• Sirimon (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay so much. Sandra and Donna were wonderful. Our breakfast both days was delicious and just perfect amount. We stayed on the first floor near the kitchen, so it was a bit noisy but we knew that coming in which was fine. We appreciate the larger room and renovate bathroom. The daily cocktail hour was nice. We felt like we had the living area to ourselves. It’s very close to walk anywhere in Lenox. The big bonus: an EV Charger, it should be on your website! Although a few times we couldn’t charge because other cars took the spot. If it can be marked EV it’d help so much! We have the hybrid so it’s ok. Thank you!!

Our room was on the first floor, and although it was pretty, it was noisy in the morning (starting very early) as it was close to the kitchen/breakfast dining.

Despite the fact that I could have reached them anytime, I admit it did feel weird to be the only person sleeping in the Inn all by myself. That may not have bothered some people, but I personally did not like it.

The breakfast at the hotel itself was fantastic, and Lenox boasts several excellent restaurants that we enjoyed in the evenings. There were really no downsides to this place!

• Brian (10/5): Exceptional stay. - I have only positive things to say about my stay at 33 Main. From the location, to the B&B staff, this was truly a tremendous experiences. During this stay I proposed to my girlfriend, and the staff at 33 Main went above & beyond to ensure our time at the B&B was special. I can not recommend 33 Main enough.
• Robin (5/5): Passable - The location wss ideal, decorated modern and the beeakfast was wonderful! I did not have a bathtub which seemed odd since there were only 4 other rooms booked. The room was hot woth no way to control the base board heat. only ine window was allowed to be used so no cross ventilation. The most complex issue was the very elegantly bottled water was dirty, It had wuater inch long black bits of what looked like straw. I had already drunk some. I left my cup and went to dinner. When I returnef, the black bites were now swimming. I threw it out then worried what had I ingested. When I reported this in an rmsil to the management, they wuestuoned why hadn’t I reported it in the night. There was no wsy tp do this because all sugns woth phone numbers said/ Only in Emergency! So I wrote this to them. They responded with Oh our filration system must not be doing its job. I was astonished. I had not brought myhisband due to his autoimmune situayion from an organtransplant. If he had been there and drunk this contaminated water, we could have had a dire medical emergency. So I wrote them about other B&B I have stayed in where sealed bottled water or filtered water was given to each room. Fair more sanitary. They had no response.

• Paquay (10/5): Beautifully designed and decorated inn with luxurious comfort and elegance, ideally located. - The location was ideal. The homemade breakfast was varied, creative and delicious. The bedding was luxurious. Every room and salon was decorated with exquisite attention to detail and harmony. The arrival process / reception was somewhat problematic when arriving “late” (6:30p) and the property is no longer staffed. Eventually another guest opened the door and a staff member took us to the wrong room, although I raised doubt about the room name not matching my reservation. Sure enough, we discovered the next day from another guest that we were in the wrong room. Additionally, there should be an easier process for late arrivers to know where to go upon arrival.

• William (10/5): - It's a lovely restored house and grounds just a minute from the center of Lenox and about 1.5 mile from the Tanglewood Music Center. The staff and owners have thought of every need of their guests.
• Kelly (10/5): - The staff were welcoming and very accommodating. I loved the 5pm cocktail hour and the delicious breakfast each morning. We loved sitting in the front porch in the evening and enjoyed having our breakfast in the enclosed side porch. We loved everything about our stay there and will be back!

I personally loved the Nespresso coffee machine for my am “wake up”. We frequent trips to Boston from our home in upstate New York...an overnight stay en route to unwind is now on our to do list.

Breakfast everyday was delicious, and the cocktail hour was such a nice touch. Our room, and the building as a whole, were beautiful. Most importantly, we felt safe, given the current global health crisis. Highly recommend for couples or friends looking to spend a relaxing weekend in the Berkshires.
• ANNA MAE (10/5): Exceptional Stay, Even During COVID! - Exceptional stay, even during the pandemic! 33Main took me extraordinary precautions and we felt comfortable and catered to. The inn keeper was simply lovely and provided old school hospitality. They made our anniversary weekend truly some with an upgraded room and champagne on ice waiting for us! It was a busy August weekend and one night we could not get a table, so they suggested using their picnic basket accoutrements with our take out...it was perfection!

There was one of her and two of us but she still offered to take our bags (nice touch #1) we got a tour of the amazingly designed bed and breakfast after a quick check-in in the "office/ kitchen". Room was incredibly clean... Not just squeaky clean, Monica Gellar, clean. Cookie on the bed on our arrival (nice touch #2). Really cute toilet paper folding art (nice touch #3). Stocked self serve bar (nice touch #4). Sheets were a little crispy for me; however, linens, multiple bath robes (nice touch #5) and bed was very comfortable. Pamphlet with descriptions of all the linens (nice touch #5). Bathroom was so so so beautiful, and glass in the shower was (invisible) clean. This will be our post Thanksgiving stop on the way home every year. Not just a pleasant stay, a memorable stay.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Perfect in every way! - I LOVE THIS PLACE! We just got back from two nights at 33 Main. WOW!! Fernanda and Becca couldn't have been more accommodating and gracious if they tried and the world of hospitality would be a better place if they learned from these two kind and had working women! While booking our room (Cliffwood), we were told it was small but we were pleasantly surprised at how well the space was used and how comfortable it was even with two of us staying there. The Inn is immaculate and beautifully laid out with a main dining room, two indoor seating areas, a screened-in porch and comfortable rocking chairs on the porch that overlooks Main Street. There's on-site parking and street parking if the lot fills up. The beds are comfortable and the linens are so soft and cozy. At 6:00pm that have a complimentary happy hour with charcuterie boards and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. And they come around to ask if you need anything which we never did because they think of it all. Guests have access to free bottled water, soda, sparking water, tea and coffee 24-7 and there's free wifi. The made-to-order complimentary breakfasts were better than some restaurants I've been to. They bake breads fresh every morning and accommodate dietary restrictions (assuming they're within reason). And they are truly gourmet breakfasts that taste as good as they look! The location couldn't be better as you are within walking distance to downtown Lenox (literally across the street).

And Rebecca, the inn keeper graciously received my husband's birthday gifts ahead of time so that they'd be waiting for him on our room. The place is special, and so is their staff!
• Deb (10/5): Amazing service. - Beautiful property. Bedroom walls are a bit thin. Could hear all conversations from next door neighbor. Luckily everyone kind of sleeps at the same time since it’s a sleepy town. Love the decor of this house.
