• Svetlana (10/5): Прекрасный отель - Понравился отель! У меня был очень уютный номер с красивым видом на перекресток, крыши домов и высокое дерево, с которого доносилось пение птиц. В номере было все необходимое, удобный матрас и огромная кровать, разнообразное освещение, новая мебель, заполненный мини-бар. В отеле звучит релакс-музыка, спокойно, чисто, приятно находиться в местах общего пользования, шикарное ковровое покрытие. Есть СПА зона с бассейном (для гостей отеля бесплатно в течение дня), которую я не успела посетить, к сожалению. Проживание можно оплатить картой Мир, что является несомненным преимуществом. Отель расположен в центре Еревана, рядом находятся и достопримечательности, и супермаркеты с ресторанами. Большая благодарность сотрудникам отеля Лилит, Карену и Инессе за клиентоориентированность, гостеприимство и внимательность! Рекомендую отель однозначно ) система кондиционирования требует усовершенствования

The room had a big bed (i think 1.8m wide) very comfortable, sockets everywhere, and sound insulation is pretty good, we could not hear anything from the other rooms. Excellent value for money

The room was big but for 4 days i did not have hot water i asked the hotel to fix it but i left and still no hot water. There was noise from the minibar refrigerator and also the breakfast was poor and the coffee machine was not working all of the days and we had to ask for hot water to make coffee

• Dominik (6/5): Eigentlich gut, jedoch nächtliche Ruhestörung - Großes Zimmer mit allem was man braucht, nettes Personal und schöne Einrichtung. Gute Lage Nachts wurden wir vom Sicherheitspersonal des Hotels gewecket. Der entsprechende Mitarbeit kam um 1 Uhr unangekündigt und ohne Zustimmung in das Zimmer und hatte durch lautstarkes Poltern den Schlaf unterbrochen. Das geht gar nicht!

INterior is great BUT 1. NO bathrobes - only after u ask for them. They should be in the room without any asking if u are a 4* hotel! 2. NO amenities: no hair conditioner? no cotton pads and q-tips? Seriously? ok 3. the tap in the sink is extremely unconfortable. It is very short, so you bump your hands onto the sink 4. I booked the room with my friend for 2 nights and after she left I stayed for one more night there. So i had to check out, leave my luggage in the luggage room and check in later. So i did. and went on excursion. When i was leaving the hotel, I remembered that i left my charger in the room on the bedside table. But as i was in a hurry i thout: Ok, now the room will be cleaned after us, they will find my charger and i'll pick it in the evening. How surprised i was when they told me there was no charger. I was furious, really! First - mt phone was almost dead and I had to go to the city cetner to buy a charger. Second - I unpacked my suitcase just in case i forget how i put in in the bag, but NO, I clearly remember that I didnt unpkygged it in the morning So I aksed them to see once again. And again and again the answer was no terrible service 5. breakfast is fine, but for a 4* hotel it is mediocre.

• Vellas (8/5): - Το δωματιο πολυ άνετο. Καθαριοτητα. Πρωινο καλο οχι κατι ιδιαιτερο Η επιλογη του συγκεκριμενου ξενοδοχειου εγινε λογω της θερμαινομενης πισινας και του jaccuzzi. Απο τις 3 διανυκτερευσεις την πρωτη (ημέρα Πέμπτη) το νερο στο jacuzzi ηταν χλιαρο με αποτελεσμα να μην μπορεις να το απολαυσεις. Στις υπόλοιπες 2 το νερο ηταν τοσο ζεστο που δεν μπορούσες να το χρησιμοποιησεις. Εγινε υποδειξη στο προσωπικο το οποιο δεν μπορουσε να κανει κατι για να υπαρχει η σωστη θερμοκρασια του νερου.

Сытный Все немного старое, уставшее, не очень современное. И ещё был сильный запах в номере какой-то химии для уборки, сначала было ощущение, что запах мебели. Также не понравилось, что нельзя открыть окно на проветривание, только полностью. Я всегда сплю с открытым окном, пришлось открывать полностью проветривать ночью.

Из положительного: состояние и размер номера, кровати и душевой кабины впечатляет, осень просторно. Отличное белье и полотенца, кровать удобная. Номер был тихий, как я просила при заказе. Отель комфортный, - рекомендую. Чувствуется, что отель был высочайшего уровня в прежние времена. Сейчас грязноватое покрытие в коридоре, явно требующее чистки или замены, отсутствие халатов, благо принесли по первому запросу, отказ от продления времени пребывания на пол-суток, - возможно действительно не было возможности?! Заказали в номер салат Цезарь и вино на ужин, ждали более часа.

• Inna (8/5): Very good hotel, good location. - Very good location, the hotel is located on the side road of the centre with a 10 minutes walk to the republic square. Very big spacious rooms, with nice comfortable beds. The hotel was nicely decorated with very friendly and professional staff at the reception. Small swimming pool and jacuzzi is available.The only drawback is that the breakfast was very limited and could be improved such as there were not available whole wheat bread options and etc. This has been quite a disappointing breakfast experience which does not reflect on their staff and other facilities of the hotel. Overall very good hotel with a great restaurant available within the hotel premises, called Persona with high cuisine, with excellent service and food for dinner. Breakfast very limited overall.

Good room service and friendly staffs. Also The breakfast was good with high quality materials. It will be my choice again for the next travel to Armenia

The room and basic facilities were acceptable. For a four-star hotel, some basic amenities were missing. No bathrobes were provided, no shaving kit was available, and the dental kit was not replaced during the stay. Additionally, the behavior of some staff members was not very professional, which affected the overall experience.

• Minerva (10/5): Very Convenient, Comfortable and Superb! - What I really liked the most about the hotel was the hospitality of their staff. All of their staff were well accommodating and professional, from the receptionist up to the housekeepers, everyone was really nice! In addition to this, we also got a room upgrade without us even asking for it! Originally, we booked for a standard twin room but we were upgraded to a superior room, which really made our stay much much more comfortable. The location of the hotel is also ideal, as it is really close to the heart of the city, so that made it easier for us to go get a quick city tour, ourselves. Overall, I really loved the place, not to mention the hotel amenities, which we also enjoyed a lot! There’s nothing that I could think of.

Breakfast is great, plenty of choice and something for everyone. The staff are super friendly. And a big shout out to the two young girls at reception, they helped us a lot, answered all of our questions and we did ask a lot. So thank you for making our time there lovely!!

• Abdullatif (9/5): أنصح بهذا الفندق - الموظفون ودودون ومتعاونون، الغرفة الملكية واسعة جدا، الحمام فيه شطاف، الهدوء لأن الفندق عبارة عن دورين فقط، قريب من ساحة الجمهورية والمسجد الأزرق وكثير من المطاعم الفاخرة، بقربه سوبرماركت وحلاق ومغسلة ملابس ومكاتب سياحية البوفيه رغم أنه جيد إلا أنه ثابت وقليل التنوع لكنه مناسب
• DMITRII (7/5): - Самое лучшее в этом отеле – это персонал. Особо выделю администратора Лилит и команду клининга. Отель сверх чистый, может даже перебор, поскольку на этажах сильно пахло чистящими средствами. Завтраки на 4: голодным не останешься, но выбор горячего не велик. Много выпечки, кофемашина. Хорошая массажистка. Номер был просторный. Брали представительский люкс, остальное опишу в минусах Несмотря на категорию номера, ванная была микроскопическая, старого ремонта, тесновато, душ протекал. Про подушки писали правду: они большие и неудобные. Спа крохотный, если бы кроме нас двоих кто-то ещё был, было бы неудобно в бассейне и джакузи. К слову бронировать посещение нужно заранее, а сауна и парная - за доп плату, также заранее бронировать, чтобы успели разогреть. Увы, даже проделав всё по инструкции парную мы так и не получили, забыли разогреть. В качестве извинения предложили сходить в следующий день бесплатно, по опять парную не разогрели. Смешно про спа центр - что помещение под гордой табличкой - это одна комната с кушеткой для массажа)) впервые такое вижу. Несмотря на отсутствие эстетики, массажистка очень хорошая. Ну и важный лично для меня пункт: в отеле нет балконов: ни в номерах, ни на этажах. Чтобы покурить нужно выходить на улицу. (Я сама не досмотрела в описании но обычно если балконов нет делают курилки на этаже)

We were within walking distance of Republic Square, local restaurants, and a small convenience store. Everyone was very professional and nice. They even arranged our transportation to the airport. Ереване вообще почти все по-русски говорят и к русским относятся как к дорогому гостю))) мы точно вернёмся! Ну у нашей компании, а нас было 5 человек, единое мнение - на подушках спать мучительно. Их точно нужно заменить..
• moninec (8/5): Do tohoto hotelu již nikdy nepojedu. Mizerné a drahé snídaně, arogantní personál. - Snídaně velmi problematická. Neodpovídá 4 hvězdičkám. Nepovolené návštěvy na pokoji po 21:00. Personál obtěžoval nepřístojně telefonováním a arogancí. Velmi nepříjemné. Arogance personálu recepce a ostrahy k návštěvě po 21:00. Obtěžovali telefonováním a výhružkami. Nikdy jsem se s takovým chováním ve světě nesetkal. Trastuhodné.

• Erika (7/5): Goed - Luxueus hotel met kwalitatief beddengoed en een goed ontbijt. We hebben tijdens ons verblijf wat geluidsoverlast ervaren. Er was vrij veel lawaai van de ventilatie, en rond 8 uur ’s ochtends was pianomuziek vanuit de gang hoorbaar in de kamer. Ook was er ’s ochtends wat lawaai van het kuispersoneel, omdat hun kamer naast de onze lag en ze in de gangen met elkaar spraken.
