Inoltre, oltre ai servizi che sono davvero molto, quello che mi è piaciuto davvero tanto è la cucina. Abbiamo mangiato dei piatti praticamente eccezionali. Bravi. Nulla.

Cucina innovativa con note di tradizione, come da ristorante stellato. Nuova spa con piscina interna ed esterna, affacciata su un bosco ai piedi dell’altopiano dello Scilar. Wspaniała właściciela i cały personel - naprawdę wszystko na najwyższym poziomie! Aż miło było obcować z takimi ludźmi. Czuliśmy się naprawdę bardzo miło ugoszczeni ! Śniadania mogłoby się wydawać, ze mało urozmaicone, jednak hotel stawia na wysoką jakość produktów i zdrowe odżywianie. Kolacja w formie serwowanej- 4 wykwintne, pyszne i piękne dania, a dla dzieci bufet. Wieczorem, kiedy zjeżdżasz do hotelu po całym dniu na nartach, na dzieci czekają animacje w formie kreatywnych warsztatów lub aktywności sportowe - pingpong , piłkarzyki , ścienka wspinaczkowa. Do tego basen i sauny - naprawdę cudownie! Pod sam hotel podjeżdża skibus, więc można w ogóle nie używać auta by dojeżdżać na stoki. Z gorącym sercem ❤️🔥polecam każdemu pobyt w hotelu- my z pewnością jeszcze tam wrócimy ! Wszystko było super 🤩

I personally never write reviews for hotels even if they are great but this hotel was fantastic so I had to write a review. Staff and front desk-amazing people and very nice. They make this hotel feel even more cozy. Food-breakfast are great and tasty. We only had dinner once here but it was great. This hotel has pools and saunas that add a great touch. Overall, we loved this hotel very much, and it was sad to go. We hope to come back some day.

Plenty of activities available daily for a nominal fee, options that are age appropriate for kids and adults. Childcare facilities for the young ones were super useful while we went skiing. The caregivers even brought them along for forest walks or to the playground The attention to detail was very appreciated. Right sized bath robes for kids were already in the room when we arrived. When our kids asked for specific cutlery during dinner, the restaurant staff placed them at the table the next night without prompting. We felt completely at home at Bad Ratzes. -

- ofek zarfati (10/5): ישנו 4 לילות במלון ונהנינו מכל רגע! - מלון בוטיק יפהייפה, ממוקם בתוך היער בנוף עוצר נשימה וצמוד לנחל זורם. הצוות מקסים ועוזר בכל צורך בשמחה ונועם יוצא דופן. במלון הפעלות שונות לילדים ולמבוגרים, בריכה מחוממת ומדורות בלילה. ובר שפתוח עד מאוחר. מלון מאוד מיוחד ומומלץ בחום! הכל היה מושלם! רק המזרונים במיטות מעט קשות למי שאוהב אבל זה זניח יחסית לכל מה שהמלון מציע.

- Nuttakarn (9/5): Good experience - The hotel is very beautiful located in middle of nature. There is also a parking garage inside. Staff is very nice. Everything is perfect except for the mattress. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on.

- Régis (10/5): Un séjour exceptionnel dans un écrin de beauté - Nous nous sommes sentis bichonnés tout au long de notre séjour. Les bains sont fantastiques (le sauna extérieure est Whaouh) et les offres d'activités nous ont fait vivres des moments d'exception. On ne s'attendait pas à une telle expérience. Le premier soir, certains mets étaient trop salés à notre goût.

Reformaria la zona de escaleras y pasillos donde hay moqueta, que da sensación de suciedad y antigüedad. Daría la opción de desayunar más temprano ya que muchos de los huéspedes suelen salir temprano para las rutas de trekking.

Er is zowel qua kamers als tijdens het eten een scheiding tussen mensen met en zonder kleine kinderen. Eten (zowel ontbijt als diner) is erg lekker. - F (10/5): Perfect for a relaxing get away in nature! - The whole experience was amazing. The location in the forest is wonderful and you are surrounded by the fresh air, birds singing, and the sound of the rushing water from a nearby stream. There is access to many excellent hiking trails right behind the hotel, and there is a bus that will take you into Siusi for many more options. The food was excellent, every day, and there was a huge variety of wines to choose from. The best part of the stay, however, was the staff. The informal yet attentive and warm way they approach their work made all the difference for making our stay as relaxing as it was. Thank you Petra and Team for such a memorable stay.

- Erica (10/5): A relaxing stay for the senses for the entire family - It’s set a the end of the valley surrounded by magnificent peaks. It’s modern, yet traditional. The spa is very beautiful, especially the outdoor pool and sauna. There are plenty of rooms also for the children to play, independently of their age.

- Kirsten (9/5): A wonderful experience - An amazing family resort. Charming buildings in a beautiful location. The facilities were lovely, including fantastic facilities for the kids. The room was spacious, clean and really lovely. The food is outstanding. Purely just the very firm mattress.

- Romuald (5/5): Passable - Breakfast should be until 11:00. They typically charge glass fee, if you want an empty wine glas. For this price category not acceptable, They made it for free for us. If you look for some silence: :-(. Kids running everywhere. Nothing against kids, but it should be stated some where. Good breakfast. Personel tried to compensate our disappointments. Sometimes with a lot of words, but they tried. Also the taste and quality and menu selection of food for dinner in this price range was disappointing. The local food on nearby "Berghütte" was better and less expensive.

Cake and coffee in the afternoon was a lovely touch, even though they have virtually zero vegetarian options of snacks (unless you tell them about it the day before, and IIRC they charge you for that). Pillows were not comfortable. Towels were not the best I've used in a hotel. Lack of vegetarian options in afternoon snacks.

- Jan (8/5): Bad Ratzes is an elegant and friendly hotel in an ideal location for exploring the Seiseralm with good public bus transp - Beautiful and breathtaking location - a few minutes drive to the cable car at Seiss for access to the Seiseralm. Loved the entrance, lounge areas and communal areas in general. Stunning vintage furniture, family portraits and artefacts in lounge and corridors give a glimpse into the old family dynasty. Bedroom modern and simple, bathroom warm and well-equipped. Pretty gardens with plenty of seating, play area for kids at the front of hotel. Super swimming pool with a rota so it was never overcrowded. Log fire, pool table, books and games. Everything you would need if snowed in! The staff were warm and friendly - always happy to help in any way. Highly recommended and we would go back again. We found breakfast and especially dinner to be a bit noisy with very young children dotted around the dining room - I’m sure a table round the other side would have been found for us if we had asked. We also found dinner was sometimes a bit rushed with courses coming out quickly. Our beds were a lot firmer than we have at home and there didn’t seem to be an option for a mattress topper - but we were provided with extra lovely soft pillows when we asked.
