The host was very responsive and accommodating, thank you! The apartment is located about 10 min walk from the train station and another 10 minutes form the cruise boat shuttle. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, and we felt safe walking around. Excellent view of the harbor from the window! Thank you for everything. i would suggest adding directions for how to open and close the blinds.

She and I believe was her daughter went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay and transportation to the port the next morning. We could not have asked for a better host. If you’re in need of accommodations in Civitavecchia, this is the place! Book it. There was nothing not to like.

• Kerry (9/5): Wonderful apartment in an excellent location with a great host! - Location - Excellent. Very close to the cruise port and with a lovely view of the port. Apartment - Very clean and spacious. Airconditioning worked well and was very welcome during the Italian summer. Host - Very responsive and easy to communicate with. Lots of helpful information in the apartment and she also provided detailed instructions on how to locate the cruise port from the apartment. The only thing that we would suggest for the apartment would be a washing machine.

Ideal for cruisers since the entrance to the port is only 10 minutes walk away. Emanuela is extremely accommodating and was able to prepare the property for us for an early check-in after a long flight. Everything was wonderful ! Thank you again ! Beds are a bit hard.

• Jennifer (10/5): Fabulous stay! - Nothing but wonderful comments for this property! Arrived at property around 130pm after an overnight flight and train ride from Rome airport. Easily found property with instructions provided, no answer on intercom so we availed of the free wifi of the restaurant just below apartment while we enjoyed the best pizza ever, to reach out to apartment representative. The representative arrived within 20mins to show us into apartment. Fabulous location and layout, everything you need is there! Instructions and suggestions for most everything you need is provided. Only kink was trying to figure out how to close the bedroom blinds, new to us, but wasn’t a concern for us as we chose to sleep in room that had the blinds still closed. lol Next morning at about 10am, next renters buzzed the intercom to come in, just off cruise ship. As we were preparing to leave we spoke to them via window and reached out to apartment representative via WhatsApp and she arrived within 30mins to store their luggage while apartment was cleaned from our stay. Fabulous customer service! After we checked out, it was an easy and quick walk to the embarkation area of the port. Would definitely stay here again! We had difficulty figuring out how to close and open the blinds, more of a ‘our issue’ situation as we were not familiar with those types of blinds.

• Mick (10/5): Absolutely perfect if going on a cruise - It is perfect if you are getting on a cruise ship. Having 2 bathrooms was good in the morning with 6 of us. Owner let us keep cases in flat till we left. Good AC. Electricity flipped off a couple of times but fuse box easy to find.

Nestled in the heart of the city, it offers a prime spot for those looking to explore the local attractions or embark on a cruise. Being centrally located, it’s just a short walk to the bustling cruise terminal, which is incredibly convenient for travelers setting sail or arriving by ship. The central position also means that guests have easy access to a myriad of shops, restaurants, and cultural sites, all within walking distance. Being situated in such a vibrant and central location does come with a minor downside. There are several lively restaurants and cafes downstairs, which means there can be a bit of noise in the evenings. However, it’s not overwhelming.

• Ciccarelli (10/5): A little slice of heaven! - The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and so comfortable! Emanuela, the property manager, was easy to reach, offered superior communication, she even got us in touch with people to help get us from the airport to the property. She send map links and pictures. She really took the stress and worry out of traveling abroad. I would recommend this property, our stay was a little slice of heaven before our cruise.

It was easy walking distance to grocery, shopping, and numerous restaurants. It is not close to free shuttle for cruise port. It was a €30 for a taxi van to accommodate our group and luggage.

Parking was a challenge, but then that is Italy, host assisted with finding a spot with-in 200 meters of property. Nothing, everything was exceptional from initial contact and during the stay. Will definitely stay there again and recommend to my colleagues.

Small lift ideal to get suitcases up and down. There was a little tea and coffee sugar provided but not enough for 8 people .. a little more and some fresh milk would be great.

Easy walking distance (with rolling suitcases) to free cruise terminal shuttle. Elevator in building for suitcases. Proper air conditioning in apartment. Good Wi-Fi. Excellent instructions in apartment as to how things worked. Hot water in one shower a bit inconsistent & sometimes noisy.

Everything was very clean, the kids loved the toys in the bunk bed room The double beds could maybe do with being replaced as we found they slouched slightly but nothing that would put you off your sleep.

Access to the City and port are very close and easy to maneuver through. The staff at the pizza restaurant next door are great. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.
