• Jodie (8/5): - We stayed at their sister hotel - Conacul Ambient. It was lovely. Great staff and pool. Restaurant and facilities were good. It wasn't what I would expect for a 5 star hotel.

The size of the pool is a bit small but on the other hand my kids loved it. It is peefect after the firat partof the day on the slopes to have some activity with them at the resort. We recomend for families with small kids. Also location is great short drive to Poiana Brasov of you want to enjoy som ski as well.

• Maria Georgiana (9/5): Recommend - - camerele spațioase, amenajate în stil rustic dar frumos - căldură și apă caldă la discreție - personal amabil - curte mare, loc de joacă pt copii micuț dar suficient - piscina micuță, dar ok, dacă nu erau ft multe persoane în același timp - curățenie impecabilă - mic dejun ok, destul de variat pt gusturile noastre - parcare exterioară în fața hotelului dar și în curte, poarta cu deschidere pe telecomandă. - check in și check out rapid. Nu este neapărat o locație de 5*, este loc de îmbunătățiri și poate ar necesita un upgrade în camere, unele uși scârțâie sau nu se închid bine etc. Însă per total pentru noi a fost ok. Meniul de la restaurant ar merge un pic mai variat, este destul de limitat. Camerele de la parter dotate cu jaluzele exterioare nu au lumina naturală, însă fiind la stradă nici nu poți sta fără ele.

• Cristina (9/5): - Piscina interioara, sauna, camerele curate, nu am ce sa spun negativ, totul la superlativ. Doamnele care făceau curățenie erau foarte săritoare și prietenoase, domnul chelner foarte serviabil. Noi suntem vegani și ne-ar fi plăcut să fie micul dejun mai variat.

• raf (8/5): - Zadbany ogród ,basen ok ,obsługa w restauracji Śniadania codziennie wszystko tylko lekko ciepłe,jajcowa zimnawa ,jajko sadzone i te serki też zimnawe ,pieczywo słabe bułki twarde ,kilka dni wcześniej byliśmy na Węgrzech w hotelu 3* i było śniadanie lepsze z Rumunii jechaliśmy do Serbii i tam też mieliśmy śniadanie dużo lepsze w hotelu 4* także polecam popracować nad śniadaniami bo są zwyczajnie słabe jak na 5*, Pozatym bar tylko do 19 lub 20 wracasz że zwiedzania chciałbyś wypić piwo to niema szans przy barze,wiem wiem można sobie wsiąść z lodówki w pokoju ale jak wiadomo to nie to samo co w barze bynajmniej dla mnie ,ogólnie wieczorami na terenie hotelu o 20 stypa ciemno , głucho naprawdę jakbym Drakula tam grasował,tak że jak ktoś chce chodzić na wakacjach o 20 spać to hotel idealny,to ciemne zdjęcie to tak wygląda przy basenie i przy barze o 21.30 Niema tam żadnych podswietlen kolorowych i klimatu jak na zdjęciach na bookingu,aha i na terenie hotelu niema restauracji w której mógłbyś coś zjeść jeżeli chcesz coś zjeść musisz wychodzić poza teren hotelu ,ogólnie hotel mnie trochę zawiódł.

• Mihaela Andreescu (9/5): Frumos și relaxant! - Locația este foarte frumoasă, cochetă și curată! Piscina exterioară este înconjurată de gazon, pomi și brazi, este bine întreținută, însă apa este cam rece. Personalul este amabil iar micul dejun este bogat și variat. Zilnic se face curat în camere și se schimbă prosoapele. Camerele arată ca în fotografiile de pe site, sunt spațioase și dotate corespunzător. Nu există probleme cu presiunea apei sau cu apa caldă de la baie. Mâncarea este gustoasă atât la Resortul Ambient, cât și la Conacul Ambient. Plata se poate face atât cash, cât și cu card. Pentru a lua prânzul și/sau cina în altă locație este nevoie să te deplasezi cu mașina. În zonă sunt destule restaurante bune! Recomand locația pentru familii cu copii și pentru cei care chiar doresc liniște și relaxare! În locație nu se poate lua decât micul dejun. Pentru prânz și cină se poate merge la Conacul Ambient care este cam la 300 m de locație. Acolo, ultima comandă este la ora 21:00, restaurantul se închide la ora 22:00 iar dacă vreți o ciorbă o puteți comanda doar până la ora 18:00 (se gătește o cantitate mică). Piscinele interioare sunt mici. Există una la Resortul Ambient și alta la Conacul Ambient.

• Florin (9/5): - 1. Personalul a fost foarte amabil 2. Piscina si locuri de joaca respectiv mancarea excelente 3. Nu a fost foarte aglomerat si asta a foat foarte relaxant si linistitor 1. Subt nici o forma sa nu va luati camera studio deoarece e cu etaj si aerul conditionat este jos in contextul in care aerul rece nu urca, deci la parter va fi congel si la etaj unde se doarme vor fi 30 grade… 2. Sunt aceleasi preturi ca la conac dar nu aceleasi facilitati. Nu este de 5 ci mai degraba de 4 cu preturi de 5

• Nancy (6/5): - Für 1-2 Nächte ist das Hotel ganz ok. Wir waren 5 Tage im (Conacul & Ambient)vor Ort und konnten das immer gleiche Frühstück nicht mehr sehen. Das Zimmer war schön groß und toll mit zwei Räumen. Ansonsten bietet es nicht sehr viel …die Pools sind sehr viel kleiner als es auf den Fotos scheint . 5 Sterne in Rumänien ist nicht vergleichbar mit Deutschland 😉.

• Waum (2/5): I’ve never experienced such thing: we wanted to leave the place sooner. The stuff was really nice! - Breakfast was ok, the stuff that we’ve had interactions with were really nice and really respectfull The resort is not a five star accomodation, but merelly a three star hotel. Everything is a lot tinier than showed on the photos (pool, room). The infrastructure was old, the bathroom was full with rust. But the most annoing part it was that we could not have a proper rest: the whole building was really noisy, we could hear every footstep, every door close, every discussion from the main flour through our room door. We could not sleep neighter in the night, nor in the afternoon. Something that felt us really sensitive it was, when we received a notifiaction on the next day after we payed the full price of our visit ( one week before check in) that the lunch and the dinner are not served in our building but in a separate building 300 meter down the street

The water from the indoor pool was cold (25°C according to the thermometer they had placed in the water) We requested when reserving via booking a double bed and got 2 one size beds put next to each other with no topper on top just the mattress. Considering the fact that we had specified we are coming with a baby that will sleep with us , we supposed we will get a double bed. There are opening hours for ping pong for example but nobody comes to check and see if the guests are respecting those hours. The hotel is not baby friendly in terms of using the stroller - no elevator, no ramp

Camere mari, intradevar mobilierul este vintage dar este curatenie. Preturi acceptabile si la restaurant, cu portii mari si mancare gustoasa. Personal foarte amabil. • Loll (8/5): - Das Hotel war sehr schön der Umgebung angepasst und dem entsprechend Ausgestattet.Super Ambiente.Dad Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend und alles Frisch.Die Außenanlage sehr schön gepflegt.Für Kinder ist draußen alles da und sogar der Pool war sehr schön im Innenbereich.Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal dort hin fahren. Es war leider Schimmel in der Dusche an den Silikonrändern und der Duschkopf hing auch auf Halbacht

• Csaba (10/5): - Tiszta, rendezett hely. A személyzet rendkívül kedves! A reggeli bőséges és finom, a'la carte étlapról rendelve is finom ételt kaptunk. Hatalmas és kényelmes ágy, az erkélyről csodaszép kilátás. -
• Madalina-Maria (10/5): - A fost foarte frumos Conacul, curat, personalul foarte amabil și primitor. Camerele foarte spațioase, stil vintage, lenjeria impecabilă, patul confortabil, încălzire în pardoseală. A fost totul perfect pentru noi. Mâncarea delicioasă, Mic dejun variabil, chiar și cel mai pretențios de ai fi, tot se găsește ceva bun de mancare. Piscina de asemenea cu căldură în interior, apa caldă. Ce a fost un mic minus, să zic așa, e că seara era o super mega căldură în băi și cândva pe timpul nopții se oprea căldura. În camere erau cateva calorifere super mari care nu functionau caloriferele, presupun că datorita încălzirii prin pardosea, dar și așa era super cald și sincer nu aveam nevoie de ele. Noi am fi vrut sa punem hainele la uscat (fiind în perioada cu ploaie și zăpadă). Camera unde era vestiarul de la piscină cam mică și piscina amplasată puțin ciudat...trebuia să mergi din camere pe afară ca sa ajungi la piscină.(cam riscant pentru copii care erau uzi pe par și trebuiau sa facă trecerea bruscă de la cald la frig), nu era prevăzută încăperea cu uscător de păr. Dar per ansamblu neașteptat de frumos.

• Oana (8/5): - Locatia are un farmec aparte, masa de biliard si spatiile comune reprezinta un bonus. Preparatele de la Conac erau cam uscate, iar la unele se observa ca erau doar reincalzite.

• Cosmin (8/5): - Locatia frumoasa, personalul foarte politicos si dornic sa te ajute. Piscina suficient de mare, apa calda, camere spatioase. Mancarea suficient de gustoasa. Patul a fos cam tare pentru noi(nu avem strat adipos). Foarte cald in camere. Cu toate caloriferele oprite, am tinut tot timpul un geam deschis ca sa putem tine temperatura la 24 grade. In prima noapte nu am putut dormi aproape deloc. Clienti foarte galagiosi, chiar daca nu e vina celor de la hotel, puteau totusi sa le explice regulile de bun simt si ca deranjeaza ceilalti oaspeti. Restaurantul cu putine locuri fata de capacitatea de cazare. Intr-o seara a trebuit sa mancam in camera. Micul dejun decent, dar cam putin diversificat(oua, mezeluri, branza, unt dulceata cateva legume si cereale cu lapte). Nici una din usile de la baile din camera nu se inchidea. Per total nu a fost o experienta rea, dar in nici un caz de 5 stele.

• Petru (9/5): - Very nice, rustic buildings and interior. Our room was comfortable and cozy. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from one of the staff, on our arrival day, to ask us our ETA and to let us know what was the latest we could order food from the restaurant. Resort Ambient is close to both Brasov and Poiana Brasov, and other attractions such as Rasnov and Bran. It is also close to the new Brasov Airport. The food was very tasty. One morning at around 10 o'clock, the receptionist was sleeping with her head on the reception desk, when I walked in to ask something (not very professional). Later that evening, returning by car, I walked in the reception to ask the receptionist to open the gate so we could drive into the inner yard. She (the same from the morning) wasn't there. After waiting about 10 minutes (no bell or other means to call somebody), I went to the restaurant, to see if they could open the gate. The receptionist was there, casually sipping a drink. I asked if she could open the gate, which she did, but didn't seem to acknowledge that I had to wait for her and come get her from the restaurant.

• Mariana (8/5): - Locație superbă, cameră călduroasă și frumos mobilată, bine echipată, personalul hotelier foarte amabil și primitor. Mulțumim pentru înțelegerea arătată în legătură cu cheia de la cameră pe care am uitat să o predăm la recepție când am plecat. Aceasta a fost expediată prin Fan Courier în aceeași zi. Accesul la piscina acoperită din corpul de clădire în care am fost cazați s-a făcut pe afară, ceea ce în condiții de iarnă nu e tocmai ideal. Am incercat sa schimbam camera in așa fel încât să evităm situația, însă am fost refuzați. Asta in condițiile in care rezervarea noastră a fost inițial la Resort și nu la Conac.
