The breakfast is decent for Italian style, no warm dishes, but cold cuts, fruits, boiled eggs, bread and cereals/nuts are available. Ladies at reception are very friendly. Great to have a balcony with a view. I’m also happy they have shades, was easier to out kids to sleep when it’s still light outside Might be a bit loud from the promenade, if you like to sleep with an open window

- Christoph (9/5): Es war ein sehr schöner Ausflug. - Sehr gute Lage. Wir waren schon mehrmals Gast im den Hotel. Wurden immer gut bedient und werden es wieder buchen. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Das Frühstück war gut mit vielen Wahlmöglichkeiten. -

- Martin (10/5): Eine ausgezeichnete Wahl, für ein paar Tage den Kanton Tessin zu geniessen - Grosses Zimmer, Balkon mit wunderbarer Aussicht und praktischer Einrichtung, hilfsbereite Reception, schneller Zimmerservice, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit Terrasse, Hotel direkt an der Seepromenade gelegen, gute Lage zum öffentlichen Regionalverkehr, zum Zentrum und zum Schiffshafen. Tiefgarage mit grossen Parkplätzen. Die Rampe in die Tiefgarage könnte für grosse Fahrzeuge etwas knapp sein.

- Danyel (6/5): Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit freundlichem Service, aber mit Verbesserungspotenzial im Detail. - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht, man hat sich willkommen gefühlt. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm und alles war sauber und ordentlich. Einige Punkte könnten verbessert werden: Für den Pool gab es keine Pantoffeln/Slippers, was ich in dieser Preisklasse erwartet hätte. In der Minibar fehlte eine Flasche Wasser als kleine Aufmerksamkeit. Beim Frühstück war die Hafermilch leider aus und es gab keinen Ersatz, was mit den Feiertagen begründet wurde – bei diesem Preis sollte das besser organisiert sein.

- Patricia (10/5): Ein tolles sauberes Hotel das sehr zentral gelegen ist und einen rundum guten Service bietet. - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Apartementzimmer war sauber, super ausgestattet, ruhig und das Hotel allgemein war sehr schön und sauber. Der dazugehörende Pool war ausgezeichnet gepflegt und es gab eine hervorragende Frühstücksauswahl. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Das Fruehstuecksbuffet stets sauber presentiert und aufgefuellt.Topp. Sehr feiner Cafe. Macht weiter so.... Zimmerreinigung hat noch viel Luft nach oben. ZB. Seifenschale wurde erst am letzten Tag einigermassen gereinigt. Dusche etc. wurde nur duerftig mit dem Lappen abgewischt. Sehr schade......

- Erich (8/5): Sehr freundliches Ambiente in praktischem Aparthotel! - Ruhig, Nähe Zentrum gelegen, sehr freundliches Team! Etwas hellhörig mit kleinen Kindern im angrenzenden Zimmer.
- Andreas (8/5): Ein wunderbarer Kurzurlaub an die Sonne. - Die Zimmer sind sehr saubere und modern. Das Hotel liegt direkt am See an an top Lage. Man kann das Zentrum in 5 min zu Fuss erreichen. Trotzdem ist es ruhig! Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war das Wlan seeehr langsam. Das könnte man bestimmt einfach verbessern. Ansonsten waren wir mit allem sehr zufrieden.

Con il nostro bimbo di quasi 3 anni è risultato super comodo, anche la colazione era soddisfacente. Il personale era molto disponibile e gentile. Molto caldo in camera senza possibilità di regolare la temperatura, ma ciò non ha rovinato il nostro pernottamento.

- Daniel (10/5): Ein tolles, schönes und zentrales Hotel mit einem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal - Wir hatten ein sehr grosses und geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon und dabei eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Das Frühstück war für uns sehr ausgiebig und hat in einer ruhigen Atmophäre stattgefunden. Die Lage dieses Hotels ist Top. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Von unserer Seie aus, gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.
