• Annalisa (2/5): Da dimenticare - Esclusivamente la posizione, in pieno centro e intorno c’era tutto quel che potesse servire Tutto il resto, abbiamo preso la camera numero 3 in alto e non ci era stato detto che il bagno era fuori dalla camera, gli asciugamani e le lenzuola sporchi, maleodoranti e vecchi, piccolo divano rotto in camera, prese elettriche non funzionanti, finestre vecchie che non isolavano da nessun minimo rumore (ogni mattina alle 5 gli addetti alla pulizia stradale iniziavano il loro lavoro nella piazzetta di fronte e noi non dormivamo più), zero ‘accessori’ in bagno, macchinetta del caffè priva di cialde. Insomma, un disastro, non ci torneremo
• Alexandra (8/5): Great location, practical apartment and very nice host! - Very well located, practical apartment. Easy to check in and check out, and the contact person was great. The neighborhood is very loud very early. The bed was not comfortable.
• Kyle (6/5): - Great location for town and ferry at Lake Garda, bed is comfy and AC is good. There was a damp smell in the room which I think was coming from the shower being poorly fitted in the bathroom. The photos are a little outdated just like the room. Towels which have been mentioned before in reviews and are in need of replacement and don’t smell great. One roll of toilet paper to last wasn’t ideal either.

• Thomas (5/5): Für Leute, die kein Frühstück wollen, aber in einer Top-Lage wohnen möchten. - Die Lage ist sehr gut! Und der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat das Problem sehr schnell behoben. Nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier. Der Heizboiler war kaputt, wir hatten für eine Nacht kein Warmwasser.

• Annabell (10/5): I would recommend the accommodation, it’s beautiful and just a short walk to Lake Garda. Lorenzo was always helpful and - The interior was special and charming.
• Georgia (4/5): Pretty disappointing overall, sadly! - Really enjoyed the location of this property, close to everything you need. The air conditioning was a saving grace. There were a lot of things left to be desired about staying here. One roll of toilet paper for 3 nights stay, 2 people. Sheets and towels were completely over used, to the point they were crispy and the linen had cigarette burns. Fridge barely worked. Shower pressure was incredibly poor, especially when shower was set to hot.
• Judith (9/5): 4 night stay. - Great location, near the castle, and lovely coffee shops. Short walk to main area with shops, restaurants and Ferries. Owner really friendly and is accessible if any problems. Bathroom needs updating. Towels need replacing, which has been mentioned before.
• Francis (2/5): Disappointing, dilapidated and uncomfortable - Good position but unfortunately opposite a building site at present The pictures on line show a very nice looking room with a gold tapped bathroom. The reality for us was the flat in the rest of the photos. Dark, drab, dilapidated with a broken shower, a shower door with a gap in it, the bathroom door handle missing - the door did not shut, drab towels like sandpaper. There is one small light above a high cupboard so the room is dark. The double bunk bed mattress is very hard, there are no bedside lights and there is a metal ladder to climb up which is a trip hazard in the room. There is also a double sofa bed (slightly more comfortable) but not very clean. Half of the balcony is filled with three air conditioning units.
• Mary (9/5): Enjoyed Lake Garda area and ferry rides to nearby towns. Lorenzo was an exceptional host. - Location was great. Everything easily accessible. A 15 minute walk from train station. Lorenzo was accessible and helpful! Friendly town. Lots of great places to eat. Towels need replacement!

It looks much better on the pictures, reality is totally diassapointing. Everything needs maintenance and proper cleaning. The balcony is stuffed with the AC compressors.

• Chiara (7/5): Good - Location and interior design of the room. Communication with the staff was easy and fast. The room was not the one we booked for (the pictures were the ones of another room). Building pretty noisy (we were on the first floor and we could hear everything from the second floor). It was a little cold inside and the bathroom was not the best (very small, ceiling very low, pretty cold, the shower and hairdryer were not working properly). The cleaning of the room was not the best.
• Riccardo (4/5): Disappointing - The owner is a very nice person and the communication was easy and straightforward. The place is central and easy to get. The photos of the room are very generous, in reality the room is a lot smaller. There are a lot of stairs to get to the room. To access the bathroom you need to go to the corridor. Some other people in the building were smoking a lot and we got cigarette smell in our bedroom.
• Isabella (6/5): First family holiday - The location is very central. Easy to find parking. They provided a baby bed. The room did not match the pictures which belong to a nicer one with more light. The furniture and the bathroom in ours was run down, the shower was broken. It did not give us a holiday feel.
