- Deepak (1/5): Bad - Rooms are not clean, No hot water in bathroom. A/C not working after contacting all issue they changed one of our rooms but still same issue water was leaking from bottom of wash basin every time we use. We waiting for 1.5 hours for breakfast and even its not even standard, very basic tea and bread/parattha . I will never recommend to anyone even if its free of charge. I wish Booking.com can compensate us for this hassel with offering partial or full refund. Very bad experience.

- Eliana (9/5): Superb - Open-heartedly and friendly atmosphere. Great flexibility and service. Unlike other hotels you could choose the breakfast which was freshly prepaired and tasty. If you had any additional requests, you could simply ask and a solution was offered by the hotel team. I can definitely recommend this hotel if you want a good service for a good price! Nothing to complain about :)
