- Heather (2/5): - First the receptionist couldn't find my reservation I had to call and HOTELS.COM SAID THERE WAS NO PROBLEM... BUT THE RECEPTIONIST CONTINUED TO TALK ON HER CELL PHONE.... THEN I RESERVED A SUITE KITCHENETTE AND SHE SAID THAT THERE IS NO KITCHEN IN THE ROOM AND THE AC IS BROKEN. PLUS SHE SAID THEY DONT SERVE BREAKFAST.... SO O vER ALL it was faulse advertisement... And she never was Able to check me inn... And she was supposed to cancel my reservation... But I see she didn't....

- Cathy (2/5): - Let me say this place needs to be shut down, close and demolished. There were no amenities at all. When I say none, no breakfast, no washer nor dryer, hell there was no ice machine. The place was dirty. The carpet in the room was damaged and dirty, kept my shoes on at all times. Elevator was iffy it stopped while going up. If you were not back by 11:00pm you were locked out of the hotel. There was a hand written note that said called this number once the doors were closed and locked. The person at the front desk was always gone with a sign that said be back in 20 minutes. The TV remote had no batteries. The wifi would go in and out. You could not use it after midnight. The room didn't smell, low pressure on the water that did not get hot. If you took a shower at night there was no hot water. Everyone had used it all up. I had 3 visitors, (roaches). I didn't invite them in, but I did introduce them to the toilet. To advertise as a non smoking hotel on Friday and Saturday you can smell cigarettes and pop smoke when you got off the elevator. You can stay here at your own wrist.

Went down to the desk Anna asked for more towels only to be given another large towel and a bath mat. The toilet would not flush or even fill with water. Other than that the bed and pillows were really comfortable but had a few stands on the comforter.

Dirty carpet, dirty room, no breakfast of any kind, no washer nor dryer, no snack area on the property at all, no ice machine nor ice anywhere on the property. No hot water and the pressure was low. I have seen about 3 roaches so far. The room did not seem. Thank God for that.

- Emmanuel (2/5): - We booked this hotel because it advertised as a buffet breakfast and it was convenient since we were traveling with 3 kiddos and upon check in we were informed they stopped serving breakfast last week, would have been nice to know beforehand. The room we got was a suite it was big but it was in bad condition, the couch had rips and tears in it and the walls looked like they needed work. Later in the day our toilet got clogged (must have been by a previous guest because we had issues with it on the first flush) my husband went downstairs and was told they didn’t have maintenance and the lady at the front desk told my husband that he needed to unclog it himself then she told him she would come up to do it for us, that never happened we had to go downstairs to use the bathroom before going out to town. While we were away my husband called up there to see if they fixed it or if they could change our room, we were told they would take care of it, 5 mins later we get a call that it’s fixed not sure why it took them that long to get to it honestly. Also, the whole lobby area is hot and humid, the ice machines do not work and the gym isn’t even a gym. I would never stay here again

When i went to my roomthe door was ooen, uponentering the room the bed was a mess and the room smelled like someone had been smoking in it. My family needed to get ready for a wedding and there was no towels. The hotel wanted to move me to anither room ut it was notnuceand the shower had mold in it. I stayed at the room while they went to the weddingand had to fight the roaches. Ladies walking around downstairs selling themselves. When my family got back checked iut the hoteland left. I dont know if other Comfort Suites are this nasty but i would not recommend this one to someone I dont like.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Family stay of 4 days not so nice - My choice for this hotel was that it offered 2 queen beds and sofa bed, which with kids was great. The price was great, but I guess the saying, " you get what you paid for" is so true. Staff was so nice and they can only offer what they have at hand, if corporate doesn't fix the issues with hotel, staff can only apologize for the situation. Our room was good, but the unknown red stain on carpet was a bit scary, the low pressure of water, the very slippery shower and a short curtain that was not long enough and only 1 set of towels for a family of four was not good. Breakfast was the same everyday and one day no syrup for waffles staff said they were looking for money to send for some. Really this is not acceptable with a hotel full of guests. The pool are was not acceptable especially with shady people sitting outside of hotel around pool at all times and a back door that is left open with a rock. The whole entry to this hotel was hot and musty, the front door was broken and left open all day. Every hallway there was trash at elevators and the floors/carpets looked so dirty. The second morning the hallways reeked of marijuana it's was so sicking to stomach and with a family with kids this is not acceptable. Once again staff was so nice and working hard to deal with amenities that they can't fix and that will need to be fixed by corporate maybe corporate needs to come stay a couple of days at their own hotel.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - On arrival,my double bed with sofa that I had reserved was not available til the second night,and was not even offered two rooms to make up for the two beds,couch I had paid for.Pool was half full with green water which was one of the reasons I had booked it since I had planned pooltime with my kids.The matress on the sofabed was paper thin as if sleeping on springs and was flithy with no sheets.The counter girl came out half asleep barefoot from back room not understanding I needed sheets and key she had given me would not open the door.On other hand Penelope the counter person from second day did all she could to accomadate us on the second day to get us the room we had reserved.But pool was never in condition to get into.

Room smelled of mildew and the AC thermostat on the wall did not work (had to get up and manually turn the AC off and on to control the room temp). The shower had mold/mildew all around the bottom to the point where I felt dirtier after taking a shower… The bed was wrinkled so bad that it looked like someone had just grabbed wadded up sheets and comforter and made the bed with them. Pillow cases had stains on them as well as bed sheets. In room couch was absolutely filthy and disgusting as well. Save your time and money and keep driving to stay somewhere else!
- Latia (2/5): - The room had a horrible smell , I booked in advance for a room with 2 beds and when I got there they didn’t have what I paid for and gave me one bed and a couch for 5 guest and told me oh tomorrow we can see if we have one for you . The pillow cases were dirty it was hair on the walls and behind the bed . No house keeping , they didn’t want to give us clean towels nor extra towels when it wasn’t enough for 5 guest it was 2 big towels , 2 face towels and 2 hands towels .

Good thing I said something to the staff and I got a differnet room on the 4th floor. So for peace and quietness I think the 4th floor is the best floor to stay on even though it takes longer to get to. There is an elevator. Other than that I got some good rest. Thank you Jesus!

Trash can outside of the elevator was overflowing with trash. Front desk was not consistently manned. Security gate was broken. Would not recommend staying at this hotel. The TV, shower and toilet seat were broken. The caulking was peeled off in the tub. Holes and cracks in the floor. The fire sprinkler was so rusted. The fold out couch was so dirty. The pools pump wasn't running and was full of leaves. The handicap chair for the pool was broken wirh sharp metal edges and exposed wires. It was an awful experience. Not to mention they said the manager doesn't work weekends or holidays, so we couldn't even negotiate anything.

I called down to ask for fresh towels and was told to come down to get them. What seem to be the say time manager with a pink dress on walking around with no shoes on. It was not worth the money. Went down to buy snack but there was non. This place need a make over or just shut it down. Very Very disappointed

- Arthur (2/5): DISGUSTING!!!! - They couldnt find our reservation and told us they were all sold out, then somehow found it. When we entered the room there was a nice size blood stain on the carpet as soon as you walk in. Blood on the comforter and wall. Looked like some type wing sauce on the ice bucket. We had 4 people in our room but could only get 2 sets of towels and if we needed extra we had to exchange the used ones, which meant going back and forth. The lady running the desk was super rude anout the towels and even handed me a dirty wash cloth with make up still on it. Hair was found in the bed and all over the bathroom. It's clear they onlygo in and male the beds after guest leave.
- Celleste (4/5): Terrible stay - The room door couldn’t open all the way because of the foundation. Towels were old and stained. The shower heads didn’t work, barely any water came out. The power went out so the doors to get in and out didn’t work the whole weekend. The elevator didn’t work.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - I reserved a wheelchair friendly room and it was not available, also the breakfast options where very limited. Ther were no fresh fruits or yogurts.
- Kamesha (1/5): Horrible, disgusting, nasty! - The room was huge. Roach infested! Crawling all on you and everywhere. Roof is peeling or something in the room and bathroom looks like it’s about to burst open.

When we went to ask the front desk lady she said none where available. And when we asked for bedsheets she just went to a back.room and we saw her get them out of a basket...we were scared to use them they looked dirty. It's an endless list!

- Dan (2/5): - Desk attendant didnt know how to check in someone with a 3rd party. Room had a unpleasant smell. No cups in the room. I was given the wrong room at first and had to go back down to front desk to get the correct one. All this took forever.

- Misty (2/5): - When I got here to check in the lady informed me that this was the only room that she had and that if there was something wrong with it, that there was nothing that she could do for me, except for refund my money and let me go somewhere else. So I asked, should I expect something to be wrong with this room? She laughed, she said, oh no, ma'am it's just what I have to tell everybody. So I get my things and I come upstairs and I get here and I realize my room is super hot so I go to turn on the A. C it starts making a loud clanking. Noise and just shuts off. So I called downstairs and she said, I told you that if there was something wrong that there was nothing I could do except forgive you your money back and I can't even do that.Actually, I would have to let my bosses do that tomorrow. Like, why would they have the room available? If the a c did not work makes absolutely no sense.

- Giselle (4/5): Would not stay here again. - Nothing Not clean at all, from the beds to the walls, any counters and bathrooms . No staff was helpful. When they finally changed us rooms after showing them pictures and the bedding they said we had to leave them a good review in return.
- Byrdbaby (10/5): It was hot but the stay was very comfortable overall. - Kids really enjoyed the breakfast. I appreciated that it was hot and not just pastries. Cleanliness was exceptional and staff was very helpful and nice. The room was very spacious and fit all of my family comfortably. I didn't like that the ac did not work. I did bring my own fans for comfort...

- Sharon (6/5): Get what you pay for - The front desk service was friendly. Our room didn’t have coffee like it advertised. The hotel did not have any ice. All the ice machines were broken. I had to make 3 trips down to the desk to get towels, sheets and a blanket for the sofa bed and our heater wasn’t working (32 degrees outside). The beds were comfortable. We felt safe but it was a little dirty and scratches on the walls everywhere.

Room was filthy and there was tuna left, bathroom was filthy and the bath didn't work, breakfast tasted like bleach Nd pool was disgusting. Please send our refund.

- Jeffrey (2/5): Avoid at all cost - Locked out of room multiple times. Had to wait for service Clogged toilet when first getting in. Told staff. They sent someone to unclog it. Mess everywhere that they didn't clean up. There are more bad things to list. This might be worst experience ever with sending a guy out of town. Avoid this at all cost. It should be much cheaper than what they are doing. Absolutely horrible experience
