Delphine (7/5): Un bel accueil mais excentré - La chambre est spacieuse Le pick up et l accueil réservé à notre arrivée Le personnel (un peu pressurisant pour les excursions) La piscine (qui mériterait d être mieux entretenue car des morceaux de faïence se détachent/ nos enfants ont été indisposés) Le petit dej (commandable la veille avant midi en cas de départ tôt pour le lever du soleil) Le repas cambodgien offert (car nous sommes restées 4 nuits) L emplacement est assez loin de tout (20’ jusqu au marché sans pour autant être au calme (beaucoup de travaux) Le wifi instable et dur à capter quelque soit l endroit de l hôtel (chambre ou espace commun) Les espaces communs sont sans fenêtre (beaucoup de moustiques) et donc gros différentiel de chaleur entre la chambre et les couloirs Le prix de la laverie (à 2 pas c est moitié prix)

La piscina es también muy linda y las vistas desde la habitación eran excelentes. El barrio es tranquilo, un poco apartado, pero a pie se puede llegar bien al centro. La vuelta a casa es mejor hacerla en tuk tuk si es de noche (al menos eso hicimos nosotros). El desayuno era bueno. El desayuno podría ser más abundante. El agua de la piscina podría estar más limpia. Sería genial si el hotel tuviese un ascensor porque había que subir muchas escaleras.

Robertkip (8/5): Very good - Cosy old fashioned place. Spacious room, 2 double beds. The wardrobe had no shelfs, only a rod. Put shirts etc on the desk. The shower was open,no curtain or anything. No hooks for towels . Stayed 2 nights, no cleaning. I think it was an honest mistake, the children were in the room when they cleaned the 2nd floor where we lived. As everywhere we lived in Cambodia the breakfast was ok. but nothing to look forward to. The staff, especially the receptionist was very pleasant and attentive and the reason I might book our next stay in the same hotel As above

The staff are amazing and provided help at every turn (including running us into town for free on their tuk tuk). Very clean as well, would definitely recommend. The only complaint for me was that the air conditioning wasn't very powerful in our room. Everything else amazing though
Leanne (10/5): Amazing Service - Super clean and spacious room with a balcony. Fantastic breakfast included, refreshing pool which you need as it is very hot in Siem Reap. Staff were lovely, with great communication, and they arranged private transport for Angkor Wat and other trips. They also arranged onward travel to Phnom Penh. Fantastic service. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. We had 3 items of clothing ruined in the washing, but not their fault as it is done off-site, and they very kindly refunded the cost.

Trevorek7 (10/5): Great place - Well arranged lobby, swimming pool, hairdryer, ambient, cleanlessness, good reception staff Very rude and pushy tuk tuk driver, cooperating with the hotel; immediately after boarding from the airport, he was pushing us around and tried to sell his service. We do understand that this is his job, but when we got off at the hotel, in the lobby he became very aggressive about we did not want to make any rush decision after an exhausting journey. I told him not to be rude to us, and he pushed things further attacking us verbally. Only the reception staff told him to back off and apologised for his totally unprofessional behavior. I wouldn't point it out here if he had not been a man at hotel's service on a daily basis. After all, we highly recommend this place.
Vlaicu (6/5): Cheap but not so good option for families. - Room was quite big as we had a family room. Quite clean with decent bed size and comfortable. Breakfast was decent & basic but OK'ish. I would have expected at least fresh juice. Location is not too close to downtown but less than 1 usd via GrabTukTuk as we were not looking for a place in the party area. Why I gave only 6? There are many misleading information when you book your room: We book this hotel as it was saying it had a Kitchen, Kitchenette, Child safety socket covers and other kid related stuff - none of those are included - as if there were ticking all the boxes when they fill in the hotel form to booking. Spa and wellness centre - well, if you want a massage they will call for you and it would come in your room. Morning noise - we book a place o be quite; problem was in the morning when local kids (at 6am) come and used the hotel swimming pool and even if they stayed 30min it was enough to wake me (especially our little daughter) There is no proper hotel management of the place and you can see it.

Mohammed (8/5): Good Value Accomodation - I really liked the location of this accommodation which is a little bit away from the constant noise of the main tourist areas, and the breakfasts and facilities were really good too. I would have given a 10/10 rating, however the only thing that was an issue for me personally was the pushiness of one of the staff members. I think the property provides a free airport pickup, and then uses this as a way to influence you to buy their tours/vehicle hire. This is not necessarily a bad thing but we felt pressured to do this, even after saying no more than once.

It also had a lovely terrace to sit and have tea in the morning (made easy by the kettle and included bottle water in our room). The fridge was nice to keep a couple items in and the shower was hot with good pressure. Air conditioning worked well and breakfast in the morning was yummy. The baguettes appear to be freshly made - so good! After touring in the mornings it was nice to come back to the pool to cool down. Only slight downside to this hotel, is the proximity to shops/restaurants. Not terribly far to walk (may 20-30mins), but tuk-tuks are easy and cheap to get. Therefore, not even putting it in the negative column here. Nothing of significance :)

Lisa (10/5): Friendly hotel with best tuk-tuk driver ever! - This was a perfect, budget-friendly hotel in a great location. There was a pool but we didn't use it as we were busy sightseeing. The balconies are nice and big and the wifi was good. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were lovely, especially Peron who became our tuk-tuk driver and who picked us up and dropped us to the airport. We also used him for our trip to Angkor Wat and the floating village. The staff were really friendly and helpful, even when we left and arrived at the airport to find our flight had been moved to the following day, the hotel sent Peron back to pick us up and let us stay another night. Definitely recommend Bou Savvy Hotel, it's about a 20 min walk to Pub Street and the main area. Nothing, everything was great.

Breakfast was included and was good. Pick up from the airport. Chairs. All fully wooden chairs are not comfy to work. But fixable with an extra blanket :)

Fernando (8/5): Very good - Very nice and kind hotel staff, eager to help! Nice swimming pool and big, spacious rooms. Very decent wifi. And really excellent value for money. I paid 180 dollars for 6 nights! I would gladly go back. It is a little difficult to find, even if is not far from downtown (10 min in tuk tuk approx or less). Some tuk tuk drivers and the Grab app get confused with another hotel with almost the same name (Bou Savy *Guest house*). This one is Bou Savy *Villa* TV was not working. The breakfast is not the best in the world, but then again, for what you pay, the negatives are really not that important!
Tuva (7/5): friendly staff and okay facilities. - very friendly staff and nice rooms the location could’ve been better. The hotel was located a bit outside the city center in a back alley. the pool was also taken over by flies, we couldn’t lay there for more than 20min.
Louis (9/5): Superb - Staff were very friendly and helped us out a lot. Beds were wonderfully comfortable. Rooms very spacious. A very quiet place as well. Excellent value for money.
Ted (8/5): Very good - Staff were friendly and attentive. It was quite quiet at night- not a ‘party place’ which suited us. 15 min. walk to Phare circus, Pub street, Angkor Artisans. Close to SanSok street which had a number of inexpensive and good restaurants. Pool area was nice. Good breakfast. Helpful onsite yuk yuk drivers available to take you anywhere. Available hot water was variable but we typically wanted to cool down in the shower anyway.

Learners (9/5): Family of 4, very comfortable stay! - We had a wonderful stay at Bou Savy Villa. The kids loved the pool and the staff was incredibly helpful. We arranged for transport from the airport and our tuktuk driver Ron Fc was wonderful! He helped us explore Angkor and had some great recommendations. Breakfast was very good. There is little close to the hotel and it didn't feel super walkable. We ended up getting food delivered a lot of the time which the staff helped us with. Being a little further away did mean we had a quiet stay.

It was a good welcome to Cambodia 🇰🇭 Water pressure was a bit low & took a long time for water to heat up. The staff kept asking if we want to take their tour to Angkor Wat even though we kept saying no. So we found them a bit pushy but they were very nice and treated us well.

He made all the arrangements to make our stay at Bou Savy Villa, a pleasant one during our recent visit to Angkor Wat, Cambodia. Pick & drop off at the airport, a very good tour guide, other local arrangements like Cambodian Cultural Dance & Buffet show tickets and Tuk-Tuk for local daily transportations. The location of the hotel was very good, conveniently located near to all the restaurants, markets and mainly Angkor Archaeological Park. Hotel is family friendly, peaceful and relaxing. They have a swimming pool and lots of greenery on the premises. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Provided hearty breakfast everyday morning. Rooms and the lobby are kept clean all the time. Tour guide Mr Chenla Mao was very knowledgeable about the Angkor Archaeological Park and the locality. He is very friendly and took good care of my aged father. Always on time and planned out our days properly not to over exhaust my dad and at the same time was able to cover most of the park with detailed explanation. Also learnt lot of photo tricks from him :-) The car driver was also very friendly. He also acted as a professional photographer taking lots of decent pictures of us while we were exploring the place. Overall, we really had a good time and planning to recommend to my friends to stay at Bou Savy Villa and engage the same tour guide & team for their visit to Angkor Wat, Cambodia. Nothing I can think of. Overall, everything was good.

Abod (10/5): Exceptional - The rooms are excellent, the staff are so friendly and helpful, and the values exceptional. I'd highly recommend it. The breakfast was also pretty good Wish there was an elevator, though they did transfer us to the first floor, so we didn't have to climb too many stairs

Misa (10/5): Highly recommended - The staff were super friendly and helpful. Helped with organising a cheap and recommended Tuk Tuk for the temples. The pool towels are very welcome and the rooms are great value for money. A very pleasant 3 nights and highly recommended! A little far from the centre of town but still lots of restaurants in the area. Although far from Pub Street, 15 min walk or 1dollar tuktuk, it's great to live in the area where other locals live too 💚
