John Fogu, Kala Smith and their team gave the best customer service in working with me to ensure all of the travelers would have their lodging needs accommodated. The experience was superb, going forward all of my travelers will lodge at Residence Inn New Orleans Elmwood.

There was hair on the floor as well and the shower didnt look to be cleaned at all. The bed sheets in one of the beds had something on it not sure what.

The facility is up to date and clean, the staff was nice from the moment we checked in until we checked out. I love the location of the hotel it’s quiet and surrounded by shops and restaurants. This will definitely be the hotel I choose when I come back to New Orleans.

The hotel staff is so kind and helpful and the rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained throughout the whole week. The breakfast was well stocked and delicious! We will certainly be staying here again!

Most of the staff was extremely friendly, hospitable and helpful. except for one lady at the front desk. One of the front desk staff that was extremely mean unapproachable and just was like she did not want to be there.

- G4768JKanthonyt (10/5): Exceptional Customer Service - The customer service at this hotel has surpassed any other hotel I have stayed at. As a person who travels for work very often, it is not everyday you get to say that. Today, John Fogu (GM of Hotel), called me to inform me that I left my meds in the refrigerator. I asked if there is anything I can do to get them mailed asap and he accepted the challenge. He left the office in a flash and hurried to FedEx just before they closed and had them overnighted. John, is a pure example of customer service and the level of excellence this hotel displays. Thanks again John!

Also the King suite is listed with a King size bed,however it looks and feels like a queen size bed. Also the shower is one of those showers with only half a door.

It felt good in the living room area but was warmer in the bedroom. It wasn't hot and would probably be comfortable to anyone who keeps their air around 73 . I just like it cold when I sleep. Even Turing the air to the lowest setting, it was still warmer in the bedroom. Other than that it was amazing

The rooms are consistently clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for someone like me who’s away from home for extended periods. The amenities make long stays easy and convenient, and it never feels like I’m sacrificing comfort. A special shout-out to Jeff, the manager, and his team, who have been outstanding throughout my stay. He leads the team with warmth and professionalism. I highly recommend this Residence Inn. The amenities were very plentiful. The pool isn't very big but it was very clean. The breakfast was really good and lots of options.

No complaints. 5 stars all the way around. comfortable, great service, clean, nice breakfast, great layout, easy parking, a pool if you want one... just perfect. I can't wait to go back, really. I'm sort of a picky person. All was great! I could live there.

- Zacchaeus (4/5): - The room I booked wasn’t available. The room they provided had a stinch of wet(mold/mildew)…. Internet was down my entire stay…I had to pay for internet at another venue to work. The front desk person had an attitude when answering questions regarding my issues.

- Karen (4/5): Horrible smell covered by car air freshners. - You can see through the hotel a lack of maintenance. The room has stains on the carpet and the worst part is that they decided to put two car air fresheners on the ac vent, which was the most annoying smell, not sure if healthy thing to do. I woke up with a headache such a bad experience.

- Ye (1/5): Very uncomfortable - Very good service attitude My husband and I went on vacation and stayed for 2 nights. My husband and I had extremely dry and itchy skin all over our bodies. Our arms and legs were severely peeling. I don’t know if it was because of the shower gel or the dirty bedding. This has never happened before when staying in a hotel. It was a very painful stay.
