Liron (10/5): - ריזורט מהמם ביופיו הכל מלא טבע וירוק ומטופח מאוד המון פינות חמד לשבת בהן בחוף, ליד הבריכה או במידה על הגג. צוות מאוד איש תמיד מחייכים חרוצים לעזור. מביאים הכל לחדר לכל בקשה. חוף פרטי עם מיטות נוחות ושמשיות, שקיעות הכי יפות ממש בחוף של המלון. במלון קצת מבודד מהאד אין, צריך שאטל כדי להגיע לרחוב המרכזי. מבחינתו זה היה יתרון כי זה היה שקט ורגוע. המלון מספק שאטלים.

Stefanie (10/5): Einfach ein toller Aufenthalt!!! - Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Personal ist super nett und kümmert sich um jedes Detail. Lage war gut; auch zu Fuß sind Restaurants zu erreichen. In der Nähe ist direkt ein Rollervermieter. (Sehr nett und hilfsbereit.) Auf Koh Phangan ist das Rollerfahren relativ einfach auch ohne Vorkenntnisse. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend! Zimmer sind hervorragend! Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Hierzu können wir nichts negatives mitteilen.

Lara Aaricia (9/5): I will be back! :) - The room was fantastic! Super clean, huge and extremely comfortable. The staff were attentive 24/7 and very very friendly! The beach setup could be a bit more thought through, like at the Cocohut Resort a few steps down the beach. There are plenty of sunbeds, but I’m sure that a beach bar and a bit more landscaping would go a long way and it would also stop rude hotel guests to blast their music so that everyone has to listen to it.

Melanie (7/5): Zimmer schön, Strand toll, insgesamt aber verbesserungswürdig - Zimmer sehr modern und hell und Anlage modern. Zimmer wurden immer zuverlässig geputzt, wenn wir gerade beim Frühstück waren. Strand wunderschön und ruhiges Wasser zum Baden. SUP gratis zum ausleihen war klasse. Süße Kätzchen, die überall rumlaufen. Strand wurde jeden Morgen gerächt und war stets sauber. Frühstück und Essen im Restaurant war lecker. Wir hatten eine Suite, würde jedem aber eins der 3 Häuser direkt unten am Strand mit Privat Pool empfehlen, ein absoluter Traum! Unsere Suite war oben auf dem Berg, weshalb man immer ziemlich viele Stufen laufen muss. Und leider hatten wir nur einen sehr kleinen Balkon mit normalen Stühlen, was wir schade fanden, die kleineren günstigeren Zimmer hatten alle Lounge Möbel zum chillen. Hatten Ameisen im Zimmer, die wurden aber auf Nachfrage direkt beseitigt. Neben den schönen Zimmern ist die Anlage an sich zum Teil etwas unordentlich, so wie man es halt von Thailand gewöhnt ist, wie man aber von so einem teuren Hotel eigentlich anders erwarten würde. Überall liegt halt irgendwie so ein bisschen Zeug rum was die Mitarbeiter scheinbar übersehen. Im Restaurant gab es kein Qualitätsmanagement, mal war das Müsli total klein mal war es total groß, mal haben sie die Sauce weggelassen, mal kamen 2 Eier, am nächsten Tag nur noch eins, aber beim selben Preis. Wenn man sich Essen zum Strand bestellt, kommt es im normalen Geschirr, wenn man es sich aufs Zimmer bestellt leider nur in To Go Verpackung und Plastik Besteck. Das Englisch der meisten Angestellten war leider sehr schlecht, so dass wir nicht mal kommunizieren konnten und allgemein war das Personal eher schläfrig, mit ein paar Ausnahmen. Der Kunstrasenteppich um den Pool hat auch nicht unbedingt einen schönen Vibe und das Gym ist schlecht ausgestattet.
Constanze (10/5): Empfehlenswert zu 100% . - Diese Unterkunft bietet wirklich alles was das Herz begehrt. Eine wunderschöne Lage direkt am Strand, nettes Personal, ein super schönes Interieur, eine tolle Umgebung und vor allem ist es super ruhig und auf jedes Anliegen wird umgehend reagiert. Dieser Aufenthalt dort war wirklich rundum perfekt und unvergesslich. Jederzeit gerne wieder . Und man konnte sich ein SUP ausleihen und umherpaddeln. Einfach phantastisch Das ich schon nach drei Tagen wieder abreisen musste 😭

Завтрак на двоечку, кофе не вкусный, не было папаи ни разу, один раз подогрев в кострюлях которых стоит еда не был включен, было все холодное. Много искусственных растений и газона, что в Тайланде выглядеть странно. Заселение в 14.00, приехали в отель в 14.30, заселить смогли только через 15 минут в 14.45, при этом ни как не компенсировав данную ошибку, даже не извинились!

Yanai (2/5): - לצערי חוץ מהנוף כלום חוות דעת על השהייה שלנו – התארחנו במלון במשך 4 לילות, ולצערנו הרב החוויה הייתה מאכזבת ומלווה בשירות לקוי ורמת תחזוקה ירודה, שאינה הולמת את הסטנדרט המובטח. הבעיות העיקריות שחווינו: 1. רמת תחזוקה ירודה וניקיון לקוי – החדרים והשטחים הציבוריים במלון מוזנחים. בחדרים, במקלחת ובחדר האוכל נמצאו נמלים, דבר הפוגע באיכות השהייה ובתחושת ההיגיינה. 2. בריכת החדר – הוספנו 1,800 ₪ לחדר עם בריכה פרטית, אך בפועל קיבלנו בריכה שאינה ראויה לשימוש, יותר דומה לשלולית לרגליים מאשר לבריכה אמיתית. 3. אי־עמידה בהתחייבויות בנושא הסעות – שלושה ימים לפני ההגעה ביקשנו לתאם הסעה בתשלום, ונאמר לנו שאין אפשרות כזו. עם זאת, ביום ההגעה קיבלנו הודעה שדווקא ניתן להזמין הסעה – בתנאי שמודיעים יום קודם. מדיניות זו חסרת הגיון וגרמה לנו אי־נוחות רבה. 4. חוסר גמישות בצ’ק אאוט – ביקשנו להאריך את הצ’ק אאוט ב־40 דקות בלבד, אך נענינו בשלילה מוחלטת. 5. יחס מזלזל מצד הנהלת המלון – ביום ההגעה, כשפנינו למנהלת בבקשה למצוא פתרון לכך שאין מיטות פנויות בבריכה המרכזית, נענינו שאין באפשרותה לעזור, ושאין אפשרות לבטל את ההזמנה או לקבל החזר. בסיכומו של דבר, השהייה במלון הייתה חוויה מאכזבת מאוד, רחוקה מהציפיות ומההבטחות שפורסמו. השירות היה לקוי, התחזוקה ירודה, וההתנהלות מול האורחים – מזלזלת ולא מקצועית. Avoid The Cabin Beach Resort Our Review of the Stay – We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, and unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing, with poor service and low maintenance standards that did not match what was promised. The main issues we experienced: 1. Poor maintenance and cleanliness – The rooms and public areas of the hotel are neglected. We found ants in the rooms, in the shower, and even in the hotel’s dining area, which greatly affected both the comfort and hygiene of our stay. 2. Private pool disappointment – We paid an extra ₪1,800 for a room with a private pool, but what we received was not a usable pool at all – it was more like a shallow puddle for your feet rather than an actual swimming pool. 3.

Teilweise schlechte Wartung, kaputte Karren stehen rum, Fliesen abgebrochen, schlauche kommen überall aus dem Boden raus. Es wird beim Eintreffen erstmal übermittelt was alles NICHT gestattet ist. Der Pool darf seinem Namen nicht tragen. Man fühlt Tisch nicht wirklich willkommen. Das Restaurant ist jeden Tag sehr schlecht besucht. Das Frühstück ist nur das notwendige

thomas (5/5): Feels Tired, Needs Reinvestment, not what it used to be - The beach is nice. It's great for sunset. It's close to the sister hotel, cocohut which is a much better option. We visited here a couple of years ago and it was great. Fresh, modern and had a buzz. Food was great. Now... its run down. Feels like its on its last legs. Nothing has been re-invested. It feels tired. Everything feels worn out and old. It's a real shame. Food was bad. Everything felt dirty. Windows weren't washed. It feels like everything is spent on the sister hotel cocohut. I also found out they bought the closed hotel next door which Sarikantang Resort & Spa, which has closed (stayed here before also it was great)... so maybe they're pumping all the money into this? Anyway... disappointing, as an example... rust was falling on me as I sat on the balcony at night.

Hindi (6/5): - אהבנו רק את הנהג שאסף אותנו מהחדרים לא אהבנו את זה שהמיקום של החדרים היו מאוד גבוהים וכל פעם היו צריכים לקחת אותנו מהחדר כדי שנצא למקומות. בנוסף חייבו אותנו על חטיפים ושתייה שלא ידענו שזה לא בחינם עשו לנו קטע מסריח ומזה הכי התבאסנו!!!
