- Yun-Hsin (8/5): - 以虹夕諾雅的品質來說，輕井澤的虹夕諾雅有很大的進步空間。 優點： 環境清幽，在園區裡散步很舒服；晚上也很美；下午茶跟清酒之夜很棒；咖啡，茶，飲料隨時提供 缺點：大部分服務人員的英文都不太行，連櫃檯的英文都不太能溝通，這以國際性的五星級酒店來說是非常少見的，如果你是能日文溝通的住客，你可能會感受到更多的照顧以及服務；接駁車不是在輕井澤站，而是在中輕井澤站，非常的不方便；酒店內的溫泉在室內，很悶，不是這麼舒服，外面的星野溫泉好很多；房間內沒提供瓶裝水也不是這麼符合五星級酒店的標準；洗手台ㄧ直有小小隻的蟲跑出來；晚餐好吃，早餐還好； 下次來輕井澤，付一樣的錢我們可能會選擇其他的酒店

Only downside is there aren’t many amenities within walking distance besides a little tourist area. There is easy access to the local bus if you don’t mind spending 30 minutes going into town.

- Verified traveler (8/5): MS - The view is excellent, service is good, meals are yammy, every thing is attractive for next stay. Except a stuff in the front desk is not friendly to new visitor. She missed my booking and ask to contact with Hotel.com strongly at that time even I show her Hote.com confirmation letter and would like to pay for a new room till her college found my reservation. It's great that I got my room after 30 minutes in communication with her. Otherwise, I cannot image heavy snowing and darker outside without a room for stay. It's my first visit Karuizawa and first time to Hoshinoya Karuizawa. Amazing front dest service!

However, there were mosquitoes problem possibly harvested by the pond in the property. Hopefully the hotel can find solution to help with this problem. Otherwise, this resort is beautiful, quiet, and comfortable.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - What a peaceful place...you don't have TV and cables here. It has a bueatiful garden with multiple ponds. The bath facility is so so. Do not expect too much. This is the place for meditation and not-think-anything. The room price is going up too much if you not reserve earlier than you expect.

- Yan Ting (8/5): - The water side room is spacious and the balcony is nice, you can see and listen the stream running and ducks swimming along. However, some rooms are near the walkway and you can see people walking along the stream, (I.e. they can see you as well) and gardener would be working in the morning which produces some noises. Staff are helpful and getting a taxi to stroll around for sightseeing is easy. You can either call the hotel car to travel around the hotel district or just on foot. The area is best for avoiding heat from summer.

While I loved my room (which was high up and overlooked the forest), it involved climbing some very steep stairs. Travelers with mobility issues should be careful about which rooms they reserve. I stayed two nights and wish that I had stayed three.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 冥想湯與蜻蜓之湯都是很棒的溫泉湯 - 美麗的住宿環境且有二個溫泉湯，一個是位於住宿區內的冥想之湯，另一個是位於村民食堂旁的蜻蜓之湯。這二個湯都很棒且都各有特色，是很值得一泡的極品溫泉湯。

But the staff told me it’s the second floor. But actually it’s should be the third floor. And didn’t help me to change to the first floor. And as I look around it’s not full actually. But the stuff didn’t help me to change to the first floor.so I didn’t had to walk around the resort area. And didn’t go to use those onsen,because of I need to upstairs and downstairs. It’s really hard for me to do. But the stuff is really helpful and nice to us. And at the last day I can walk a little.then I found out the lounge is free for the Guest have some local snacks and coffee and juice,but one of my suggestions is should be serve the fresh Mike to the guest as well. Because not everyone like to drink black coffee and not everyone like to use the Mama coffe creamer!and in this morning they have some famous cake in Japan serve for the Guest. Not bad,but it’s really too sweet for us.

- Lynn (10/5): - 飯店距離輕井澤車站約20分鐘車程，在車站南口有接駁車到飯店，入住時check in一對一的服務直接在房間裡辦理，行李也由服務人員放置房間，飯店早餐可依照旅客作息配合，一直提供到快中午，都可以當早午餐了，house keeping也是配合旅客外出時間做打掃，完全不會打擾在房間內的休息時間，旅客要到附近景點，都可預約車輛接送，整趟行程非常滿意，下次依舊會再次入住！

- Verified traveler (6/5): 虹夕諾雅輕井澤3天2夜遊心得 - 1. 房間床舖抬高與室內地面落差大，老人家容易踩空摔跤。 2. 室內的地面舖了麻纖維地毯，很扎腳底，而室內拖鞋還是軟質的拖鞋，下床腳板要伸進去很不容易穿上，需要用手幫忙，建議室內拖鞋要準備立體的容易把腳穿進去的那種比較好。 3. 床的被子只有一款，我們這次去天氣很溫和，晚上被子蓋不住，後來就不蓋被子，結果感冒了，建議放二種被子給客人自己調節使用。 4. 我們只用了早餐，但是品質有待改善，價格與口味不是很對稱，蔬菜太多，葷菜不足。 5. 房間燈光稍嫌昏暗，若是有老人會容易摔跤。

- Verified traveler (10/5): 很棒的住宿體驗 - 整體環境都十分優異，園區裡面的風景優美，即使不外出，在園區走動都覺得很舒適。飲食也非常推薦，而且隨喜好自由選擇，在飯店餐廳、房間或園區範圍內的其他餐廳食用，非常自在。隨時接送服務也很棒，到園區範圍內的著名景點觀光真的超級方便，下次還是會繼續選擇入住。

- Verified traveler (10/5): - 全体的にとてもよかったです。特にスタッフの対応がとても良かった。レセプションから部屋までは歩くと少しあり、車を手配すればすぐに送迎をしてくれるのですが、混んでいる時間だと少々待ち時間が長かった。部屋もとても快適で、加湿器なども行ったらついていたり、温泉も快適でした。
- Sinclair (8/5): - Overall a good experience, but on the 2nd day of our stay, we came back to the room at 2pm in the afternoon and Housekeeping has yet to visit and cleaned up the room, so that was a let down, considering the resort. However, the description given in hotels.com site was misleading, as it promised mountain views but when we checked into the hotel, they said that the room wasn’t one with mountain views.
