- Andrzej (10/5): Very good - The apartment is nice and cozy; it feels like home, and it's clean. Communication with the manager is very good. The property is gated. It's about an hour's walk to the city center. There's a pub just a minute away. I highly recommend it.

A bit noisy from neighbouring buildings' air conditioning and nearby beer garden. We would have appreciated instructions for using the TV & DVD (it took us ages to figure out, and we never managed to connect the DVD to the TV), and coat hooks in the hall, bedrooms and bathrooms would have been useful.

- Gavin (10/5): Great apartment - Centrally located hi-spec apartment with underground parking, unbeatable for work and with superfast broadband. Really comfortable bed too and nice balcony to relax after busy day. The staff were very friendly and obliging. Hope to return some day.
- Kate (10/5): - Overall an excellent experience, beautifully furnished flat, comfy beds, well appointed kitchen, spotlessly clean. Great location. Occasionally a bit noisy from nearby pubs and bars but close the windows and you’re good. Highly recommended!

What we didn't like only received 1key fob so if one person leaves the apartment the other person couldn't leave to get back in also there was no usb outlets anywhere in the apartment. There was a weird smell in the apartment there was plug ins to cover up the smell. Had few other issues with the apartment. When messaged about them was given an apology and was given a refund for 1 night and one of the issues was fixed the next day. Overall the apartment was OK but needs alot of attention. The customer service was good they helped where they could.

- Anita (10/5): K Space Leeds apartment - The host was excellent. Pre arrival communication and met at the location on arrival to explain the entrance and parking. Quiet location a short walk from the city centre. All basic amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. Clean linens provided.

The hosts were helpful and flexible when we moved. The apartments are great, the building is clean, quiet and secure and in a fantastic location.

The communication was outstanding, I arrived late after a long drive yet that wasn’t a problem, the hosts were so understanding and very helpful! Check in was so easy and instructions and pics were great! The secure underground parking was great under the building, as I was alone it made me feel very safe. I was on business and definately would love to stay here every time I return! Fab overall! Thank you!

The location was great 2 minutes from the shuttle bus to Elland road and five minutes from the town center but still nice and quiet for sleeping. Apartment clean,bed comfy, parking underneath was good but a bit pricey and communication from Penny was brilliant. Can’t wait to come back

The host was absolutely amazing , she went above and beyond to answer questions prior and during check in. The pictures does not do the property justice , it’s more beautiful in person . Don’t hesitate when it comes to booking , I will definitely be back.
- Nevil (8/5): - Brilliant location in modern block by the canal. A five minute walk to the centre of the city. Convenient underground parking (£20 per 24 hours). A tiny balcony with 2 chairs and small table. The apartment would benefit from some coat hooks and a bit more furniture. One of the three large back cushions on the sofa is missing. Feels very sparse.

I’ve traveled all over the world and this was just so welcoming. I love the fact that the property is easy to access (just read the instructions carefully), love the elevator availability. I loved how accessible it is to transportation - also very central in Leeds! Great kitchen. Love the washer and dryer. I cannot rave about this property enough!

Only thing I’d change is the sofa, hard to get comfy as it is leather and slippery but that is a minor detail and personal preference. Overall loved my stay and the team are really helpful.

- Gareth (8/5): - This apartment was fairly great, spacious living room & kitchen, and the bed was amazing definitely a good night's sleep. We stayed 2 nights for the Leeds Christmas Market, close to the city centre. However the apartment does require general maintenance. When we arrived, we soon discovered the sofa had a hole on the right side underneath. 2 windows had dysfunctional handles, they shut fine just didn't lock. Apart from those few issues they was no other problems. (Obviously can not speak for the other apartments) As for the actual building itself it looked very well and clean secured with an access gate. We met a woman for our apartment key and she was very helpful, no issues there. Overall we would book again if the issues we had are resolved.

- Becky (4/5): - Condition of the unit was not very good. The apartment I was given was not shown in any of the photos so it was very deceptive to arrive to stay for a week in an apartment that clearly needs to be renovated. Very disappointing. The apartment only came with one towel for the entire week so I had to wash the towel each day. No washing powder was provided so I had to purchase it at a local store. There is no parking around the apartment unless you want to pay a large amount each day to the apartment at an additional cost. There were only one small shampoo for the week. No coffee was provided. Kitchen needs repair as well as new carpet. Only good thing was it is in a safe area and you can walk into town easily. Just be careful if you decide to stay here because you may not get a lovely unit as seen in the pics when you reserve. The unit looked nothing like the photos.

Excellent communication from host with clear instructions to access the property. Would stay there again.
- Suk Han (10/5): - I stayed there for 5 nights. Every aspect was very very good except on the Sunday night when the nearby bars broadcast their music loudly until about 11 pm.
- B (10/5): - We stayed in a family suite, travelling from Canada. There was a small hiccup upon arrival as we were at the wrong entrance. Nobody’s fault, well except maybe google maps, ha ha. However, a few quick emails solved the issue and we met Penny at the gate. She was very helpful and pleasant through out our stay. Again very responsive if we had any questions. The area itself is perfect. Walking distance to everything you need! Quiet at night. We enjoyed out stay and would absolutely stay here again! Cheers!

The location was perfect for my convenient shopping, Dining, Pubs, Clubs, Transportation etc.However inside the apartment the sofa was very old and the closet draws were broken in both rooms, also my entrance door couldn't close properly. But the owner was nice when l communicated with her.

I was worried that there would be no place for me to leave my luggage after the checkout time, but they actually allowed me to keep the keys longer and come back to pick up my suitcase at about 5pm that day.
