• Adrian (8/5): Bardzo miło spędzony czas w Rzymie. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie było blisko ( do sklepów, barów, metra). Bardzo dobry i szybki kontakt zarówno przed przyjazdem do apartamentu jak i podczas wymeldowania. Duży plus za możliwość zostawienia bagażu przed zameldowaniem i po wymeldowaniu jeśli ktoś ma wieczorny lot. Mrówki przy oknie w łazience.

• Anna (10/5): Polecam. - Korzystna lokalizacja - blisko metra. Wejście z osobnego dziedzińca do wynajmowanego lokalu na parterze. Osobna sypialnia z wygodnym łóżkiem. Pełne wyposażenie w kuchni i na powitanie saszetki z oliwą, keczupem, cukrem, ciasteczka. Czysto. Wszystko było super.

• Eva (9/5): Séjour très agréable et facile. - Établissement propre, proche du métro donc très pratique de se déplacer. L’appartement est bien équipé (cuisine, télés, salle de douche, machine à laver, WC, clim). Le lit est très grand. Un supermarché pas loin pour faire quelques courses, un parc, une pâtisserie, une petit centre commercial. J’ai eu a faire au personnel seulement en message whatsapp et cela a été pour moi très pratique. Nous sommes arrivés tard le soir et aucun problème, tout nous avez été expliqué en amont. On peut entendre un peu de bruit le soir. L’insonorisation n’est pas au top mais rien de bien méchant ça n’empêche pas de dormir !

Located at a very quiet and safe neighbourhood. 3 minutes far from subway station 45 minutes was the longest time needed to.be anywhere in Rome Very close to supermarket and some excellent restaurants. • Kyriakos (7/5): Ευχάριστο και εύκολη εύρεση τοποθεσίας. - Η τοποθεσία Ήταν κάπως μακριά με τά πόδια από το κέντρο, το κρεβάτι που κοιμήθηκαν όι μικρές ήταν άβολο. Έδωσα 114€ για φόρο στην Ρώμη επιπλέον από αυτά που πλήρωσα για το ξενοδοχείο.
• Alex (10/5): Відмінно! А менеджер Енейде найкраща! - Велика подяка менеджеру Енейде! Вона зробила навіть більше, ніж можна очікувати від персоналу. Номер шикарний! Ліжка доволі зручні, гарна якісна білизна, номер надає можливість відпочивати шістьом особам, гарний посуд, непогане розташування (450 м від станції метро. З мінусів - дуже погані сковорідки (настав час господарю витратити 20 євро на нові. Можна придбати в китайському магазині на Via delle Cave, як особисто я і зробив). Сподіваюсь, що й батарею в гостинної полагодять тому, що вона працює на обігрів таким чином, що зранку ми відчули себе десь на узбережжі середземного моря. Але це все дрібниці в порівнянні із задоволенням, яке ми отримали від перебування в King of Rome.

• isabella (10/5): - Το σπίτι είναι πολύ καλό ,έχει όλα όσα χρειάζεσαι, πολύ ζεστό κ είναι όπως φαίνεται στις φωτό. Υπήρχε άμεση ανταπόκριση από τον οικοδεσπότη και καλή επικοινωνία. Ήταν κοντά σε μετρό . Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι κάποιοι γείτονες άφηναν την εξώπορτα να κλείσει μόνη της κ έκανε θόρυβο , αλλά αυτό προφανώς δεν έχει να κάνει με το σπίτι.

• Federica (10/5): Breve soggiorno ma ottima struttura - Recensione super positiva, il nostro soggiorno si è interrotto quasi subito per problemi di salute, ma già prima del nostro arrivo, la sig.ra Ineide è stata gentilissima e davvero disponibile, dando tutto il supporto necessario per raggiungere la struttura che risulta molto carina e ben curata già dall'esterno, l'appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, pulitissimo e molto ben organizzato ( lavatrice compresa ) climatizzato in tutte le stanze ( sia riscaldamento che pompe di calore ) noi abbiamo trovato la casa calda all'arrivo. Bagno spazioso doccia compresa, stanza dal letto ampia e comoda, zona giorno con divano letto e cucina ben organizzata Sia il letto matrimoniale che il divano letto erano estremamente comodi, la struttura è centrale e vicinissima alle fermate della metro, alla stazione Tiburtina, buona posizione e con molti servizi nei dintorni Abbiamo avuto necessità del loro supporto per ragioni burocratiche dopo essere andati via e con grande professionalità e celerità hanno reso tutto più semplice

• Traplová (10/5): - Milý a ochotný personál, rychlé řešení případných drobných problémů, čistota, smeták a mop v apartmánu, pračka. Metro včetně nákupního centra cca 5 minut pěšky. Pro naši rodinu vyhovující, někomu ale nemusí vyhovovat cca 13 minut metrem do historického centra města.

Tem um jardim perto perfeito para passear com crianças onde se encontram dois parques infantis. Acompanhamento por parte do alojamento sempre disponível para qualquer situação o que é perfeito. Apartamento bem equipado. Nota 8. O colchão não é muito confortável e a cama faz um pouco de barulho. Podiam ter colocado mais sacos do lixo e mais papel higiénico.
• Luna (8/5): Comfortable and pleasant. - The host Ineide was really helpful, she got in touch with us a few days before our trip and met us at the apartment. She sent us details about the neighborhood, how to get around the city etc. She explained how everything worked, gave us the key and was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was good, very clean and generally comfortable. Lots of room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are even some complementary supplies like cookies and jam, olive oil, coffee, a bottle of water, salt etc. The location is also great, very lively and well-connected to the city center. The park nearby is lovely. There was a specific smell in the apartment - not unpleasant, more like from some cleaning liquid or detergent. It was very strong and because I suffer from allergies it was a bit tricky the first couple of days until we aired out the apartment. Also the rooms are ground floor, so there is really not much light during the day.

The apartment was spotless and fully equipped, including a kitchen and a washing machine, which was extremely convenient since we were continuing our trip and could wash our clothes. The location is great – just a few metro stops away from the main historical sights and only a 5-minute walk to the metro station. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with markets, cafés, bars, and an Italian restaurant nearby. The whole apartment, towels, bed linen, and kitchen were perfectly clean. Receptionist Ineide was incredibly sweet, friendly, and supportive. We truly loved Rome and this apartment, and we would definitely choose it again. Thank you

• Joanne (9/5): A nice quiet spot in the city - The Kings of Rome apartments were in a nice, quiet neighborhood perfectly located to get to the Metro to get to all the hot spots around Rome. Nice restaurants and shops close by. The courtyard was kept clean and we felt safe.

We preferred walking to the city centre, on a nice wide boulevard. The bed and the sofa were very comfortable and the apartment was very clean and had everything you would need. The host recommended a few restaurants around the location, we really enjoyed them and I recommend eating there instead of the very touristic centre.

• Linu (7/5): Value for money apartment, but can be kept more clean - Kings of Rome is a nice, spacious 1 bed room apartment, connected by Metro line A stations near by. Unfortunately the closest station Furia Camilla (300m) was shut down due to maintenance and the next closest Colli Albani was about 800 m walk. The sofa in the drawing room, doubles up as a proper double bed. So with 2 double beds, it's ideal for a 4 member family. There is a KFC, McD and some Pizzerias in walkable distance + a grocery shop too. The kitchen is well stocked. There were a few Jam sachets, sugar, coffee powder etc. They had sufficient utensils, cutleries etc. The sofa didn't look very clean. It had a dusty look and feel that didn't give much confidence. The bathroom didn't have a lock. That's a bit of discomfort.

• Erlinda (6/5): It was acceptable. - The apartment was spacious and clean, close to restaurants for dinner and within 9 min walk to the metro. Hannah, the receptionist, explained clearly the steps needed to get in the compound using a code and another code to get the key in the lock box. She was patient when I had trouble figuring the number of days we were staying at the apartment. She helped us get a taxi for the airport on our departure day. The mattress should be replaced. Halfway down, there was a dent that bothered me at night. The pillows were so flat it felt like folded towels. The kitchen needs drawers for cutleries and kitchen utensils. There were no tea towels, only a small towel and sponges for cleaning. The drying shelves for dishes/cutleries are way too high for average height people to use. The air conditioner rattled when it was turned on. There are two large cabinets where the TV is, but the one above is too high and the one below was too low to be useful. The shower door is missing screws and it leaks. We had to dry the floor after each use. The shower has no soap shelf either. After flashing the toilet, the water continues to run. We had to work with the flusher to stop it. That needs a plumber to fix it. The toilet smelled of urine, a sign of a leaky seal. The windows and door have no screens, so we could not open the window to let fresh air come in. Bugs and housefly came in the house when we open the door. We went to the supermarket to find a fly swatter but could not find one. It was annoying that we could not get rid of a housefly for the 5 days we were there. An air freshener buzzed regularly, but it was empty. Same thing with the air freshener in the bathroom, it was dry. The bathroom sink does not hold water because the seal has deteriorated. The bedroom closet was huge but not functional, it can use shelves for getting organized.

• Jenna (10/5): Great stay, highly recommend if you want a comfortable place in an easy location out of the touristy areas. - Firstly the staff were great. The communication was excellent and everything was explained well and clearly. The apartment itself was large and comfortable for our family of 6. The property is a bit out of the main tourist areas, but the metro makes it super easy to get anywhere quickly. There are heaps of shops and restaurants very close by. The area itself is very difficult to get a taxi from. We tried on multiple occasions without any luck. Obviously this is not the properties fault, but you have to be prepared for public transport most of the time.

• Beatriz (10/5): Good stay close to the centre of Rome - The apartment is well located, in a relaxing neigborhood very well connected to the centre of Rome by metro. It is comfortable and very clean. The communication with the host was easy at all times and she was very responsive and friendly. We had an issue with the hot water and it was resolved in no time. We appreciated it. We would defenitely recommend these apartments and we will visit it again. Thanks.

• Marco (10/5): A nice safe apartment, with a friendly and very helpful host - We loved the location, in the middle of a nice shopping and residential area, a short distance by bus or underground from the city centre, but also very quiet. The apartments are enclosed in a gated area, all are on the ground floor, with nothing above them, so very little noise comes through. The service was excellent! We'll be back.
• Trevor (9/5): Our stay in Rome was spoilt by incident on Metro 🚇 - Nice clean apartment with all the necessities. Host communicated well and arranged replacement pillows as requested. Host gave us travel info as we requested Felt very secure with locked front gate giving access to courtyard and secure apartment door lock. The apartment is a fair distance away from most tourist attractions but there is a bus service . There is also a metro but after our incident, (twice on one day) with undesirable thieves we avoided the metro at all costs. BE AWARE

• Vedire (8/5): Nice and clean rooms with a location close to the metro station. - The rooms were overall was clean and comfy. The metro was easy to access as it was only a 7 minute walk. The apartment was all one level which was nice as there were no steps that needed to be climbed. There being washers and dryers for clothes was very convenient. Some of the showers had only very cold water coming out of them which was inconvenient and made it hard for little kids to shower.
• Muhammed (7/5): Good - Location is good Avoid last minute surprises There is a tourist fee 6 euro per night per person So consider that in your budget before booking
• Marja (10/5): Close to metro and supermarkets and pizza, nice enough for 2 person but not for 3. - Good location and very nice personel. The coach was pretty bad for sleeping and no proper pillows. Only one roll toilet paper. Shower handle broken so had to keep it in hand.
• Mukundan (8/5): Very good - Irene was a brilliant host. The apartment is located close to local metro and amenities We had trouble with air con on day 1 but Irene was brilliant being in touch and helped us by sorting it
• Daehui (10/5): Exceptional - Host is very kind Room is clean and enough. Door is hard to open :)
• Hazel (9/5): Superb - Facilities such as washing machine, microwave etc was helpful. It was clean and self check in was easy. Irene replied our every question really fast. In shower there was no shelf. Garbage could be taken. AC in the living room was working really loudy. We have been told that someone will come to check it but no one did during our stay but at least it was working, it was just noisy.
