Impossibilita' di poter andare in bagno e buttare carta igienica (non dico salviette, cotton fiock o altro ma la normalita'). La lavatrice a €8 mi sembra un assurdita', noi abbiamo pagato il nostro alloggio e questa cosa per noi è insensata. Inoltre mai vista nonostante tutti i nostri viaggi... Appartamento carino ma purtroppo sporco, il bagno con capelli a terra e nella doccia, e i pavimenti, ogni volta che nostra figlia giocava nel pavimento aveva completamente i vestiti bianchi di polvere.

La Sig.ra Stefania gentilissima e disponibile ci ha dato dei consigli come muoversi e dove andare e parcheggiare a Ortigia .Camere spaziose e ben curate ,si affacciano sul giardino anch'esso ben curato Molto molto positivo il soggiorno, ci ritornerei sicuramente. Nulla.
• Sergio (9/5): Esperienza all'altezza delle aspettative - Ottima posizione a pochi chilometri da Siracusa, in strada appartata e comoda per il parcheggio. Struttura accogliente con aree verdi comuni e anche con spazi esterni indipendenti, ideali per chi come noi viaggia con animali e in generale preferisce la tranquillità della campagna Per nostra sfortuna abbiamo soggiornato durante il periodo di migrazione delle rondini che purtroppo sporcavano le aree comuni, ma lo staff è sempre stato pronto a porre rimedio. Per il resto, esperienza all'altezza delle aspettative!

L'appartamento è spazioso e ben organizzato,il tutto ben orchestrato dalla proprietaria che immediatamente risponde ai messaggi e si mostra padrona del territorio,dispensando consigli su luoghi e posticini dove mangiare bene a colpo sicuro. • Erminia (10/5): Una splendida vacanza col cane - Alloggio comodissimo e dotato di tutti i confort! Posizione ottima per raggiungere qualunque meta (ovviamente per chi ha il mezzo proprio che si parcheggia in area riservata davanti alla struttura stessa) il nostro peloso è stato accolto benissimo ed ha soggiornato comodamente con noi giardino esterno moooolto carino! Stefania ci ha ospitato con grandissima cortesia e ci ha suggerito anche dove poter mangiare bene! Esperienza assolutamente positiva che consiglio! Forse la presenza di millepiedi all' interno ma normale visto che si trova immerso nella splendida campagna😀

• Angelica (3/5): - C'era un terribile odore (di formaggio ammuffito?) in camera da letto che non mi ha fatto dormire. Lavatrice a pagamento. 8 euro per un lavaggio mi sembra un po' eccessivo. Non si poteva gettare la carta igienica nel wc, usanza che mi sembra poco igienica perchè la carta sporca resta nel cestino ed emana cattivo odore.

L'emplacement géographique est parfait situé à quatre ou cinq km des plages et proche de Syracuse Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement

We could hear the shouting and everything from the other apartment and the toilet paper situation was weird, but it's not me who had to empty the bins, so it was okay. :)

The kitchen area could certainly use more light. After booking we hot a message through WhatsApp that came across a bit unfriendly, mainly empasizing all kinds of things that are not allowed an party written in all caps. TV was really tiny.

Nice outdoor area, well equipped kitchen. Good price quality ratio. We liked it so much that we stayed one day longer. You could smell that someone was smoking inside the room. Washing machine was not working.

• Anastasija (10/5): Thank you! - Nice territory with table to sit outside. Host is nice, but leaves you to operate completely independently, which is very good. All the kitchen utensils and even beach umbrella available. Nice base to explore Siracuse and nearby beaches, if you are travelling by car.
• Giovanni (9/5): We really loved staying in the logging, it was nice, quiet and the views were spectacular - The rooms where very clean and the host was very helpful in fact he even drove us into town to avoid using the motorcycles and he even come to pick us up. We truly appreciate what he did for us. Nothing to comment because everything was excellent!

• Oscar (7/5): Nice looking house not far from city by car. - Its nice located outside of the city and not far from the Ortigia island by car. The house has a nice garden and it’s super comfortable. The air conditioner was not working at all, also there were no proper knife or kitchen equipment to cook in the available kitchen.

The garden was very green with amazingly smelling flowers. The check in super easy with the indications of the owner. Position just 10 min by car from the center and 5 min from Lidl supermarket. Honestly we felt very good .

• Rik (9/5): Good accommodation. A short ride with the car to Syracusa. - I was alone at the moment I was there. For a solo traveler very spacious. The lights are very light. The accommodation could do with some warm light. The kitchen equipment is always a problem in places like this. There is enough to make a decent meal but don’t invite your friends for a three course meal. I read in one of the reviews about funny noises. That could be because there is some room between the roof and the tiles and birds (there are swallows) might nestle there. See picture.
