• My (10/5): Sẽ giới thiệu cho bạn bè nếu có dịp ghé qua - Tuyệt, tìm vô tình trên Booking.com nhưng lại được kết quả ngoài mong đơị. Phòng decor hiện đại, sạch sẽ và thơm nhe. Nhân viên lễ tân rất dễ thương, chỉ dẫn nhiệt tình mấy quán ăn ngon quanh khu vực. Giá cả hợp lý so với chất lượng dịch vụ.

• Panagiotis (1/5): Poor - They didn’t hold my room They gave it to someone else then wanted to upgrade us for double the money, I confirmed we would be checking in late at night at 11pm as my flight landed at 9pm, they then sent an email while I was flying to the country saying you need to check in before 6pm, so they gave our room away, this is what they do to get upgrades , it’s a scam and the manager after showing him all the messages what time we would be arriving said doesn’t matter it’s our rules Nothing

The AC remote batteries didn’t work and I had to switch them with the TV remote. The AC didn’t seem to work well either. The sheets weren’t the cleanest either with some staining.

• Zdeňka (5/5): Na jedno přespání před cestou na letiště relativně dostačující. - Hotel byl bllízko letiště, to je velké plus!! a je v klidné lokalitě. Objednaný pokoj nebyl, museli jsme zaplatit o 200 000 dongů více. Netekla teplá voda, v koupelně rozbitá klika.
• Evgenii (1/5): общага а не отель - Сами люди. персонал. Вьятнамцы невероятно добрые и хорошие люди каждый день и в 22 00 и в 00:00 и в 2 ночи заселяются люди. Все 6 дней всё гремит везде. Ни дня покоя. Как буд то это самый популярный отель в городе. Я прожил все 6 дней в наушниках и спал в бирушах. Этот отель просто какая то общага.

• Glen (4/5): - It was only 1.3km from the airport. When I arrived I was told that the standard room I booked was unavailable due to being sold to others so they upsold me to a more expensive room at my cost despite my disagreement.

• Anh (1/5): chơi chiêu này với nhiều khách, nhớ đọc review trước khi đặt - mình có đọc và thấy vài review tố cáo ks về việc nhận booking nhưng đúng trước giờ checkin thì báo là hết phòng và kêu khách nâng hạng phòng lên và khách phải chịu mức giá cao hơn giá đã book. nhưng vì cần chỗ nghỉ gần nơi công tác nên mình cũng liều đặt. Và vâng, khách sạn lại dùng chiêu đó với mình, trong lúc mình đưa mẹ đi khám bệnh viện và 2pm nhận phòng thì sáng hôm đó họ mới báo về việc hết phòng + nâng phòng tăng giá!!! mình ko có thời gian để book phòng khách vì đang rất bận trong bệnh viện cũng như cuối tuần rất khó đặt phòng gần sân bay mà yêu cầu giờ checkin gấp rút như v. khách sạn chơi mất dạy thật sự!!! giống lừa đảo

• Romy (1/5): Extremely disatisfied - Nothing Absolutely nothing, we didn’t even end up staying. We arrived at the hotel a few hours before the check in time and requested an early check in given the room was empty anyway. They were trying to charge us double the price for 1 night and also charge us more via cash than the price we agreed on booking.com. We finally agreed a price, entered the room and then they started banging on the door asking us to pay more so we ended up having to pack up and leave. It was a very stressful experience. The staff were so rude and had absolutely no empathy or morals. The room itself looked nothing like the pictures anyway - I highly highly doubt no recommend booking this hotel - it is a scam.

• Lucchesi (1/5): Don't go there - Was close to the airport They cancelled my booking 2 minutes before I arrived and charged me more for the same room. Took my passport and wouldn't give it back till I paid for something that I didn't take out of the mini bar. There are no locks on the door and very noisy all night inside the hotel and outside. Not recommended if you want to feel safe and relaxed.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - 우선 공항과 가깝다고 선택하실 필요는 없을 것 같아요. 청결은 괜찮지만 위치가 유명한 관광지에서 너무 멀기 때문에 늦은 밤 도착하거나 늦은 밤 비행기로 떠난다 해도 어짜피 숙소에 오고 가려면 택시를 타야 하기 때문에 굳이 가까운 곳에서 잘 필요는 없는 것 같아요. 택시비가 대부분 비싸지 않기 때문에 좀 더 구경하고 쉴수 있는 곳에 잡는 것을 추천합니다. 그리고 택시는 항상 이름있는 거 타시고 미터기는 '.'이 있는경우 뒤에 000을 붙이고, '.'이 없는 경우 모든 숫자 뒤에 000붙이면됩니다. 만약 ××.8 이렇게 되있으면 '.' 뒤에 000이니까 ××.800이 됩니다. 항상 사기 조심하시고 택시 기사가 여행자가 계산 못한다고 지갑을 가지고 가거나 돈을 뺏어서 자신이 고르려고 할때 큰 돈을 밑장빼서 가지고 가려고 합니다. 꼭 주지 마시고 뺏어 간 경우 돈 꼭 확인 하세요!! 순식간에 사기 당합니다!!!
• Jaemin (10/5): clean and tidy room - i booked this hotel very urgently since my original booking was unavailable. it was cheap but clean and tidy. the bed was pretty isolated at the corner of end of small alley of the room. i liked the structure. the shower was too narrow but the rest was good enough for budget.
• Rebecca (8/5): Easy access to airport - This hotel is good if all you're looking for is a place to stop before a flight. The staff were great and helped us with a call to our next hotel. As with most airport hotels though don't expect anything fancy the rooms are fairly small and not very soundproof. All in all though good value for money.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Inte igen - Myror överallt i hela rummet. När vi sade till fick vi ej byta rum utan endast en spray som vi fick döda myrorna med. Slitet hotell som såg ut som en renoveringsplats. Vi lämnade in tvätt som blev försenad flera timmar och då var den inte ens torr när vi hämtade ut den. Läget är centralt men jag skulle inte bo här igen.

A bit far from the city - The hotel is a short cab ride from the airport in a nice secluded, quiet area.I only have a problem that at night, the surrounding area is not well lit so walking around might be dangerous. It's a bit far from the city so going back and forth to the hotel can be expensive. The rooms are a bit small, but very clean and comfortable. The staff is top notch, they speak english and are very helpful with whatever inquiry you might have. Recommended place to stay if you don't need to go to your hotel every now and then.
