- Yasuno (2/5): Jeg skal ikke bruke dette hotell igjen. - Lokale var bra Frokost sted var altfor liten og noen ganger hadde vi ikke plass for å spise og lite valg for utenlandske. Renhold var det heller ikke bra. Jeg måtte bytte rom for at rommet var altfor liten og jeg kunne ikke åpene bagasjen. Hvis J skulle åpene den, da kunne ikke bruke bad eller inngangs døren. Så fikk jeg ekstra stor rom og da måtte jeg betale enda ekstra! Kollega fikk stykk av insekt i armene og ansikt etter første natt. Og andre kollegane mine pekte på at rommet var ikke helt rent. Så dette var jo veldig ned tur. Siden Jeg som har bestilt rom til alle.

Det var mega nemt at check in, da vi ankom, da vi havde modtaget en mail før ankomst, hvor vi kunne check in, så vupti vupti og 3 klik på skærmen, og så havde vi vores værelsesnøgler. Værelserne var meget små, så man skulle lige planlægge hvad man skulle havde i sin kuffert, for den kunne man kun slå ud på sengen. Men, der var hvad man skulle bruge og, hvorfor bruge tid på hotelværelset, når man kan komme ud og opleve Tokyo?

- Aileen (6/5): Gute Lage, aber in die Jahre gekommen - Super gute Lage direkt in der Nähe von einer JR und Metro Linie, bequemer Check-In, super Möglichkeit sein Gepäck aufzubewahren. Das Badezimmer hat leider sehr unangenehm gerochen, als würde es schimmeln. Das Hotel ist generell eher in die Jahre gekommen.

You did not have to carry your heavy luggage along local train or subway in rush hour. Check in is very easy, just follow the instruction that you received by e-mail. Nothing. Very, very close to Hamamatsucho Station. 1km from Tokyo Tower, but easy, pleasant walk. Also 1km to Ginza, easy walk. Business style hotel, but the robot check in is a fun gimmick. We had 3 rooms and all were great.

- Mika (9/5): 快適でした - ロケーションがとてもよく、シンプルな施設で利用しやすかったです。私が利用した部屋はベッドも広く、とても快適に過ごせました。枕がとても自分にあっていたのか、ぐっすり休むことが出来ました。:) 私の見落としかもしれませんが、予約時にいくらの宿泊税がかかるのかが、明記されていればよかったなと思いました。東京なので、宿泊した部屋料金から、1泊200円の税金でした。事前に宿泊料金を支払う段階で、徴収してもらえれば、手間が一つ省けるのになぁと思いました。

- Richard (8/5): Great base for arriving into Japan - Very convenient to local train station and monorail (Haneda airport). Rooms are functional. Japanese breakfast available. Short walk to Tokyo Tower, Rainbow Bridge is walkable but you can use the train. My room was compact, even by Japanese standards but I knew that as a compromise to keep the price down.
- Erika (6/5): Acceptable - Train station is 2 minutes by walk. The room is extremely small—you don’t even have enough space to open a large suitcase comfortably. The photos are not misleading, but it’s worth noting that the reception is staffed by robots rather than people, which may not suit everyone. The breakfast options are quite limited, especially for European guests. It mainly consists of scrambled eggs and bread with jam, if you don’t like Japanese food.. While the room itself is relatively cheap, the hotel makes up for it by charging for additional services. For example, early check-in is not handled flexibly. Instead of allowing access to a room that is already clean and available, they charge by the hour. In our case, the room cost 11,000, and we were charged an extra 6,500 just to check in earlier, which feels excessive. In many European hotels, if a room is ready, guests are often allowed to check in early at no extra cost, so this policy was quite disappointing.

- Patrycja (8/5): Nice place for short stay. - Location perfect, breakfast was really good! Bathroom was nice and comfortable. Light at room was really nice and bed was good. All public transport around room and few nice spots for food. Easy self check-in/out. Room was pretty small and not easy to manages if you have big bags. Otherwise was good.

(Highly recommend to do the pre-check in so you only have to scan the QR code) -Pretty much everything you need is there, even a vacuum packaging machine to save space on your luggage (cash only) -Not the hottest location for activities but you're less than 5 minutes away from the Yamanote line and the Monorail to Haneda airport. -Disinfection cabinet included in the room (cabinet and its instructions were only in Japanese) -Nice view from the window, at least in my room. -Mattress was very much not comfortable at all. Very thin and hard. -Some instructions were not very clear. One of them led me to believe I had to drop my luggage at the luggage storage, only to get there and read it's only for check in and out days. Or you were supposed to tap your room card in the elevator but not sure what it accomplished as I could use it without doing that.
