Had an amazing time in this beautiful location that was a great base for us to explore Nusa Pen - The accommodation to on was on a top of a hill, with a beautiful view to the sea. The swimming pool was really cool. The owners were friendly. The water pressure was very weak ( but it was ok for a 2 night stay, but washing long hair could be challenging). We found 1 small cockroach in both rooms. Fortunately only those two for the entire stay.
• Christoph (9/5): Great value for the price, gorgeous views, with small flaws - but clear recommendation nevertheless. - Kabeh Jati offers a nice collection of triangle houses or smaller square houses covered in tree stumps (so optically it looks amazing). The views are gorgeous, from up there and the pool is designed like a guitar, which is such a great idea. The triangle houses are well equipped, very spacious, with a great bathroom including a bathtub and separate shower. The bedroom is upstairs with the windows facing the sea, which give amazing views while still laying in bed. The houses have two ACs, one per floor. The staff is great, very responsive and always eager to help. They can organize tours, snorkeling and diving trips, etc. The breakfast is good, comes with a choice of 6 (?) different options (mainly different ways of prepared eggs, pancakes, nasi or mie goreng) and a fruit plate as well as coffee or juice. The food of the restaurant is for lunch or dinner is also very good. There are a couple of restaurants relatively close by, as well as small shops. Now let's talk about the (small) issues: - The location, while great for views and quite calm in this small village, is a bit off from most of the islands attractions (besides the cave temple, which is only 10 Min. away. So you will definitely be fine if you have a scooter (which can be rented there). They also organise pick-up/drop-off from the harbors. - The (salt-water) pool, while big and with a great view to the sea, is a bit dirty - the pump was never active, when we where there, so small particles collect over time and are not being filtered out. At least they regularly check chlorine to make sure it doesn't turn bad. Maybe the pump has some technical issue, but that's for sure something that should be improved. - The state of the rooms and common spaces is clearly not the newest - floorboards are bent due to humidity and so on. I'd say, it's the normal wear and tear one gets quite accustomed to when traveling around Indonesia in staying in this price range.

No había mucho ambiente debido a la baja ocupación. Habitación ya necesitando un poco de renovación. Lugar muy alejado del "centro" dóndehay mas oferta, unos 40 min en moto.

• Moritz (10/5): Excellent - Lovley staff & beautiful place - We stayed there for five days and had our best stay on Nusa Penida at this accommodation. The staff were so warm and welcoming. They organized scooters, taxis and a wonderful snorkeling trip for us. The accommodation was very clean and the staff took great care of the beautiful garden. The food was very good, everything was freshly prepared and very reasonably priced. We were there for the national holidays of Ogoh Ogoh and Nyepi and were invited by the staff to celebrate with them, which we really enjoyed. Overall, we were very impressed and would love to come back. Thank you very much.

Купите настольные вентиляторы от мух - Очень приятный персонал, прям невероятно приятный - помогали во всех вопросах и были любезны. Очень удобные кровати и в целом домики. На этих кроватях засыпаешь за 5 минут. Бассейн был большим с теплой водой. Завтраки включены в стоимость проживания - есть выбор из нескольких блюд. Очень много живности было на территории и в домиках. Мы с друзьями брали 3 треугольных домика - в каждом из них были свои приколы: в одном из домов жил огромный таракан (10 см длиной), в другом пауки, а в третьем очень-очень много обычных тараканов (Room 7). От тараканов никуда не денешься - они везде, мы порой даже боялись спать, потому что они ползали даже на кровати, перед отъездом перебирали все вещи в чемоданах и даже там находили тараканов - это было ужасно. Следующий момент: во время завтраков за столом помимо людей собиралось очень много мух, поначалу это не сильно напрягало, но потом прям бесило.

• Vania (9/5): A place we call home - The service is very awesome. They are so humble, friendly, helpful, and kind. We stay with kids and they gave the kids breakfast and also fruits everyday. The room is nice, the bed is comfort, and the place is spacious. Talking about location, it is not a strategic place if ypu are looking for a place that is walkable from the center. But the good thing is, it's so calm environment, not so loud, so everytime you came back, you feel like it's a home that welcome you.

• Aurélie (7/5): Au calme loin de tout - L hotel est dans un petit village, la.famille qui le tient est d une gentillesse incroyable. Si vous avez besoin de calme s est super. La piscine est sympa et nous avons bien mangé. Possibilité de louer des scooter pour se balader. Mon conjoint a fait une chute de scooter est s est bien blessé, du coup il etait alité tout le séjour. Pour moi le temps était long comme pas d activité autour. Pas d autres restaurant aussi à moins de 5 KM.Dimand beach est à 30 min en voiture ou scooter. J ai loue un scooter pour aller me balader mais attention aux routes qui sont dangereuses étroites et les chauffeurs des touristes roulent comme des fous! Nous avons aussi eu des nuisances sonores chiens qui aboient dans la nuit et réveil à 5h par des Coqs...

They also arranged snorkeling for us very efficiently and were always available for any request or need we had. The breakfast was delicious, and the property was impeccably clean throughout our stay. The room was spotless, and the towels were changed daily, which we really appreciated. We are extremely happy we chose this place in Nusa Penida — it made our entire trip easier and even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The pool is just as impressive, not only because of its unique shape but also because watching the sea from there is incredibly relaxing. The view of the ocean and Lombok is breathtaking. What really makes this place special, though, is the exceptionally kind and attentive staff – I’ve never met such lovely people anywhere else. The breakfast is great too: big portions with fresh fruit included. I was traveling alone, but since the room was for two, they even wanted to serve me two breakfasts. The restaurant is also highly recommended – the food is absolutely delicious, with both Indonesian and Western options at very reasonable prices. It’s a bit far from everything, but that’s exactly what makes it so peaceful and relaxing.

• Felix (6/5): Schöner Meerblick - weit weg vom Hafen - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht. Allen Kunden wünschen nachzugehen. Aktivitäten können direkt an der Unterkunft gebucht werden, z. B. einen Fahrer, der die Gäste zu allen bekannten Stränden auf Nusa Penida fährt. Der Blick aus dem Zimmern ist hervorragend. Man kann im Hotel gut essen. Die Unterkunft ist ca. 30 Minuten vom nächsten Hafen entfernt. Für alle Aktivitäten benötigt man ein Auto oder einen Roller. Die straßen sind auf Nusa Penida jedoch so schlecht, dass die Fahrt zum Hotel nicht angenehm ist. Das Hotel befindet sich zwar nur 5 Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt. Dort ist jedoch leider kein Badestrand. Der kleine Sandstrand, der vorhanden ist, ist total vermüllt und vor dem Strand sind nur Fischerbecken. In den kleinen Gassen in diesem Ort laufen ein Haufen Straßenhunde herum und es gibt außer demHotel eigentlich nichts zu entdecken oder irgendwelche Restaurants, an denen man essen kann. Von den Qualität der Zimmer und Häuser darf man nicht zu viel erwarten. Hier ist aber jede Unterkunft in Bali ähnlich. Keine Dämmung, schlechte Verarbeitung (z. B. Badtür klemmt, schleift am Boden, Loch im Boden).

• Marcel (4/5): - Das Personal war super lieb und freundlich und immer vor Ort. An einem Morgen haben wir das Frühstück nicht wahrgenommen. Hierfür wurde uns dann ein kostenloses Abendessen / doppeltes Frühstück am nächsten Tag angeboten. Das Hotel entspricht absolut nicht mehr den aufgezeigten Bildern des Hotelier. Es ist sehr marode und in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in einem Deluxe Doppelzimmer verbracht, welches sehr schlecht ausgestattet war. Das Zimmer war durch die dunklen Tapeten (lösten sich an manchen Stellen bereits ab) super dunkel, sodass man sich nicht wohl fühlte. Die schranktüren öffneten sich immer wieder selbständig und man musste sie aufgrund dessen immer abschließen. Die nachttischlampen waren defekt. Man musste jedesmal die Glühbirne in die Fassung drehen, da der Schalter kaputt war (beide Seiten). Das Badezimmer roch total modrig und wir haben uns lediglich schnell geduscht und sind sogar zum Zähneputzen aus dem Badezimmer gegangen. Ablagefläche für die Zahnbürsten, Zahnpasta etc. Gab es ebenfalls nicht. Schlaf ohne Oropax war nicht möglich, da durchgehend Hunde gebellt oder Hühner/Hähne gekreischt haben. Die Liegen am Pool waren zu 50% kaputt und nicht nutzbar. Die Auflagen für die Liegen lagen immer quer verteilt und man musste sie sich erst mal selbst zurecht legen, um die Liegen nutzen zu können. Der Pool an sich war in Ordnung. Die Dielen außen herum waren aber teilweise zerbrochen. Das Restaurant war ebenfalls sehr veraltet. Vor Ort konnte man sich einen Roller zu fairen Preisen (125cc für 100000 Rupiah pro Tag) mieten. Der Zustand war jedoch eher schlecht. Die Bremsen funktionierten nur sehr schlecht, was bei der Landschaft von Nusa Penida unvorteilhaft ist. Das Hotel liegt im Osten der Insel, sodass man die Sehenswürdigkeiten in dieser Richtung innerhalb von 30 Minuten erreichen kann. Zur westlichen Seite benötigt man jedoch aufgrund der örtlichen Beschaffenheiten mindestens 1-1 1/2 Stunden. Es befinden sich keine Restaurants in der Nähe des Hotels und man ist deshalb immer auf den Roller angewiesen.

• Brugger (10/5): Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist TOP - Wir wurden sehr, sehr herzlich empfangen und bewirtet. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Aufenthalt war erholsam, auch das Essen war super lecker und immer frisch gekocht. Es hat alles super gepasst.

• Birgit (10/5): Tolle Anlage, um zu entspannen und die Insel zu erkunden. - Tolle Anlage mit hübschen Häuschen, schönem Garten, tollem Pool und Restaurant. Wer Entspannung sucht, ist hier defintiv richtig. Meeresrauschen, Meeresblick, Sicht auf den Vulkan Agung und unvergessene Sonnenaufgänge (direkt vom Bett aus zu sehen) sind hier an der Tagesordnung. Ein tolles und herzliches Team, welches alle Wünsche erfüllt - es wurden Fahrer etc. organisiert. Wir hatten Frühstück inklusive - einfach grossartig. Das Essen wird frisch zubereitet und das Preis-Leistungverhältnis ist unschlagbar. Kade und das Team ist uns in der kurzen Zeit ans Herz gewachsen! Wir kommen zurück. Es hat uns alles gefallen.

• Molly (10/5): Amazing stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Amazing villa and restaurant. The environment is excellent, you have a wonderful view of the sea and the pool is beautiful. We loved chilling out on the beanbags in the afternoon. The hosts are so kind and caring, they also cook up a delicious breakfast. The room was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities required. There was also the cutest little doggy who we loved to play with and give a few treats. Highly recommend . We loved Nusa Pendia ❤️❤️❤️ Nothing at all

• Gaizka (10/5): Hotel de 10 con personal inmejorable en la zona este de Nusa Penida - Ha sido uno de nuestros hoteles favoritos de de nuestro paso por Indonesia. El trato del personal ha sido espectacular desde la misma llegada, cuando nos dieron un zumo fresco de bienvenida con un pequeño pastel típico, (habían preparado una sorpresa de cumpleaños para mi pareja decorando la habitación y con una tarta con velas cantándole el cumpleaños feliz. Increíble) y durante toda nuestra estancia. Por otro lado la comodidad y amplitud de la habitación también es un punto fuerte. La cama es grande y cómoda. La zona de la piscina también es increíble (y con vistas al mar) Cenamos en el alojamiento y la comida estaba riquísima. En el desayuno, que teníamos incluido, aparte de lo que pedimos, nos trajeron unas cuantas cosas más. Una vez más, la amabilidad de todo el personal es algo espectacular. Desde el propio alojamiento, nos consiguieron un driver a muy buen precio para la excursión del día siguiente. En definitiva, repetiremos en este hotel cuando volvamos a Nusa Penida. Todo lo relativo al hotel es perfecto. Sin embargo, hay que tener en cuenta que las carreteras de Nusa Penida son bastante malas y el acceso al hotel es bastante complicado si vas en moto. Nosotros en esta isla optamos por contratar un conductor debido al estado de las carreteras. Tiene una ubicación buena para visitar la zona este de la isla. Sin embargo, al no estar en la zona norteoeste, que es donde se encuentran la mayoría de alojamientos y restaurantes, hay que tener en cuenta que en los alrededores del hotel no se van a encontrar restaurantes y otras opciones de ocio. Por otro lado, esto juega un punto a favor de la tranquilidad que se respira en el hotel.
• Anna Hycki (10/5): - The stuff were absolutely amazing, what a nice people, always smiling and making sure we're happy there - it's an absolute highlight of this stay😀 Breakfast were very nice too - the best one we had since we arrived. We stayed in a triangle house which was big enough and very convenient, although the floor was a bit bouncy ;) other than that very clean, room was cleaned every day as well which was great

• laia (7/5): - El sitio esta muy bien con vistas al mar y una piscina muy chula, nos facilitaron alquilar una moto y pudimos dejar alli las mochilas el ultimo dia que ya nos ibamos. Esta bastante lejos de todo y las carreteras estan en muy mal estado en nusa penida en general. Los baños un poco anticuados y faltava luz en la habitacion.
• Patrick (8/5): Schönes Hotel in sehr ruhiger Lage. - Das Hotel ist im Osten der Insel und ist sehr ruhig oberhalb des Dorfes gelegen. Im Dorf selber findet man drei kleine Märkte/Kioske. Wer abschalten und die Insel erkunden will ist hier richtig, jedoch ist im Hotel bzw. dem Dorf sehr wenig los, dem muss man sich bewusst sein. Die Zimmer sind gepflegt und in gutem Zustand, genauso wie der Pool und die restliche Anlage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Für uns war es leider zu ruhig und abgelgen, aber es hat uns trotzdem gefallen.
