- Aart Jan (8/5): Fijn verblijf, minder futuristisch dan verwacht - Een prima en modern hotel in de omgeving van het vliegveld Haneda. Het hotel is vlakbij een metrohalte waar je binnen de kortste keren op elke plek in Tokyo kan zijn. Ik had wat meer verwacht van de robots in het hotel. Het waren alleen bewegende poppen. De interactie met het hotel verliep met een terminal. En in mijn geval ging het nog mis ook en moest er een mens aan te pas komen.

- Linda (7/5): Prima basis kamer voor een nacht. - Voor ons een hotel als tussenstop voor een nacht om naar vliegveld te gaan en daar was het prima voor. Nette kamer en badkamer. En het ligt vlakbij metro en middenin in een wijk met supermarkten en restaurants vlakbij.

- yokoyama (9/5): 快適でした。受付に恐竜もいます。 - 変なホテル浜松町を何度か使っていました。羽田は受付に恐竜がいたりして子供が喜んでいました。部屋も広かったです。子どもがハウスダストアレルギーのため、ほこりが無いようにしてもらえるとありがたいと要望しておりました。ニッチのような物置に少しほこりの拭き後があったのですが、私たちが入る前に拭いていてくれたのかもと思うとありがたかったです。部屋は清潔で、子供の咳なども出なくて助かりました。シャトルバスのことで問い合わせをした時も丁寧に教えてくれました。 空港からシャトルバスに乗る方法がわからなかったです。急にこちらに宿泊することになり急いでいたので、メールなども細かくチェックするのができなかったので、どこかに案内があったかもしれません。

- Naomi (10/5): また行きたいです。 - 千葉方面で予定があったのですが送迎バスをうまく使って移動ができました。空港利用でなくても乗せてもらえました。夜部屋でお酒を飲んだりしたので製氷機があったのもちゃんと使い捨てのコップもあったのも助かりました。 駅から徒歩5分くらいで周りにスーパーや居酒屋や中華屋さんもありロケーションは最高でした。 特にないです。

- Tsuyoshi (9/5): Value for Money! - 宿泊日直前予約で格安で泊まれました。建物も設備も大変綺麗。部屋内部は合理的でとても上手に配置されており、スリッパやシャンプー類など全ての点においてビジネスホテルより安く快適だった。 特に思い当たりません。強いて言えばLGのスタイラーが場所をとってしまっているが使わなかったのでそのスペースで冷蔵庫をもう少し大きくしてもらえれば良かった。

- Shalne (10/5): Super clean, comfy beds and free shuttle service to the airport - The room was very clean, quite spacious and had all the basic facilities you need. The reception with the robots and dinosaurs talking to you were quite impressive and interesting to experience :) Check in smooth and staff very helpful. Loved the free shuttle service to the airport, super comfy and on time.

- Katharina (7/5): Nachts leider laut, ansonsten sehr ansprechend. - Das Zimmer war sehr ansprechend und sauber. Die Dinosaurier-Roboter sind ein absolutes Highlight. Die ganze Nacht über lief eine laute Deckenlüftung, die sich im Zimmer nicht ausschalten ließ. Durch das durchgängige störende Geräusch der Lüftung konnten wir leider nur sehr schlecht schlafen, was für die Nacht vor unserem Abflug besonders ärgerlich war.

- Nikki_Lo (9/5): It was a perfect location for a Tokyo stay - The staff were friendly and helpful, with regards to information at check-inn and assisting in understanding the surrounding area for food and other resources. They were helpful in keeping our bags safe, as we quickly popped into a Konbini for some snacks. The LG styler in our room was a bonus and a great way to disinfect clothing. Check-inn was different, as it was a self check-inn service we were not used to. Staff were very helpful in this instance. Thank you to the staff who assisted

- Mutsumi (8/5): コスパが良く満足。 - 今回は3連泊しましたが、駅も近く便利。 受付のロボットのお姉さんや恐竜の案内がユニークで面白い。 朝食もインド料理好きなので美味しくいただきました。 LGスタイラーが設置されていて使用してみましたが、けっこう音がするし、揺れたりして騒がしい。たしかに衣類はふんわりするが、特に必要ではないし、どちらかといえば邪魔。物を置ける場所が少なく、イスやテーブルがあるほうが良い。
