We had to fill a pot of water and dump it into the bowl to flush all weekend. The pool was not in service. that was the 2nd time in a row that this happened.

This was worth the price of a nice hotel with good amenities. The workout room is adequate. The washer/dryer is a nice bonus. There isn't anything we didn't like.

The WiFi didn’t always work in my room which was a problem. The heating was super loud so I turned it off. The staff on the front desk on Sunday and Monday morning were unhelpful, not proactive and grumpy. I also don’t like staying on the ground floor but was told there was no other option.

• Susan (10/5): - We had a king suite with a sofa bed, separate bedroom and full kitchen, including stove, dishwasher and full fridge. The room was clean and well-supplied with kitchen items like dishes, cups and utensils. All for a price similar to smaller units in some other local hotels. This made our week long stay very comfortable. There was a full hot and cold breakfast buffet, with different hot foods daily. Thus was delicious! Our teen enjoyed the basketball court, pool and workout room too.

There were a lot of kids in town for a baseball tournament and the hotel staff did not make any effort to keep up. Went to use the hot tub in the morning and the pool area was filthy with dirty towels and trash everywhere. The rooms were very large and spacious though.
• Erin (8/5): 3.5/5 Stars - Room service was offered but never came to our room over our 3 night stay. By the third night, we had to ask the front desk for clean towels. The lights in the bathroom were dusty and appliances were poorly installed or not working. There was graffiti in the shower and the pull out sofa bed was so uncomfortable it was unusable. The beds were very clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast was very good. The layout of the suite was large and comfortable and the kitchen in our suite was very nice. Otherwise, I'll be staying at the Hilton next year.

• Tracy Lynn (8/5): - The location for us was perfect. It was close to family and the area we needed to be in. The noise from the highway in our rooms was insane. I had to run the AC fan all night long just to get some sleep, and the AC fan was noisy but better then speeding cars, honking or trucks going by all night long. The set up in the room was nice, good size kitchen, living to bed and bath area. I love the hair care products and when Housekeeping came the room was clean. The breakfast for me was a hit or miss. One day it was good, then next not so much. I pool needs maintenance, I never got a chance to use the gym, but it looked good.

It ended up being the LOUDEST end of a hall I've ever had. The lighting is dated and dark. The bathroom mirror needed a brighter light, too. For the price, I'd probably stay at a house next time.

Human fluids on bed board, missing light fixtures in the bathroom w/ pee floor stains. No locks on Room doors....which by the way 5 mins after I stepped in the room, and hotel employee uses his card too gain access. I l asked when i 1st checked in...could i pay in cash for incidentals. ($20 a night) They said okay! Then 4 days into my stay...they call me and tell me we need your CC for incidentals. I said " That's not was I was told". So they refunded the cash and took my CC. I said I have problem with that because the hotel makes sneak over withdrawals. They assured me that's not gonna happen. LIE...LIE...LIE. I'm never staying at another Marriott residency ANYWHERE!
