- José (8/5): Pleasant stay but very loud environment. - Steps away from tons of restaurants and bars. Reasonable walking distance to metro station The apartment had all the things we needed. There were some characters in front of the building every night. It didn't feel super safe. What I said about being close to bars and nightclubs is a blessing and a curse. I was ok but if you are light sleeper and need peace and quiet forget about it, the music from the nearby bars will be blasting until very late.

- William (8/5): Very good - Room 401 one bedroom....living area is small but comfortable enough with lots of light....the bed is comfortable, the wifi is excellent, the shower has hot water....the kitchen is small but functional with a large refrigerator, 4 burners, a coffee machine and microwave...also, a shout out to the next level rooftop that offers a great view of the area and a place for smokers to go....location wise it is close to everything you need and about an 8 minute walk to their light rail system. In a couple of blocks you can find a large grocery store, many restaurants & street food stalls and various ATMs. There's also a number of bars close by, (the street food guy just to the left on 70th has great food and he's open til 5 am on a Saturday/Sunday morning) Music from a couple of bars can be loud and go late on Friday & Saturday but then we're old and retired

- Sir (8/5): Great location great customer service and overall great time! - The location was outstanding! We love the access to the rooftop terrace. La señora was very accommodating and patient. When our flight was delayed, she made the adjustment so our check-in was smooth and painless. Outstanding customer service! The only critique we had at the apartment was the second bedroom was rather small, so fitting in your luggage in the room was quite difficult. other than that, no complaints at all.

- Yan (10/5): highly recommended. - very nice place. safe and secure. location is super. close to many restaurants with lots of choices. Mondongos restaurant has a Miami location too. Korean restaurant and Vietnamese restaurant are close by. many bars disco bars people very nice and serve you with dignity. they won’t charge you extra. they just went beyond to help. it’s a little bit noise till early morning 2-3AM. this is the center is Laureles with many bars and clubs. but it does not bother me much.

- Rob (10/5): - Het appartement is goed onderhouden en wordt prima schoongemaakt. Ik miste een bedlampje. En de toekomstige huurder moet zich ervan bewust zijn dat het appartement in een levendige buurt ligt. Maw veel geluid van buiten. Vooral in het weekend harde muziek. Ik heb daar geen problemen mee. Maar het is goed als je dit van te voren weet.

Hot water pressure was low in my shower. We heard loud music from outside well past midnight. The city view that had been posted was actually the view of the busy street.
- John (6/5): - Solo aceptan efectivo, me dieron otro apartamento diferente al reservado (no mejor), la noche q inicialmente me la cobrabran en $230.000 termine pagando mas de $500.000, el Parquedero mas cercano es a dos cuadras y hay q pagar $20.000 la noche, si te pasas son $4.000 por hora adicional, el apartamento no tiene nada de intimidad, la habitación principal es en la sala, la tv no funciona en una habitación, la zona tiene mucho ruido, no recomendable para descanso ni con Vehiculo, es un apartamento solo para pareja
