- KAZUHIKO (4/5): 衛生教育を徹底して頂きたい。 - 朝食を時間指定されるも、テーブルに運ばれるのは着席後15分後。スープ、卵料理も冷え冷え。バターナイフは直にテーブルに置かれた(テーブルクロス、ナプキンなし)。 風呂の浴槽には明らかに人毛と思われる物が沈んでいた。浄化が適切に行われているのか、疑問に思う。
- hoi yan (10/5): 住一晚太少、洒店整體質素非常之高 - 洒店有免費車接送來往青森站、晚餐是自助餐形式、食物質素非常之高、溫泉水質素就一般般、但環境是非常之好，員工非常之熱情、酒店附近是什麼也沒有，建議住兩晚或以上才可以慢慢享受酒店安排的活動、住一晚的話時間太趕、有機會的話都會再次入住

- Kitty (8/5): Mainstream resort at beautiful location - Room was spacious and beautifully facing a river. Free shuttle to and from Shinkansen station, and to the trekking routes are great. No cosmetic remover at the public hot spring, amenities falling short from Dormy Inn which charged a quarter of its price. Apple was the best food served at buffet dinner.

- Yu-Wei (4/5): Not a happy campers. - The hotel system is not updating timely. We paid for the children meals at Checkin but were asked to pay for the dinner again in the restaurant. They double charged us without realizing. Also the charge came up again when we checked out. Can’t believe it.. if we didn’t check carefully, we would have been over charged for 2 times... the air conditioning in the room was really noisy and the pillow was not comfortable ..overall, didn’t enjoy the hotel and think that it’s overrated cuz of its location.

- Emiko (10/5): 癒しの旅になりました - 楽しみにしていた想像以上でした。部屋が広くて、和室なのに、ベッドやソファがマッチングしていてくつろげました。いつもベッドやまくらが合わなくて熟睡できないのですが、何も気を遣わずにいつのまにか寝てしまい、朝すっきり起きることができました。最新の空気清浄機も完備されています。ホテル独自のアロマがとてもいい匂いでした。周辺の景観に合っていると思います。アクティビティもあったのですが、すぐに希望時間がいっぱいになってしまい残念でした。もう少し雨プログラムが充実されているともっといいと思いました。

Check in was organized and comfortable as they didn’t make you wait in line with a bus load of people coming in at the same time. Instead they requested everyone set down and the staff systematically attended to everyone. We were given a thorough explanation of the resort and showed to our room. Property surroundings simply lovely, room is clean, and staff are polite. Didn’t try the dinner buffet so don’t know about the quality and variety of the food.

- Bernard (10/5): - The hot springs are amazing, though the dinner and breakfast buffet was quite pricy. The service is absolutely amazing. One thing to note that on this region, if you are using foreign currency make sure to exchange your currency before traveling here.

The staffs are friendly, however, the check in has a little disappointing as the staff use to serve us went to serve another guests without any explanation. We’ve been left behind. The activities are great, if u want to join these activities, u need to stay for at least 2 nights, especially in winter time. There r no transportation at all. Shuttle bus from station is 1430, arrival time is 1630. After check in, it’s already 1715. Bus leave the hotel at 11:00 which make no chance for u to join the activities unless u skip the dinner or the breakfast. If u want to take a taxi to the station or the airport, it cost around ¥20,000. Overall, it is enjoyable.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - 冬天淡季但剛好是日本連假的時候入住，房間意外寬敞備品軟硬體設備都非常好，入住有按摩椅的房間，剛好彌補無法預約客滿的按摩服務，只不過雖然我能明瞭溫泉飯店的房內浴缸應該很少房客會使用，但一打開就看見浴缸底部竟然有明顯可見的灰塵跟頭髮，還是蠻不舒服的。 另外大推餐廳的餐點，每項都有一定的水準，但晚餐時段，我們按照安排的時間到現場，卻還等了將近一小時才入場，餓著肚子蠻不開心的。 不知道是不是我錯覺，我去冰瀑露天溫泉的時候，入池就有漂白水味的感覺，希望是錯覺@@ 飯店員工都非常親切專業，大推！也許會再安排最美的時候再去一趟吧！

- Jon T (10/5): Botched Dinner. - Stay was great. The only problem we had was at dinner where the server cleared our table without us indicating that we were done with eating. We came back to a cleared table, with none of our chopsticks or forks present. You are supposed to turn the sign over when done and we did not do that. I don't know what urged the server to just clear our table. Very irritating.
