- Kamal (9/5): Calm, quiet, relaxing - Excellent communications - had to ring to get final directions. Wonderful room , very different to the anodyne beige rooms of most chain hotels. Had an emergency delicious cheese & pickle sandwich made for me as I was starving when I arrived.
Ensuite toilet and basin with good towels provided. Shower & bath separate but easy to access and shower very nice to use. Good choice of cereals and the hot breakfast was made to order (no meat for me). Nice and quiet area. Needs special driving instructions once you're on the road as Google isn't enough - basically third property on the left after passing Stanley Way.
- Glynis (9/5): - Beautiful home - loved the eclectic décor - very clean and comfortable, and Brenda was a lovely friendly host. I'm not very tall so could've done with a slightly lower mirror in my loo! A minor detail.
- Peter (6/5): -
- Emma (9/5): Perfect for a night away - Lovely accommodation & staff. Perfect for a night away.
- Denise (10/5): - Peaceful location, close walk to town. I highly recommend Laurel Lodge for parkrunners as it's a pleasant warm-up walk to Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School.

- Robert (9/5): Second great visit to the Laurel Lodge, a lovely B&B in Horncastle - My second visit here, the host is really friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking space and she provided a nice breakfast even though I had to leave early. Nothing, although the bathrooms are a little small
- Parkes (9/5): comfortable, easy to find, very friendly, easy parking. - Breakfast was lovely. Only stayed the one night but everything was as it should be and as advertised. Exactly as it should be.

- Paddy (9/5): Superb -
- Jonathan (8/5): Very good -
- Jeanette (7/5): Met my needs for one night - Hostess was very nice and helpful and it was nice to have a key for the exterior door to come and go. The room was a good size and lovely view down the garden. The room felt a bit dated and a little cluttered with items of personal taste. I was disturbed by snoring from the adjoining room so didn't sleep that well
- Ian (8/5): Very good - excellent breakfast. would have liked to have a bath rather than a shower
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ian (5/5): Quite overpriced in comparison to hotels in Horncastle - The location was very good, just a short walk to the town. The host was lovely, but the whole place, although clean, was very dated. Don’t like pre-ordering breakfast!

- Penny (10/5): Everything was spot on especially Brenda’s porridge - It really felt like home from home. This was a special ‘Adventure’ for me for my hobby metal detecting and rather than choosing to camp on the site (I don’t do snails, slugs and earwigs) I chose to stay at a B&B and I’m glad I did. So comfortable and homely. God willing I will be back in 2025. Thank you Brenda
- Pierre (10/5): Exceptional -

- Robert (9/5): Superb -
- Liz (9/5): Superb - Very accomodating . comfortable, clean.
- Kay (8/5): Very good - Lovely location, great host a very good breakfast accommodation was well kept Only thing that let us down was a metal bed frame which was difficult to sit up and rest on which was uncomfortable against our back as we like to sit and read but not a deal breaker
- Tracy (10/5): Exceptional - Brenda was very accommodating to our needs
- Deirdre (7/5): Good value for money. - Location, comfy bed, nice hostess. Could have offered a bit more variety for a vegetarian. Also bathroom sink was tiny.

- David (8/5): Great value, excellent location for Cadwell - Breakfast was v.good I must have read the details wrong, was not expecting a shared shower.

- Ben (8/5): Very good - Very clean, very accommodating in letting me park my motorbike around the back, on a solid suface, snd cooking a lovely breakfast early so that I could get to Cadwell Park for my track day on time.
If you here strange noises in the night, don't worry, it's only lions in the nearby safari park!
