No elevators you have to uses a stairs which is not good for elderly with knee issues A little too far to SPMC plus the breakfast . They only offered coffee and bread.

Normally, they serve breakfast from 6AM. But since we were leaving earlier, they arranged our breakfast before 6AM. The property has parking space. The place is well-managed, very clean, great wifi. We enjoyed our stay in this place and will surely book again if we are in Davao. Highly recommended. Nothing.

- Aina (10/5): Worth every cent! - We booked 2 rooms on New Year's Eve at the last minute and stayed for 2 nights. The staff were very attentive, polite and accommodating. The rooms' amenities were basic with no fridge but the rooms were quiet, spotlessly clean, equipped with good AC, and a well-functioning hot and cold shower. Bedsheets were clean and the rooms come with bread and coffee for breakfast. It was a very good experience, overall. Thank you, The Strands, for a very comfortable and restful stay. Would definitely recommend and come back. :)

The shower water pressure goes in and out. Also, not enough outlet to recharge my device. I didn't alert the staff about the situation. i just dealt with it. I thought I was getting a condo with a kitchen. It was my fault not looking at the detail. Im glad that I ran into you guys. Made my first experience in the Philippines a great one.
