• Henning (7/5): Hervorragende Lage, schöne Gemeinschaftsflächen, leider war das Zimmer enttäuschend. - Das Frühstück war sehr gut, Sonia hat sich bestens um uns gekümmert! Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten in der wunderschönen Altstadt, alles wesentliche kann man in kurzer Zeit per Fuß erreichen und trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig. Das Badezimmer ist extrem klein, die Hälfte wird bereits durch die Dusche beansprucht. Deshalb ist das Waschbecken auch im Zimmer und nicht im Bad. Die Duschtür hat nicht korrekt geschlossen, so dass immer Wasser in den Fußbereich vor der Toilette gelaufen ist. Das Problem bestand offensichtlich schon länger, da auch der Türrahmen bereits aufgequollen und beschädigt ist, was auf eine häufige "Überflutung" hindeutet.
• Mathias (7/5): Es könnte so schön sein… - Tolle Lage in der Altstadt von Palma. Lobby und Innenhof sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Freundliches Personal. Preis/Leistung stimmt leider nicht. Doppelzimmer sind eher klein und Badezimmer abgenutzt und schlecht in Stand gehalten. Dachterasse ist gesperrt. Generell lebt das Hotel von seiner Substanz und der zentralen Lage. Mit etwas Liebe zum Detail und ein bisschen Liebe zum Detail könnte es ein tolles Hotel sein.

• Emmanuel (9/5): Un bel hôtel pour une très belle ville - Séjour dans la chambre 105 (supérieur). Cet hôtel se cache derrière une petite porte dans une rue étroite. Superbe entrée de l'hôtel et accueil très amical. Très belle chambre avec grande terrasse sur le patio intérieur de cet ancien couvent à la décoration contemporaine sobre. Calme garanti à 2 pas de la place Weyler et à 10 minutes à pied de tous les points d'intérêts. Bon petit déjeuner.Juste derrière, le petit restaurant/bar Rosa est super. Et près de la place Cort, essayer le bistro bar à vin Coloma. points à améliorer : le petit déjeuner en terme de qualité, quelques détails dans la chambre comme des pantoufles de bain (puisqu'il y a déjà des peignoirs), pour en faire un boutique hôtel parfait.
• Verena (8/5): Verbesserungswürdig aber trotzdem gut - Wir waren als Paar unterwegs. Die Unterkunft liegt Mega in der Altstadt von Palma. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr minimalistisch und eng für die Anzahl von Gästen wenn man draußen noch nicht sitzen kann. Sauberkeit in den Zimmern könnte auch noch verbessert werden. Schade war, dass die Dachterrasse nicht zu benutzen war.

• Arjen (7/5): City centre location for first time visit of Palma. - Location in the old town. Major part part of the building is not what you expect based on the web info, etc.. We had to change the room because of lack of daylight and fresh air. Room we finally got was nog worth the rate.

• Katja (1/5): Absolute Katastrophe! Nie wieder. Keine Empfehlung, das sehr schlecht. - Nichts. Katastrophal. In unseren Zimmer stand bei Ankunft das Fenster komplett offen und es stank fürchterlich nach Ausguss und es war kalt. Es war schon abends und es wurde dunkel. Meine Tochter war hungrig und erschöpft von der reise. Absolut unzumutbares Zimmer, es entsprach auch nicht der gebuchten Kategorie. Wir erhielten keine Hilfe beim Gepäck oder auch für meine Tochter mit dem Koffer beim Tür aufmachen. Kreditkarte wurde sofort durchgezogen. Reklamation interessierte nicht. Der Manager war im Urlaub. Für mich war das als Genius Bucher (Level 3) das schlechteste Hotel was ich gebucht habe. Sehr grenzwertig und eher nach Geld abkassieren.
• Barbara (5/5): Leider sehr enttäuschend! - Das Hotel hätte Potential, ist aber sehr ungepflegt. Sehr freundliche Chefrezeptionistin, die aber erst am Tag der Abreise da war und keine Entschädigung angeboten hat. Schimmel im Bad. Geruch nach Schimmel im Zimmer und Bad. Ungepflegt. Fotos entsprechen nicht. 2 Tage kaltes Wasser. Preis-Leistung stehen in keinem Verhältnis. Das angebotene Alternativzimmer hatte das Waschbecken im Zimmer, da das Badezimmer zu klein dafür war. Unglaublich! Angeblich voll?! Kein besseres Alternativzimmer angeboten, obwohl auf booking mehrere Zimmer verfügbar waren.

• Diane (6/5): Ideal location, lovely staff, good breakfast but not 4* - The inside looked beautiful on the photos We were in an outside room that was Under street level and very noisy with buskers and people socialising. The shutters didn’t close properly and there were bars on the other side. The courtyard was lovely but needed a good clean up. The table And chairs outside our room needed cleaning and the leaves etc removing. It just looked tatty. The bar was never open either. The hotel was On a narrow street that taxis don’t like going down and the drains in the street smelt

Small rooms, booking mistakes made on the Hotel's side with no immediate solution as was informed Hotel was full, definitely wasn't. No assistance with moving room remedy. Simply told if you want to move you have to do it before 11. Tiny breakfast room for enen a small number of guests, poor selection of food in breakfast room. A kettle to boil for hot water for tea and 2 small coffee machines Slightly disinterested male receptionist. Climate in rooms was centrally switched off.

• Silke (8/5): - Wunderbares Boutique Hotel in bester Lage von Palma. Alles ist wunderbar fußläufig erreichbar. Der wunderschöne Innenhof kann gut zum frühstücken genutzt werden. Die Bar war bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht in Betrieb. Die Busanbindung zum Flughafen ist in 10 min. zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein und schon etwas abgewohnt. Die Lüftung im Bad funktionierte nicht, dadurch roch es etwas muffig.
• Gail (1/5): Don’t stay here. - Pro - Hotel is in the center of Palma. Pro - Check-in was smooth and receptionist friendly. Pro - Breakfast was good and the sitting area was lovely with lots of plants. The service staff was cold and indifferent however Con - It is off on alley that had two homeless men sleeping at 8 pm when we went to dinner and when we returned. Con - Room 114 felt like a tiny box with the bed on a slant and only one of us could walk to the bathroom at a time. Con - Bathroom shower completely flooded the toilet area, I closed the shower door firmly and then needed my husband’s assistance to get it open. Used one large towel and the shower mat to dry the floor. Con - Our room was on the ally and we could hear every conversation and general noise from the street and restaurants below. We did not open the windows and there was no sound insulation. Went down to reception at 10 pm to complain, and was told by the front desk that it “may” quiet down when the restaurant/kitchen closes around 11pm. I asked to be contacted by a manager concerning our complaints but still haven't been even days later. Con - Checked out at 11am, no one was at the reception for at least 15 minutes after asking two workers for assistance. Two other couples were also waiting by the time he showed up. We had booked two nights here on either side of a trip to Soller. Cancelled the second night and ate the non refundable charges. This place should not be listed as 4 stars and should not even be on Booking.com.

• Hans Christian (10/5): - Wir fahren mindestens einmal im Jahr nach Palma. Dieses Hotel haben wir tatsächlich neu entdeckt. Das Hotel liegt zentral und es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Ein altes Gebäude wurde modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Beim Betreten haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der wunderschöne, begrünte Innenhof mit Barbereich und Zu-/Ausgang zum Frühstücksraum ist traumhaft. Den vermutet man gar nicht und nimmt ihn von außen auch nicht wahr. Das Frühstück war toll ... vielfältig und frisch. Ist nicht unbedingt Standard in dieser Qualität und deshalb auch besonders zu erwähnen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich. Unser Zimmer verfügte über einen Balkon. Die Betten sind groß und bequem. Auch unsere zukünftigen Reisen nach Palma wird uns in dieses Hotel führen. Soll heißen, sehr empfehlenswert und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! :-)

• Claudia (9/5): Ein rundum Palma-Wohlfühl-Hotel! - Die Lage ist spitzenmäßig, mitten in der Altstadt und dennoch sehr ruhig. Das Personal war super freundlich und sehr entgegenkommend. Wir hatten einen späten Rückflug und es war gar kein Problem die Koffer im Hotel zu lassen und dort zu verweilen. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption hat uns auch noch das Taxi zum Flughafen organisiert. Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit Sitzmöglichkeiten in einem schönen botanischen Innenhof. Es gab sogar E-Bikes zum Ausleihen. Unsere Zeit war zu kurz, aber das nächste Mal erkunden wir Palma auf Rädern. Die Lounge im Innenhofbereich war sehr chillig, jedoch waren die Polster ziemlich fleckig. Man könnte diesen Bereich etwas sauberer und "luxuriöser" gestalten.

• Julian (10/5): Would recommend this small boutique hotel in the centre of historic Palmer, friendly staff, beautifu - Delicious breakfast. Beautiful courtyard. Lovely modern facilities inside an old building tucked away in a historic alley. Communication about the transfer pick up at the end of the day. We had to rush down to the Caixa Forum and missed the transfer so it was a bit stressful. But all ok in end !

• Andrei (6/5): Good location and breakfast, but noise rooms - Location is in old city center. The breakfast is good, open buffet, lot of choices. In general the room was clean. The smell coming from the bathroom was bad, sewer smell. Even after keeping the windows open the smell was still bad. The standard room was too small. One part of the building is old, so you could hear the upstairs neighbors walking, as the ceilling was cracking and popping at every step. The windows are not isolating the sound from outside, being made of wood, Also with the old style windows there is not so much light. So in general the room was not comfortable.

• Madeleine (5/5): Bra läge och trevlig personal men det var nog första och sista gången vi bodde här! - Bra läge och nära till mycket. Rummen var helt okej och frukosten likaså. Trevlig personal som gav oss ett nytt rum när vi klagade på det första vi fick på våning 1 som knappt hade fönster och dagsljus. Kändes inte rent, smutsiga glas och tallrikar på frukosten.
• Lola (10/5): Remanso de paz en el centro de Mallorca - El hotel es maravilloso, un remanso de paz y tranquilidad, decorado con mucho gusto. Las camas muy cómodas, el baño amplio y todo funcionaba a la perfección. El desayuno muy bueno. Pero sobre todo no se escuchaba ningún ruido y pudimos descansar con absoluta tranquilidad. La ubicación es perfecta. Nos permitieron hacer el check-in a las 10.30 y al salir pudimos dejar todo el día las maletas en el hotel pues nuestro vuelo salía por la noche. Sin duda, si vamos a Palma, repetiremos¡ Por poner alguna pega decir que la habitación era un algo pequeña, y el el hotel está en un callejón muy poco transitado, pero eso también aporta tranquilidad.

Ein kleines feines Hotel, toller Innenhof mit sehr schönem Ambiente. Beeindruckend sind in im ganzen Haus die Lampen. Das Zimmer war hübsch eingerichtet und strahlt Ruhe aus, das war Badezimmer groß und hell. Das Frühstück ist gut, alles frisch und geschmackvoll. Ein herrliches Hotel.

Rooms are cosy but perfectly sized for a city break. The complimentary toiletries were great quality. The staff were always professional and helpful. Breakfast was excellent quality, plentiful and the breakfast room and terrace were lovely settings to start your day The pocket doors to the bathroom are a nightmare. No way to lock them so they roll open whilst using the bathroom, luckily I was with my husband but could lead to some awkward situations if staying with a friend! They also roll quickly and I trapped my fingers twice in the night ripping a nail bed. For this reason I wouldn't recommend this hotel for small children. Walls are paper thin but only an issue if there are loud guests as the general setting is very quiet.

• Basten (8/5): Geweldige locatie - Locatie is geweldig, midden in Palma. Personeel ook geweldig, heel vriendelijk, regelen alles voor je, zijn heel lief voor kinderen. Schone kamers, iedere dag schoonmaak. Jammer dat je alleen in het hotel kunt ontbijten en niet bijvoorbeeld ‘s middags een koffietje kunt drinken op het terras / in de lobby. En je moet een klein zij-straatje in om bij het hotel te komen, daar liggen twee zwervers en stinkt enorm naar plas.

Es ist Zentral und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück lässt keine Ruhe wünschen offen. Wir sind begeistert und werden definitiv noch einmal buchen.

• Baris (8/5): A charming and well-located boutique hotel, ideal for a short stay in Palma. - Beautiful boutique hotel with a very stylish interior and calm atmosphere. The location is excellent, close to the old town and easy to walk everywhere. The staff were friendly and the overall ambiance felt relaxed and elegant, perfect for a short stay. The room lacked natural sunlight and felt a bit dark during the day. For the price, it would have been nicer to have a brighter room with more daylight.
