Joan (10/5): - Breakfast was great. Not that I didn't like it, but I think there should be another shower grab bar. The floor of the shower could get a little slick, and I would have liked a grab bar closer to the end where the shower comes out.
Rachael (1/5): Run, run far far away and never ever stay here. - Nothing. This hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, LOUD, and has very rude staff. Everything. The rooms were loud and dirty. It wasn’t ready until 2 hours after check in. I’ve never experience a worse hotel stay.

ssgtsuave (2/5): The worst hotel we have ever stayed at in all our travels. - We were back to Missouri on vacation and decided to stay due to it not being that old of a hotel. When we checked in we noticed a presence of many Muslims but didn’t think anything of it. Maleek the front desk worker checked us in on the first floor. As we went down the hall corridor to our room the air wreaked of what smelled like burning cabbage. The room was nice and clean. Later in the evening when we got back, a very large presence of Muslims. As we relaxed in our room you could hear kids running up and down the halls. This went on sometimes until after midnight. Finally we had enough and went to the front desk to complain. Both Maleek and Joe said they would take care of it and the problem somewhat subsided. The next night the same thing, kids running up and down the halls on the floors above us and these Muslim parents doing nothing to monitor their children. Again, we went to the front desk. By that time, several other patrons were there complaining as well. Then the fire alarm went off. Either one of the kids running in the hall did it or someone was cooking garbage in their room due to the smell. We all went outside for quite sometime and the fire department never showed!! That was enough. The next morning we packed and went to the front desk. Glenn the manager was on duty and we expressed our dissatisfaction and requested a full refund. He apologized, said no problem and we went down to the Home 2 Suites that now had an opening. The problem is, Glenn the manager only gave us a partial reimbursement when he stated it would be a full refund. Folks, DO NOT waste your money by staying there. Go to Home2Suites, they are stellar compared to these people at Town Place.

We also enjoyed the full kitchen, especially the stove. The pool was good, and the breakfast was delicious! The hotel is surrounded by a great and safe area, lots of dining and shopping options.

RLB_12 (10/5): Comfortable bed and clean room - We stayed here for two nights and we were so happy with the accommodations and the friendly staff. The person at the front desk answered any questions we had about the area. The breakfast staff was very helpful. My spouse has Celiac and the breakfast staff went out of their way to make sure that she knew what was gluten-free and what was not. The breakfast person even went back into the kitchen and gave my wife gluten-free muffins. If in the Kansas City/Liberty area we would stay here again. Thank you to everyone at the TownPlace Suites for making our stay a good one.
569barbf (10/5): Fantastic Experience!! - We recently stayed at this hotel for four nights while visiting family for a 90th bday party. I can’t say enough good about this hotel and staff!! The first thing I did when we checked in was compliment the two people (one being Jonathan and another young lady, but I didn’t catch her name) at the front desk on their attire. They kind of looked at me funny, and then I explained about our most recent bad experiences— one being in Macon GA and one being in Elizabethtown KY where the staff could have dressed more professionally. We also needed to adjust our reservations and stay an additional night. The staff was VERY accommodating! We did not have maid service but needed a few clean towels. I called the front desk to request them. We then decided to leave our room for a while so I took the dirty towels to the front desk. The front desk woman apologized profusely and I told her it was no big deal. Very shortly after, clean towels were delivered to our room. AND the clerk at the front desk provided us with 2500 bonus points since I went “above and beyond” by bringing the dirty towels down! Also this young woman believes in working hard as she was also assisting the breakfast personnel with refilling various items. I didn’t catch her name, but she was at the front desk on the morning of 4/10 when we checked out. Jonathan and these two young ladies were all VERY impressive! Please pass along our thanks to them!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great location close to restaurants, stores, and easy access to I-35. Nice breakfast area. All items separated on different counters to help with congestion. Great toppings for oatmeal, the best biscuits, and excellent coffee with real half and half. Would choose this hotel again and again if in the area.

annie270 (10/5): Towneplace Suites is the BEST - I have been staying here for a work project for a few months and I can not say enough good things about this hotel. The staff here are top notch. Everyone is so incredibly kind and helpful and super genuine. I have stayed previously at a competitor chain for work and the customer service was not even close. Staying here makes me miss home a little less. Leaving here I will definitely miss the staff. From breakfast with Amanda and Wanda to the front desk with Makayla, Jonathon, and Malik, and of course Amber, the bartender who gives me all sorts of good area advice for food, etc. Even the maintenance guy is super responsive and kind in the halls despite being busy and running around all the time. They really take care of this place and it shows. The rooms are SUPER clean and the beds are really comfortable. I love that there are little kitchens too! I would highly recommend staying here if in the KC area. Even if it isn't quite near your destination, it's worth the little extra drive to have the piece of mind to know you're staying at a clean place with fantastic people. John (10/5): - We were in town for a family wedding at a nearby venue in Liberty. The hotel was convenient, clean, well appointed and had lots of amenities. Rooms were spacious suites with kitchen facilities. The breakfast was very good. There was also a spacious patio with gas grills to use. We enjoyed the drinks on the patio after the wedding. Great weekend and great hotel with lots of shopping and dining all around it.
Connie (7/5): Good - It was clean I paid for a room with balcony online. There was no balcony. I paid for a suite and was given a regular room. Very unsatisfied

Quattlebaum (9/5): Very clean, modern facilities. Staff was very helpful. - Breakfast was very good. Pool was out of service for maintenance when we arrived around 330, but was open later in the evening. Grandkids were planning on swimming that afternoon, so we had to change our schedule.

Ryan (10/5): Great! - We stayed three nights. Two adults, two kids, and a toddler. We had every need met to make our stay comfortable and easy. Breakfast was great, the hotel was as incredibly quiet, the pool was comfortable. The staff was happy to help and always greeted us whenever we left and returned. Alex made sure our room was ready so we could check in nearly two hours early. We will definitely stay here next time.
Hunt (8/5): Will definitely stay again if I'm in the area. - Staff was amazing. My room was very clean and had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable. I wish there was more hot food options at breakfast. I wish there were fans in the bathrooms. I booked a king room and wasn't told until I got there that they didn't have a king and that I got a double. They gave me the price of the king, which was cheaper, but I would have liked a king bed better as that's what my husband and I are used to sleeping in.

The staff was super friendly and attentive. Breakfast was decent and typical hot items and continental. Easily accessible from the road and in a place with lots of stores and store brands.
