- Barbara (9/5): - Sehr zentrale Lage direkt am Hafen, optimal für Ausflüge oder Schiffstouren. Sehr schöne Ausstattung. Das Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick ist wirklich wunderschön! Die Technik und das Veleuchtungskonzept ist super durchdacht und edel. So haben wir während des gesamten Aufenthalts nur per whats app mit dem Vermieter kommuniziert und haben weder für check in oder out jemanden gesehen. Die Parkplatzbuchung ist wichtig und kostet 20€/Tag. Das Garagentor ist direkt neben der Eingangstüre und öffnet sich wie alles andere mit einem Code. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Leider ist eine Pizzeria direkt unterhalb, da wurde lautstark gefeiert bis in die frühen Morgenstunden. Auch die Lage direkt im Kreisverkehr ist vom Verkehrslärm nicht optimal (ständiges Hupen). Ab ca. 6.00 Uhr fängt dann das Beladen der Containerschiffe an. Also Ohrenstöpsel einpacken. Wir haben Frühstück gebucht. Das war leider enttäuschend. Im Zimmer lagen Bons die man in einer naheliegenden Caffeteria einlösen konnte. Einen Kaffe und ein Hörnchen gab es pro Person für diesen Bon.

Petit déjeuner agréable dans le bar d'à côté (1 boisson + 1 viennoiserie). L'hôte est très gentil et disponible. Le logement était très propre et spacieux. Je recommande largement! Le matelas trop dur pour nous, quelques douleurs au réveil

- Alan (10/5): - We only stayed for one night as a stop off before getting the ferry to the Aeolian islands. The location is very close to the ferry port so it was ideal and only a very short walk. The room was fantastic, very clean and stylish with an amazing shower and a nice little balcony area. We were met at the front of the building, even though we arrived quite a bit later than planned. We would be very happy to stay again even though we only had the one night to judge from. We would recommend it
- AKVB (8/5): - Emplacement parfait au pied du port et de l'embarcadère pour les îles éoliennes. Chambre très confortable. Grande salle de bain. Possibilité de garer la voiture dans l'immeuble. Accueil expéditif de notre hôte qui a dû rester 5mn montre en mains à notre arrivée. Il n'est pas indiqué dans l'annonce que le parking fait l'objet d'un supplément de 20 € par nuit. C'est dommageable que cela ne soit pas mentionné. De plus chaque logement peut garer une voiture qui sont toutes au même endroit. Cela vaut quelques embouteillages et prises de contact avec les autres résidents pour s'assurer que leur véhicule ne bloquera pas l'accès de la sortie du parking. Ce qui n'est très pratique ni rassurant.. Petit déjeuner extrêmement décevant : dans un bar à proximité qui se résume à un café et un croissant. Tout autre chose est payant. De plus le personnel du bar n'est pas du tout agréable, répondant à peine à notre bonjour et nos demandes.

Ménage et renouvellement des serviettes quotidien ( rare!). Bien insonorisé. Le bar du petit déjeuner : serveurs peu cordiaux, local bondé. Les déchets laissés devant l'entrée par les dîneurs de la pizzeria voisine.

- Bruno (9/5): - The location of the B&B is great, you can get everything done by foot, there are nearby restaurants, grocery shops and beaches. Gianluca was swift to respond to all our questions, and helped us out with the car and checkin/checkout doubts. The apartment was clean, the shower was great and the bed was comfy. The breakfast is not a typical 'hotel breakfast'. You get a voucher to be used on a nearby cafe, where you can choose one beverage and one piece of food. Apart from the limited food, the owner is not the nicest person, so we ended up not going there every morning.

Daarnaast ook een fijne locatie ten opzichte van de haven, dus perfecte plek om op tijd bij de veerboten te zijn. Goed om te weten dat het ontbijt bij een restaurant ernaast is. Heel goed en lekker, maar wel even de kamer/gebouw uit. Voor de lichte slaper: rond vier uur begint de drukte in de haven, oordoppen zijn handig.

- Julia (8/5): Séjour agréable je recommande - Chambre spacieuse, confortable, calme et parfaitement équipée. L’emplacement est idéal pour les excursions dans les îles ( face au port). Bien qu’il n’y ait pas de reception, le personnel est joignable, disponible et accessible facilement. Un grand merci à Gianluca pour sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse et son efficacité. Le seul bémol pour nous reste le petit déjeuner servi dans un café voisin ( ce n’est pas un problème), en revanche le choix est limité à une seule pâtisserie et une seule boisson, pas de pain par exemple et un 2e café est facturé en supplément.. c’est assez dommage pour un petit déjeuner ce n’est pas assez . En revanche tout le reste est vraiment très bien, aucun regret sur le choix de l’hôtel que je recommande
