• TOSHIKO (6/5): - アパートの部屋を予約していたのに１人だからと言って予約していた部屋よりかなり狭い部屋に2泊も泊まらされた。随分交渉して市のホテル税を免除すると言われたが納得いかず、帰りのナポリ駅までのタクシー代を出してもらうことでその場は納得したが、予約していた部屋に移って前の2泊が全く納得いかなかった。７泊朝食着きで予約したのに５泊で朝食ないと言われ、これも納得いかず。朝食は郷土料理とあったが、結局は甘いパン一つとコーヒーだけです。 良かった点は一日目にウエルカムランチでピザとワインを頂きました。真下にレストランがあるので夜中を過ぎてもうるさくて、気になる人にはお勧めしません。かなりナポリの下町エリアです。
• Ciara (10/5): Spacious room in good location - Spacious, clean and comfortable room in a great location. This is more like a b&b than a hotel, and Fortuna was friendly, helpful and great to do deal with. Location is good; about a 15 minute walk to Napoli centrale train station, close to via tribunales, and lots of shops and restaurants. Despite being on a main Street, the shutters were very effective at blocking out street noise.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - The room was nice, but mould in shower and toilet. Advertised laundry facilities but only had a dryer, no washing machine...

• Verified traveler (10/5): - The property is very central and walking distance from the main station in Naples, the bus stop for the airport bus and the historic centre. However, it’s also far enough away from each of these to be quiet at night while still giving you the flavour of an authentic old Neopolitan neighbourhood! Fortuna and her partner are both lovely and made me feel very welcome, and the room itself was a very generous size with free coffee and breakfast. Highly recommended for comfort and a true taste of Naples

• Sarah (10/5): Amazing! So accommodating! - We originally had an airbnb booked for two nights in Naples and absolutely hated the area, plus it was up a large hill with several flights of stairs. We found this place very last minute and they were so accommodating; I called in the taxi ride over and they were there to greet us. The free breakfast is from the cafe across the street and they have free coffee and water outside the room. It was very spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again

• Douggy (10/5): - Absolutely loved our stay .fortuna has done a great job setting this place up . In the old town and there are roadworks going on .but lots of eateries nearby.once we were off the street the accomodation was an oasis from the city going on outside 😁

• Fabio (10/5): Camera a due passi dal duomo di Napoli - Il soggiorno è stato perfetto. La posizione della struttura è strategica perché raggiungibile dalla stazione centrale a piedi in 10 minuti e a soli 5 min dal Duomo di Napoli e a 10 min a piedi dalle vie del centro storico. Il personale della struttura è stato super disponibile! La stanza e la struttura sono nuove e molto confortevoli. Pulizia TOP!
