- Steve (1/5): Absolutely terrible - It was close to my appointment the next day It was rated as 5 star definitely not when we checked in no one at reception but a cat sitting in the chair the pictures show a reasonable sized room it was so small . Out the front a busy highway but the room at the back backed onto a vey busy railway with trains coming through every few minutes definitely not recommending to others . All our other bookings through booking .com have been amazing this was not

- Eleanor (10/5): Very clean and comfortable with efficient and professional service. - Very clean, very easy to access. Prompt and clear communication from the property. We were able to check in and out outside of hours and arrange secure parking at late notice and everything was very clear and easy. The rooms were very clean, very comfortable excellent shower with great pressure. All the amentities we needed. Will 100% stay again. It backed onto train track so you could hear the trains but there was good soundproofing, and we sleep with white noise so we were not disturbed. It was a nice leafy view of nature from the small balcony and window, very peaceful between trains which were short and not overly frequent.

- kimmi7716 (7/5): - The room was the exact thing I was looking for, for the price I paid I was pleased. Only thing I didn't like was the bed. It was only a double bed, and it wasn't very comfortable. Another small couple of things the bathroom cupboard was swelling due to it getting wet from the shower, also the water from the shower come over into the actual bathroom which made the bathmat soaking wet before I stood on it. Nothing too major though thankyou.

- Sarah (6/5): Cheap and convenient, but feels more like a motel than a hotel. - The room was very clean which was great, not a huge room but comfy enough for one person. I was staying here for work so didn't need to spend a lot of time in the room. Its a perfect location right near the main area of shops and cafes in Gordon. The initial arrival was a little underwhelming/interesting as I didn't see a single staff member in the building the entire week. I did meet a lovely woman there who I believe was a cleaner when parking my car in the garage below. The bottom floor of the hotel feels very "lived in" and smelt like burnt toast. The front door is always open and it seems anyone can enter and also use the elevator to any floor. My room was very clean but did seem to have a lingering smell from a previous guest. The kitchen area was a nice addition and very useful. The bathroom was clean and sufficient although the water pressure was pretty average and the water temperature would change drastically without actually turning the tap. Overall it was a fine stay but I would probably want to try elsewhere before returning.

Wifi, Toaster, Kettle, Microwave and plates and utensils, iron etc. Not far walk to Woolworths, shops and restaurants . But there was a burger stand about 50 metres away called chubby buns. Worried about it but from the amount of people let me know it was good so I just went there and got dinner each night.
