Close to the station The bed was a little bigger than the other's I'd stayed in so far in Tokyo Self check-in with the robot reception was smooth and easy The tv turned itself on in the morning, to display the welcome message, hours before we were due to checkout & waking us up

Definitely r - The location was excellent, loved that we could get up in the morning and have easy quick access to Lawson and 7 eleven for coffee and snacks. So so soooo close to the train station and so many alleyway shops that came alive in the evening. Fabulous 😊 It was VERY SMALL, but I understand that is just how hotels are in Tokyo area. There were 2 adults and one child and they had 3 twin beds which was fine but the room was tight.

- Karol (8/5): - Great location right next to Asakusabashi station. It's not the famous Yamanote line, but offers direct connection to/from Narita and Haneda airports, one station away from Akihabara and direct connection to Shinjuku. One station away from Senso-ji and a few stations from Ginza. 15 min walk away from Tokyo Edo Museum. Robots were quite fun and the staff was helpful, although communication was mostly via Google translate. The surrounding is very peaceful which is a great advantage in the bustling city that is Tokio. Also, there are some decent restaurants in the neigbourhood. Of course rooms are small, but the most problematic was no wardrobe or something alike. It was very inconvenient to get to two suitcases in a very small room. The hotel is quite worn and the Indian restaurant was not tempting as a breakfast offer, so we didn't try that. It would be nice to have some standard light breakfast option.

L'hotel est super bien situé, le quartier a plein de super bons restos et les métros sont super proches. L'hotel est très propre et tranquille. La chambre est vraiment minuscule. Oui c'est Tokyo, mais pour avoir eu d'autres hotels et appartements autant à Tokyo qu'au Japon c'était vraiment la plus petite chambre qu'on a eu. Le lit est très ferme et les oreillers minuscules. On a eu de la difficulté à dormir.

- Roldan (3/5): - Very close to train station We booked accommodation for our March/April 2026 trip to Osaka, Kyoto, and Tokyo through Booking.com. At the time of booking, the listing clearly stated “Free stay for both kids,” and we accurately entered our children’s ages during the reservation process. This was especially important as our son turns 12 years old just two days after our final hotel stay in Japan. Upon arrival at Henn na Hotel Asakusabashi, we were only provided with two towels and two pillows for our family booking. When we requested the missing items, hotel staff informed us there was an issue with the reservation and attempted to charge additional fees. We then spent more than three hours, from approximately 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM, trying to resolve the matter with both hotel staff and Booking.com customer service. We contacted Booking.com through their Australian support number, but unfortunately the experience was equally frustrating. We were transferred between multiple agents from different parts of the world, some of whom struggled with English communication. Calls were disconnected several times, and some agents appeared unwilling or unable to properly assist or escalate the matter. After several unsuccessful attempts, we finally reached a fifth agent who handled the situation professionally and provided sensible guidance. We were advised that Booking.com would contact the hotel management the following morning and that, if the hotel insisted on charging us, we could pay first and Booking.com would arrange a refund afterward. The refund has since been processed, which we appreciate, but the overall experience remained extremely stressful and unpleasant, particularly while travelling with children late at night in a foreign country. The situation was handled very poorly by the hotel. Despite the unresolved booking issue, staff refused to provide basic necessities such as towels and pillows for our children while we waited for management to review the case the following morning.

- DERYA (8/5): Really enjoyed! - The room and bathroom are bigger than the normal Japanese hotels. The hotel in general was clean. It was really annoying that there was always the smell of food coming from restaurant at the entrance. The pillows are a bit small and really comfortable.

- Franchiossi (10/5): Ottima posizione, quartiere tranquillo. - Ottima pozione, vicinanza alle linee della metro , ci sono supermercati vicini, negozi, restaurante, l'hotel offre servizio deposito bagagli prima del check-in e Check- out nella giornata, bilancia, microonde, lavatrice e asciugatrice a pagamento 200 yen , compressione dei pacchi 300 yen, distributore ghiaccio, distributore bevande, pigiama, articoli per igiene, insomma c'è di tutto quello che può servire. La camera era piccola per 3 persone, però non stato un problema , visto che in camera arrivi solo per fare la doccia e dormire! Nulla , tutto ok! Arigato Gozaimasu..

Proximité parfaite du métro Asakusabashi sur la ligne A. Petits restos simples et pratiques à la sortie du métro. Possibilité de laisser ses valises gratuitement avant le check in et après le check out. La taille de la chambre au Japon qui reste quand même petite par rapport à nos standards.
