• Deborah (6/5): It was ok, nothing fancy & wouldn’t have gone if it wasn’t for going to the F1 & not being able to find anywhere - We only chose this for the F1, it was just a quick stop off, it was ok, nothing special, close to shops n train station. There was a mix up with booking somewhere, we were put in a smoking room, we don’t smoke, I’m asthmatic n we had a 13 year old son. The smell in the room was awful, we asked to change rooms but the reception staff said no rooms available. We opened the window as wide as it would go then went out for food, it helped abit.

• Monique (4/5): Very small - Rooms were so small it was virtually impossible to have an open suitcase. Beds were very hard and pillows barely there. Rooms smelt of smoke. Location was out of the way.

• Jejemon (4/5): Going to pass on this one - Your very own microwave oven inside the room. Bathroom mirror all the way to the shower. Even though the bathroom and the bed were cleaned and made up daily, housekeeping always left the carpeted floors dirty. They did not vacuum it during my entire stay of four nights. Also, the wallpapers have too many marks on them that made the room look dirty. I almost got into an accident upon exiting the elevator on the first floor as the handle of the mop was left lain across the floor. I could have tripped. The front staff seemed aloof, probably because they are not Japanese. I did not feel that Japanese hospitality and courtesy. I also noticed this behavior during my stay at Livemax near Keikyu Kamata station. I requested for a room with a view since I was staying for four nights but was not lucky enough. Location is far (10 to 15 min walk) from the nearest subway (Sakae) and no supermarkets nearby.

• Yoshihisa (7/5): 宿泊するだけの目的には十分。 - 過剰なサービスはないが、十分な内容で、合理的だと感じた。 電気ケトルは備えられているから、アメニティーと同様に、お茶のティーバッグなどのサービスがあればよい（ビジネスホテルによくあるサービス）。

• Quesiquieresoquesitienes (5/5): Still shocked - Toilet is clean, good impression, bed is comfortable. Good location (but avoid going street behind the building at night) There was dry dog poo near my bed. I told reception, somebody came up and try to clean it by brushing it with a toothbrush and water. The stench became unbearable and I almost vomit. I had to request for another room, at first no other room was available. I heavily insisted and suddenly an empty room appeared. Gave me a room on the same floor. It was good on first sight, I didn't check properly because I was busy, then realised that there was a big booger stuck on the wall above the bed. I asked cleaning staff next day to clean it. Cleaner from Tibet was very kind, nice and helpfull. Staff from front desk knew about the incident and avoided talking to me or apologising or making any eye contact the rest of my stay.

• JUNKO (4/5): - 2人で2部屋申し込んだら階違いの部屋にて変更して頂くも対応が悪かった。 部屋の電球が切れている。 エアコンのリモコンが電池少なく操作困難であった。 ホテル入口にカフェがあるのかと想ったら何も無かった。 フロントへの連絡は自分のスマホから。 内線の電話がなかった。 お風呂のお湯が温度が上がらなくぬるいお湯しか出なかった。 値段の割にサービスが悪かった。 部屋の窓から見える景色は壁で何も見えず。

• ??? (6/5): - 歩いて行ける飲食店が沢山ある場所なのがよかった。壁に茶色く流れた汚れがあり汚い。消毒済で袋に入ったタイプじゃないスリッパで履きたくない。フリードで車高が高くてホテルの駐車場に入れず、近くのコインパーキングに駐車されられた。風呂、洗面、トイレが別なのはよかった。

• Verified traveler (4/5): 部屋が臭い - 他のリブマックスでは、メイク落としや化粧水などアメニティがあったので持参しなかったが、こちらにはお風呂場に最低限のシャンプーなどしかなかった。 排水口からなのか、部屋全体が臭かったので、お風呂、トイレの換気扇をまわしドアを開けっ放しにしていた。 そして、空気清浄機は就寝時もMAX状態だったので、音が煩く寝付けなかった…

• Murphy (6/5): Reasonably priced location, just outside of Sakae - Good location for a decent price The freezer or mini-fridge clicked and chirped all throughout the night and the room itself didn’t seem like it has been renovated in 10+ years.

• Anzaemon (7/5): Rude reception - The rooms are clean but that's a standard in Japan. The reception staff have an attitude like they're doing you a favour and you're in the way. Although they can speak English they refuse to. The neighbours were very noisy and banged and shouted in the hall at 3am.

• ようこ (6/5): - キレイな部屋でした。アメニティ、タオル、ドライヤー、電子レンジなどついており便利でした。ただ、3人で泊まったのですが、部屋にはツインベットしかなく、エクストラベットはないです。一つのベットに2人で寝てくださいとの事で。予約時にそれは明記してて欲しかったと思いました。
