Stefan (9/5): Koalas, Natur und komfortable Unterkunft - Wir hatten eine Deluxe Cabin und waren damit sehr glücklich. Wir hatten zu zweit sehr viel Platz und auch viel Privatsphäre. Sie war sauber und gut ausgestattet und wir konnten daneben parken. Tatsächlich sieht man auf vielen Bäumen in diesem Park Koalas, die sonst nur schwer in der Natur zu finden sind. Wenn man dort übernachtet, kann man sie auch in ihrer aktiven Phase erleben, für uns war das sehr reizvoll. Es gibt aber auch viele Vögel und schöne Wanderungen in der Nähe. Es gibt sogar einen kleinen Laden für das Nötigste im Office und die Möglichkeit, ein Lagerfeuer zu machen. Man kann auch interessante Leute dort kennenlernen. Wifi gibt es nur am Office - aber immerhin funktioniert es da. Hat uns nicht groß gestört, aber man sollte es vorher wissen.

Loved the bbq area and all the walks around the property. Loved seeing koalas, kangaroos and kookaburras. Would happily come again The kettle needs a good scrub. Wasn’t usable. Recommend putting some hooks on the wall in the second bedroom for clothes to hang. Also recommend putting a handle or something on the wall near the top bunk. Difficult to pull yourself up the ladder without something to hold onto on the left side

Andrew (9/5): Great spot - Lovely place, lots of different accommodation options. Beautiful scenery and lots of native wildlife. Pleasantly surprised with how well stocked the kitchen was, had everything we needed to cook meals. The two koalas in the trees near the Basketball court were named "Michael" and "Jordan" by my kids and were there our whole stay!
Anita (8/5): Quiet, safe caravan park in a beautiful part of the Otways - Lovely quiet caravan park where we had all the facilities we needed, while feeling like we were ‘in the bush’ While the isolation was peaceful and felt safe, it also felt out the way. Every time we wanted to go somewhere, it was quite a way, with Apollo Bay being the closest town, 30 minutes away.

Isabel (9/5): Tolles Erlebnis unter den Koalas! - Ein tolles Erlebnis, direkt unter Koalas zu schlafen! Wir hatten eine neue, (sehr) kleine Hütte, die fürs Übernachten vollkommen ausreichend war. Man hat aber nicht wirklich Platz, sich irgendwie zu bewegen, das sollte man wissen! Die Gemeinschaftsküche und -Bäder sind gepflegt und in gutem Zustand.

H. (9/5): Natuur en stilte - De locatie is prachtig, of je nu op de camping zit of in een chalet. Naast de door anderen al genoemde koala’s en kangoeroes was het in de nacht stil, echt stil. Het bed lag voor mij niet goed, niet best geslapen. Rest was allemaal prima in orde.

Man könnte hier auch mehrere Tage mit Koala-, Känguru- und Vögelbeobachtung verbringen. In der Nacht gibt es bei gutem Wetter einen extrem dunklen/hellen Sternenhimmel.

Koalas in the trees, just as advertised. Clean and very comfortable. Pet-friendly too! Showers are perfectly adequate although water temperatures are rather variable when many are showering at the same time in the bathroom block.

Zuoxiu (10/5): - It was absolutely amazing! There were so many eucalyptus trees in the campsite. In the evening, my child and I took a walk around and carefully spotted about eight koalas. To our surprise, the next morning, there was a koala on each of the two trees right next to our cabin—one was eating leaves, and the other was sleeping. Waking up accompanied by koalas was such a wonderful surprise! The room was very well-equipped, with heating facilities in every unit, so we didn’t feel cold at all even after the rain and temperature drop. none

Marie (4/5): Nettement sur-noté en comparaison du confort offert - Les koalas. Fish and chips le dimanche soir. Pas trop cher pour la saison (en plein été donc beaucoup de monde). Très bon accueil. C’est le camping le plus sale dans lequel nous ayons séjourné pendant nos 9 semaines en Australie. Les parties communes sont sales, il n’y a pas assez de blocs sanitaires (un seul pour tout le camping avec seulement 4 lavabos et 5 douches) et la cuisine est sous-équipée par rapport au nombre de vacanciers (un seul évier, deux plaques de cuisson, deux tables et 7 chaises en intérieur, le tout usagé, c’est dérisoire !) La salle de jeux est comme la cuisine, en piteux état… Les tables pique-nique sont couvertes de poussière et sales en tout temps (mal situées en bord de route). Beaucoup de poussière et de fumée (chacun y va de son propre feu le soir, notre voisin en a fait un devant notre pod qui ensuite sentait la fumée). Les pods sont de confort rudimentaire comme les toilettes à côté et très éloignés du seul bloc sanitaire.

Nathalie (7/5): Bungalow agréable au milieu des koalas - Ce camping est au milieu d’ eucalyptus où habitent plusieurs koalas, c’est un plaisir de les chercher ou de les voir déambuler ! Il propose des terrains de jeux et on peut également faire des randonnées pédestres ou à vélo. L’équipement et la décoration de l’appartement sont simples mais il est confortable. Le personnel de l’accueil est très disponible. La chaleur quand on allume le chauffage se reparti mal dans l’appartement, il n’y a pas de four (seulement un micro-ondes), la vue depuis la chambre principale donne sur le dos de l’ecran de cinema de plein air ce qui est dommage.

We spent 3 nights in one of the solar powered cabins and had lot of fun spotting koalas! I also saw a couple of kangaroos; however, they are quite shy. The cabins had all you need for a short-term staying. Overall, a recommended place for a family get away. /

We loaned out some. - I want to thank Bimbi Park for storing our cooler bag of diary products prior to check-in in the afternoon and placing the items in the fridge for us. The 3-bdrm cabin was comfortable, clean and spacious. I liked the look and size of almost every room including the bathroom and toilet. We appreciated the clean white bed linen and enjoyed most the access to the fire bin placed outside our cabin. It was lovely to sit by the fire (plastic chairs thoughtfully provided) as it was a slightly cold early Dec night and spot the occasional koalas stole through the grounds in the wee hours. It was delightful to wake to the peace and view of the park in the morning. The bunk bedroom was cramp, especially the climb onto the top bunk. The windows in this room could do with a little sprucing as the bunkbeds were pressed right next to them. There must be a gap somewhere in the bug screen in the room with single beds as many insects got in at night when the room light was left on for a while. They were all over the bedspread. We lured the bugs into the hall by leaving the ceiling light outside the bathroom on so they didn't bother the sleepers. This other point is not really a dislike - stayers are to wash up the used kitchen utensils to avoid penalty (can't remember exactly what). It would only be considerate to not leave a mess behind so we didn't think much of it but maybe big families should note that there would be no dishwasher and the sink was not big. There's always the central kitchen sink though.

plmaltom (10/5): Cudowne miejsce - Cudowne miejsce w centrum "życia" Koala. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony, czysty domek. W czasie śniadania odwiedził nas (na pobliskim drzewie) Koala. Personel bardzo pomocny i przyjazny. Wszystko ok.

Ejiro (10/5): Great spot for camping, great for children - Great location, exactly as described, mother and baby koala right in front of my pod. Pod was large and could comfortably fit two people. Grou is were well cared for and clean N/A
