Guest Reviews
- Shannon (10/5): - I loved the charm and nostalgia! It was very conveniently located and I loved walking everywhere and leaving my car parked. I wasn't excited about street parking and so I was delighted that the parking behind the building was very convenient! The room was a little snug but we loved our stay and the snacks provided by the host. We definitely would stay again!
- Kelly (10/5): - Cool victorian house with a nice garden out front and hot tub on the back patio. Loved how walkable it was to downtown Glenwood!
- kyle (10/5): - Everything was superb.. will definetly book again!
- Dominique (10/5): - This BnB is beautiful! Located within walking distance to downtown, its charm welcomes you. It's peaceful and comfortable. The owner, Derek, welcomes you with open arms. It’s ilocated in a quiet neighborhood and yet an easy walk to the lovely downtown.

- Ann Marie (10/5): - From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the experience was absolutely wonderful. We could not have asked for A more comfortable and warm experience. Derek, the owner is a genuinely wonderful human being. His home is so interesting with local history and we are excited to return next year. The bed was so comfortable! The back area is private with a wonderful hot tub and a little fireplace. It also has a TV you could watch while you’re sitting in the hot tub. The front porch has two rocking chairs and the street is very quiet and beautiful. It’s an easy walk to restaurants and activities. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. Lots of options and everything was very tasty. We highly recommend staying at Glenwood Springs B & B if you are coming through the area.
- Jon (10/5): - Great location, the house is historic and decorated with interesting pictures and furnishings. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Much needed after a day of rafting in Glennwood.

- Steve (10/5): - The house was very unique .. a clawfoot tub too! Derek was the host and a most gracious one at that. Plenty of snacks, plenty of beverages, lots of good conversation. The home is close to downtown Glenwood Springs plus hiking areas. The area was quiet. The bed was comfortable .. even found a chair similar to one my mother had once upon a time. A five-star spot, no doubt!
- Shannan (10/5): - We truly enjoyed Derek's hospitality, his home was clean, the breakfast was great. He is such a kind person, we will be back. The hot tub was great and the bed was very comfortable 😌
- Allen (10/5): - This historic home was such a joy to visit. The charm alone was captivating much less the surrounding areas. Every modern convenience with antique flavors baked in will definitely be a regular place I visit.

The hot tub looked amazing and the table heater was perfect. Our room was comfy and had everything we needed for an incredibly peaceful and relaxing sleep. The tub was charming and breakfast was just enough to get our day started. Derrick is an amazing host and we felt right at home. We walked everywhere and he even had bikes if we needed. Derek was very nice but i also felt like i had the place to myself. the building is full of history and makes you feel like a part of it. the room was quiet, comfy, and well air conditioned on a scorcher of a summer day! Walking distance to downtown, Doc Holliday Grave, the river, and much more. I had no issues street parking right in front of the house. Would definitely stay here again.

- Vikki (10/5): Very comfortable - Very friendly host. Nice comfortable room. It was built in the early 1900’s or late 1890’s so you can’t expect it to be modern. It was exactly what you would want an older B&B to be!

Its a quick walk to downtown and in a nice neighborhood . The parking in the back is a nice touch.
The best part was the patio at night. Set up with a little table top fire pit, a tv and a hot tub ! We highly reccomend for a cute spot that isnt your typical hotel room !

Only knock was the bed could have been comfier, a little stiff, but don’t want to knock an otherwise fabulous stay. Stay here, you won’t regret it!
