• vasquez bocanegra (6/5): - die Lage war gut Ich habe für zwei Personen reserviert. Im Internet stand, dass es ein Bett und ein Schlafsofa gibt. Als wir angekommen sind, war das Sofa schmutzig und nicht vorbereitet, und es gab nirgendwo Bettwäsche. Ich habe den Vermieter kontaktiert, und erst am nächsten Tag wurde das Schlafsofa vorbereitet. Es stand nirgendwo, dass man das Sofa extra anfragen muss. Entweder hätten sie das vorher deutlich angeben müssen oder die Bettwäsche bereitstellen sollen
• Annalisa (6/5): Mi aspettavo un servizio migliore per quanto pagato. - Era in una buona posizione Finestre obsolete che non si chiudevano bene e si aprivano con il vento. Appartamento insonorizzato, si avvertivano dei rumori forti già dalle prime ore del mattino. Bagno sicuramente da migliorare, appena entrati c’era una parte del controsoffitto a terra.

• nikola (8/5): Rozhodně bych se zde ubytovala znovu👍🏻 - Skvělá byla poloha ubytování. Byt byl vcelku prostorný. K dispozici nádobí a osušky. Přes pár drobných nedostatků jsem byla z ubytování nadšená. Má svá nejlepší léta za sebou. Okenice a okna nebyly v nejlepším stavu. Taky by to chtělo očistit zdi.

• Elaine (7/5): Apartment in general was fine overall but the location was what made it. - Location was excellent. Door code failed on one occasion and had to wait for 1 hour for someone to help us in. Agent was aware that there was an ongoing issue with this so felt we should have had the option of a door key as we were anxious the issue could arise again when the office was closed. Ceiling tiles in bathroom were hanging down. Only half a toilet roll was provided for our stay. Chairs on the balcony and balcony itself had not been cleaned for sometime.

• Ivana (5/5): Great access to city center, although heating problems and noise were significant downsides - The location is very close to the city centre. Only about 10 minutes of walking with a big parking lot right next to the location. Couple days before booking, I was asked to enter my personal details to their website so there was no face to face communication with the owner. The access code was given to me via WhatsApp number but also as a message via booking prior to my booking. The communication with owner was good although it took a full day to respond to my complaints. Owner also sent video instruction and map location how to get to the apartment which I found really useful. Bed was clean and comfortable. The building where this apartment is located is quite old. When we opened the door from the street, we saw falling paint from the ceiling which did not gave me a good vibe. The steps to get to the building are unusually high. There was a questionable tube hanging down from the ceiling which I think was very odd. I assume it was for the Air Conditioning. Shower did not have hot water for at least 7 minutes. When it started going, it was literally boiling and I almost scalded myself. I though this was the last experience but to my surprise, the the shower was mostly cold for the rest of days that we were there. We went to bed and noticed that there was only one big blanket instead of 2 to separate the beds. Not a big deal for everyone but worth a mention as I have not noticed that in previous stays where I have been. As we were there in December, the night was pretty cold. The windows are slim and it seemed like it let all the cold in. We wanted to make it hotter via air conditioning but when we started it, we saw that the AC was probably never cleaned as it was really dirty. We kept it off and slept in the cold instead. The windows are quite slim, so they also barely block any noise from the street. The restaurant right below the apartment had couple of loud people around during our stay there. It was manageable but if someone needs to sleep in quietness, this is is not for them. As we arrived very late and had tight schedule, we couldn't be bothered to write to the owner to look into our complaints. I have let the owner know about this afterwards and I was told that those issues will be looked into.

• Carolyn (7/5): Central location, noisie late at night. - The apartment was well equipped and had everything you need. (the washing machine was a great feature ) the location was very central which was good, but the noise was quite loud from the street , ie late night parties and garbage collection early in the morning .
• Sara (10/5): Amazing, comfortable stay - The studio was very comfortable, having a double bed and a sofa bed, with towels and linens all provided. All the facilities were amazing and the location was superb, the area felt safe and the hosts were friendly and helpful! I could not recommend a better apartment, especially for this price!

• Gertrude (9/5): Superb - It was really easy to get the keys and the apartment owner was available to help me. She provided me before arrival the whole instruction how to get the keys. The location is super, in the center and everything is reachable in walking. The apartment is well furnished and comfortable inside. I would recommand it The only think is that the code you have to put to open the door is a bit tricky, you have to be really fast, otherwise it shows an error. And a small remark: It would have been nice to have at the kitchen some kitchen paper or salt or oil. So no need to buy a big bottle of oil or salt.
• Richard (8/5): Good budget option, nice location - The location was great, we didn't mind the noise from the restaurants outside. Need was comfortable, although the sofa not so The apartment is quite tired and could use some good maintenance. Shower has a curtain, not the screen as pictured. The wooden windows are badly rotted which is a real shame. Lots of the furnishings are showing their age. However, we were happy with the price and it is fine for a short stay.

• Carolina (6/5): Buena Ubicación, no tan buen estado el piso - Para entrar al piso hay q ir a una oficina que queda a 5 - 10 min caminando desde el piso que rentamos, ahi la gente fue muy amable y nos dio muy buenos tips para conocer la ciudad. Después ya en el piso, tenia una muy buena ubicación, pero el piso no estaba en el mejor estado, el sofa super sucio, el baño tenía humedad en el techo, el piso estaba rayado, las ventanas antiguas con poca insonorización, en definitiva creo q no volveriamos.

• Verified traveler (6/5): A rénover d'urgence - L'etablissement ets mal entretenu, des cafards et de l'humidité partout. Douche et toielettes bouchées ... bref je ne recommande absolument pas.
• florence (8/5): Bien placé dans le centre historique - Appartement idéalement situé et équipé pour 2 personnes, l'électroménager est complet ( lave-linge de,lave vaisselle,réfrigérateur congélateur,plaques, microondes) . Les points négatifs, le sol de la terrasse qui mériterait d'être refait, la cheminée d'évacuation du restaurant au Rdc qui sort juste 2 m au-dessus de la fenêtre ( donc impossibilité d'aérer aux heures d'ouverture) et surtout l'absence de volet sur le velux de la chambre ( impossibilité d'avoir le noir pour dormir).

• Warren (10/5): - Excellent location near the centre of Malaga old town. Bus and train connection 10min walk away. Local fish ,meat ,vegetables and fruit indoor market a 5 minutes walk away in the morning.
• Anastasia (6/5): Good for short-term smoker couple stay - Small apartment in the mezzanine of the historical city house. Nice area with the underground parking next door and the railway station nearby. Easy check-in and check-out. Responsive stuff in WhatsApp (agency has >100 flats) and a small free breakfast provided as a matter of inconvenience. Photos do not accurately describe the tiny size of this particular apartment Cleanness of kitchen furniture was not appropriate. Although we urged the agency to make an external cleaning it was not done properly. Many dishes in the background were not cleaned for ages. The kitchen does not have an oven Lack of natural light and poor views. Someone used to smoke in the room before our stay. Bed sheets were too simple/hostel style for such a price. The top cover is not replaced.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Fab location in pedestrian street of old town near market, restaurants and shops. Once the downstairs restaurants close up the street is very quiet at night and before that you may be treated to some guitar serenades. Once I worked out how to get the heating working I had a comfortable stay. It’s handy having a washing machine and drying line too. Didn’t try the sofa bed but the bed was comfortable and kitchen had all I needed including a supply of oil, salt, sugar and coffee
• John (6/5): Budget accommodation in a good location - It’s not a hotel. It’s basically a studio apartment. It is something like a student might rent to go to university. The decor is what you would call funky. These are not necessarily criticisms. It’s just to let you know that this is not a posh hotel. It is a budget accommodation. It is perfectly fine. Also you have to pick up the key from another location not too far away. This might be an issue if You are arriving late in the day. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Although the room overlooks the street a small street with restaurants the noise was not a problem.
• Tore (10/5): Sentralt plassert leilighet - Malaga er en hyggelig by. Leiligheten lå i en vanlig bygård, helt grei standard, men mindre enn jeg hadde forventet. Fin plassering i forhold til gamlebyen, og 10-13min å gå til togstasjonen (for å reise nedover kysten eller de 15 min til flyplassen). Gode seng, om enn noe smal. Manhattan leiligheten hadde en liten takterrasse. Det var derfor vi valgte stedet. Fin om kveldene. Kunne være matos på terassen pga luftesjaktene endte på taket.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Loved it. - Great service. Perfect location. Wonderful room. If we had the time, we would have stayed 2 weeks. You feel right at home. When we arrived, internet did not function. Informed the staff about the problem. They actually replaced the modem the next day. Downside: there is no reception, you actually need to walk to their office (10 minutes walk from the room) to get the keys. But still, that's ok.
