In the night, someone tried to knock on our door, not the main door, but there is another door in the middle which connects to another room. They were trying to open it but the staff said it can't be opened. But that issue needs to be taken care of

Restaurant differential service between the table i.e. free fried ground nut served for other table with drinks that was served in our previously visit before reaching the food. We have asked for the same and just ignored on 29/04/2026 lunch time. 2.On 30/04/2026, we came for breakfast at 7;20 AM and Restaurant guy sent us back and told us come by 07:30 AM. We came at 07:45AM. However, they kept Vada after our breakfast at 08:00AM 3. On 30/04/2026 Dinner room service was given without tissues paper and stick/fork for Gobi 4. Mainly, there is no water to drink when we checked into the room and this is the basic requirement an hotelier should provide the water on humanity basis i.e. at least daily one bottle as complementary 4.Shower knob was very tight to operate (Room #:101) and was complained and no service on the same till our checkout 5. The wall paintings are so dirty/dusty.. 6. There is no ideal parking place for the Two wheelers and lot of water drooping from the AC and gate was narrow and was not operative.

Despite confirmation from bookings.com for free extra bed for one day, I was charged for same.

• Meghesh (2/5): Extremely dissatisfied - The only saving grace was the breakfast and the bed. The bathroom shower unit was broken and very poorly maintained. The commode would not flush properly and required multiple fluses to clear it. After single use of the the bathroom, it completely clogged up and maintenance took 45 mins to fix it. While fixing it, the maintenance personnel walked multiple times from from the dirty bathroom floor across the room without caring to even dry their shoes. By the end of it, the room was also dirty. One of the persons then brought a mop which he used to clean the bathroom floor off the dirty water. He then proceeded to mop the bedroom also with the fowl smelling mop. When I objected, he went back, promising to get a cleaner mop. However, when he returned he had the same dirty mop but this time probably rinsed in fresh water and doused with phenyl to douse the foul smell. At this point, I called up reception and demanded another room. They outright refused saying that booking is full. As it was late night and I was with my wife and kids, I had no choice but to stay for the night. Next morning, when we went to breakfast, again , the behavior of the staff was very rude. Queries were met with scorned looks before getting any reply. Somehow, we quickly had our breakfast and checked out of that place as soon as possible. Overall an extremely poor stay experience, despite paying 6500+ for a single night. Hope that this review helps them to pivot and improve.

• GAUSHITH (2/5): DISSAPOINTED - Blanket and bed sheet where not clean it had blood stains, water kettle was not clean it had tea stains, TV didn’t have recharged any packs to watch, so many cockroaches in rooms, yellow lights in rooms made me feel sick, dogs where barking whole night outside the room so we couldn’t sleep in night.

• Niraj Kumar (1/5): AVOID!!! Worst hotel in Mysore - Nothing On the day of checking, we travelled 3 hours from Bangalore to Mysore with a baby and a toddler and we were exhausted. When we reached the hotel, nobody came to help with our luggage. We were shocked to learn that the hotel cancelled our booking and already rebooked our room to someone else while we still had confirmed booking on the platform. This is unacceptable and the hotel manager did nothing to help. They said we should book another treebo hotel and suggested another treebo hotel and guaranteed the rooms were available there. But to our surprise when making payment, there were no rooms available there also. This is the worst hotel we have encountered in our life. Everyone should avoid this hotel especially international guests. It is not worth the hassle as the hotel will cancel your booking at any time without informing you.
