Gavin (7/5): Good value for money overall - Front desk staff were always polite and helpful, despite my limited command of the local language. The room was cleaned to an acceptable level. There was an 'unlimited' coffee machine on the ground floor that served corn soup that was surprisingly good. The place was nice and quiet. There was a coin laundry literally a minute's walk away, whereas there were a couple of convenience stores within less than 10 minutes. The location was somewhat away from the city's main activity areas making it slightly less than ideal. Although the overall room cleanliness was good, it felt like the opposite because the ceiling air vents for the bathroom and air-conditioner were dusty. Room size was generous by Japanese standards, but the sub-optimal furniture layout made it difficult to organise our belongings without causing the place to feel very cluttered during our stay.

Yumi (7/5): - 駅からも近く、周りに飲食店やコンビニも近かったのでとてもアクセスしやすかったです。空港からも電車一本ですぐだったこともよく、天神へも歩いて行ける距離です。お部屋は1人で十分なくらいで、スーツケースも広々広げられました。 TVの中にYouTubeが入っていて利用したのですが、以前利用された方の履歴(アカウント)が残っていて、プライバシー面で気になりました。強いていうなら、お部屋に全身鏡あったらなと思いました。(ただの願望です)

Jeff (9/5): Clean and affordable rooms in a good location - Clean rooms with friendly staff. Good location near a subway station. Breakfast was just bread/danishes and juice, but they only charge 500 yen for it if you pay the night before, so that's acceptable. Don't try to pay in the morning on the day, because they'll charge you 1,000 yen in that case.

tatsuya (4/5): マリンメッセから丁度良い立地 - 屋外の喫煙スペースにゆったり座れるソファーや庭園風の中庭があり、落ち着いた雰囲気なのが良かった。朝食がパンと飲み物のみで、非常に寂しかった。他のホテルと違い領収書を発行していただけなかった点が、非常に残念でした。 Booking.comからでも他のホテルでは領収書を切っていただけるので今後仕事で博多に宿泊する際には、本ホテルは選択肢から外さざるを得ない事になります。
