It’s a cosy friendly place very well suited for a solo female traveler like me. It’s close to nice shops and restaurants. The room was super nice and clean. It was quiet outside. The road leading to it is a bit empty and passes many building sites. The house is wood so sometimes you can hear others talking and stumbling.
- Rob (9/5): Superb -
- Rob (9/5): Superb -
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mohamed (10/5): Definitely recommending friends to stay here on their visits. - the property is more of a home stay, as opposed to a hostel, but it’s very nice. The owner, Khun Tuumi, is very nice and caring for her guests. Since the maids are responsible for opening and closing the door, it could make one refrain from going out past sundown. although they claim it is no problem. other than this, great venue to stay at!
- Julia (8/5): The quiet place you look for in busy Bangkok! - Despite the busy roads all around it is very quiet here - fantastic! You wake up to the chirping birds in the morning. The whole place is so green, you won’t believe you’re in Bangkok!
The big room upstairs gave us all the space we needed. Big cupboards to hang our clothes. You share the big bathroom with the 2 other rooms on the floor, which wasn’t a problem for us.
Breakfast consisted of 2 fried eggs, a small salad and toast with jam plus coffee/tea.
The sitting area outside is very nice. You walk 15-20 min to Lumphini Park (Metro Blue Line) or Chong Nonsi (BTS Skytrain).
Many 7-Eleven around the corner as well as a good massage shop (Baan Relax), local market for buying fruits and also affordable and very good restaurants (like “Krua Tung Thong Thai”-restaurant) in Suan Phlu 8 Alley. Communication with the staff was a little bit hard sometimes, since they only speak Burmese and no Thai or English.
Sadly you cannot sit outside without fan or mosquito coils, or else the mosquitos will eat you alive. 😅
Sharing the bathroom with 2 other rooms wasn’t a problem at all, but sometimes there was someone from the rooms downstairs coming up and using it as well and that’s when the waiting for the bathroom to be free again started. We don’t know if the rooms downstairs have their own bathrooms or not.
- Norman (8/5): Budget Guest House in Sathorn, Bangkok - Friendly staff. Clean smell free room. Table and chair. Water boiler to make coffee - including various free coffee and tea bags. The bathroom is shared with guests of a few other rooms ( exactly as advertised ). Location is a bit off, I walked from Lumphini subway station to the guesthouse in 30 minutes or so. Just a 5 minutes walk to some shops, restaurants and a huge market hall.
- Marisa (8/5): Very good -
- Mahesh (9/5): Superb - So, this was my 1st trip to Bangkok & fortunately, I got this beautiful hotel which is very calm, clean & customer friendly...
Below are the key points, which I like about this Hotel...
1= It is spotless & neat
2= The property staff were very helpful, although there is a language barrier they still understand what you want & accordingly they serve your request.
3= The morning basic healthy breakfast was good to start the day
4= The room was very clean & spacious, with all basic facilities
5= The nearby area is surrounded by many trees & birdlife...
6= Hardly 8-10 Min walking distance from the main road, where we can find many food outlets & 7-11 Outlets ...Enjoy If they start in-house restaurants, that will be great...Rest all is fine...
- Kriti (9/5): Superb -
- Mathilde (10/5): Exceptional - Super cute house, lovely furnished and very hospitable.
- Niall (8/5): Very good - very quirky; much more interesting and authentic than a generic hotel I suppose ringing the gate every time could be a bit annoying

- ชนากานต์ (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Bangkok. - It was a safe and good stay. The staff was very helpful, the hotel was very clean. The hotel is very cozy and has birds singing in the morning.
