- Iulian (7/5): - Good for a few days stay. The map location is very good if you want to visit main attractions in Jewish Quarter and Old Town. Both within walking distance. Also close to train station, you can easily reach it from airport. Has good connections with trams. Early checkin would have been nice, but at least they allow you to park your luggage with them.

- Blanar (4/5): Zavádzanie s lôžkami! - Lokalita bola dobrá a tiež služba stráženého parkoviska Nepáčilo sa mi vybavenie ubytovania, ubytovanie sme objednávali pre 4 dospelých ľudí čiže 2 páry spolu. Zabezpečovala som 2 izby s dostatocnecne veľkou posteľou aby sa v každej izbe mohli vyspať dvaja ľudia. Čiže očakávala som 2 manželské postele alebo aspoň jednotku pre jednotlivca. Neskôr nastal sok...v ubytovaní nás čakala 1 veľká .manželská posteľ a v druhej izbe bola 1 zväčšená jednotková postel- príliš malá aby sa v nej mohli pohodlne vyspať 2 osoby! Pokazilo to celý pobyt i dojem z ubytovania....nechali si zaplatiť od 4 osôb ale zariadenie bolo len pre 3 osoby... Alebo 2 dospelé osoby a 2 malé deti tie by sa možno obe pohodlne vedeli vyspať na tej posteli. Pokazilo mi to môj oddych relax a ráno som bola celá sklamaná a nevyspata a to isté zažil i môj manžel ktorý tu posteľ so mnou zdieľal.....

- Magdalena (6/5): Lokalizacja w ścislym centrum. Duży hałas. - Swietna lokalizacja pod kątem dostepu do atrakcji i rynku. Bardzo wygodne łózka. Dobrze wyposazone mieszkanie, mila obsluga na recepcji, bezproblemowy kontakt. Ale niestety w zwiazku lokalizacją w centrum miasta straszny hałas. Przy zamkniętym oknie, w mieszkaniu gorąco i duszno, a przy otwartym taki hałas tramwajów ze nie sposób spać. Mieszkanie znajduje się w starej kamienicy - niestety czuć było bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji przez caly 2 dniowy pobyt. Brak windy- mieszkanie na 4 piętrze.

- Jelena (9/5): - Очень удобное расположение, до любой точки города ~15минут. Рядом остановка трамвая и станция поезда( удобно в Шахты Величка, Освенцим, аэропорт). Но в этом есть и проблема- вы будете их слышать. Апартаменты на первом этаже с окнами во двор просторные, но под окнами мусорные контейнеры. Постель удобная. Постельное белье и полотенца хорошего качества, но к сожалению только 1 на человека. Чай, кофе, сахар на 1 день. Необходимый минимум посуды, микроволновка. Есть утюг и фен. После 2 ночей вам предложат уборку и смену белья. После выселения можно оставить свои сумки на ресепшене, если у вас поздний вылет. При имеющихся минусах , это всё не критично и остановились бы опять.

- MARIA (9/5): - Το δωμάτιο ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. 5-10 λεπτά από την παλιά πόλη. Την Τρίτη ημέρα μας καθάρισαν το δωμάτιο και μας άλλαξαν σεντόνια και πετσέτες όπως ζήτησα. Όλα ήταν υπέροχα. Το κτίριο δεν έχει ασανσέρ όμως το δωμάτιο μας ήταν στον δεύτερο όροφο οπότε δεν υπήρχε πρόβλημα. Την τελευταία μέρα που ήρθαν ένοικοι στα διπλανά διαμερίσματα είχαμε πρόβλημα με το ζεστό νερό. Όμως κατά τα άλλα ήταν όλα υπέροχα. Θα το προτιμούσαμε ξανά.
- Elif (9/5): - Cet hôtel était vraiment très bien situé géographiquement. Il y avait le tram juste en face et, même à pied, beaucoup de lieux étaient à proximité (environ 10 minutes du centre-ville). L’endroit était calme. Les dames de la réception étaient toutes très adorables. Pour le petit-déjeuner, personnellement, c’était la première fois que j’avais affaire à ce système. À notre arrivée, la réception nous a remis un « menu » et le but était de leur indiquer la veille ce que nous souhaitions pour le lendemain. En soi, le principe n’est pas mauvais ; je comprends le côté économique pour eux. Cependant, le problème est qu’il n’y avait pas beaucoup de choix pour les végétariens, par exemple. Nous ne pouvions donc pas vraiment varier les plaisirs. Ensuite, le petit-déjeuner est déposé entre 7 h et 8 h 30 devant la porte de votre chambre. La chambre était exactement comme sur les photos donc pas de surprise à l'arriver, ca fait tjrs plaisir. Nous étions au rez-de-chaussée et nos voisins du dessus étaient assez bruyants. Les murs sont assez fins.

W łazience były włosy na podłodze. W sypialni między materacem a ochraniaczem również było pełno włosów, polecałabym odświeżać również właśnie ochraniacze na materac po każdym wynajmie. :)

Coffee machine I think they should add more pictures for different apartments. My apartment was with balcony, but balcony was very tiny and I didn’t see it in advance. They have many options with much better balconies so that was a bit confusing. They should probably add some extra towels for each stay, as I stayed 3 days 1 big and 1 small towel was not enough. It will be great if the property will provide replace for coffee and sugar, but again I understand that this is an apartment and not a hotel.
- Péter (1/5): Egyik oldalon vonat, a másikon villamos. - ??? Érkezés után meglepődve tapasztaltam, hogy a kapott szoba előtt a szoba magasságában 40-50 méterre közlekedik az intercity. Gyanútlanul kértem egy másik oldalra néző szobát. Megkaptam, az a villamos sínekre nézett. Krakkóban igen fejlett a tömegközlekedés. 2-3 percenként mennek a villamosok. Visító, nyikorgó kerekekkel, zakatolva. Köszi!!! A reggeli pocsék, szatyorban hozták az ajtó elé. A kávéfőző be sem kapcsolt.

- Uwe (5/5): Der Service hätte besser sein können. - Die Sehenswürdigkeiten waren zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war ansprechend geräumig. Am ersten Tag fehlte ein Handtuch, zum Frühstück fehlten einmal Brötchen oder obwohl abgesprochen, wurde das Zimmer nicht einmal gereinigt bzw. der Müll abgeholt. Einen Parkplatz mussten wir uns auch selbst besorgen.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and well-maintained,. As a suggestion for improvement: it would be helpful to have a place in the bathroom to store a toothbrush, toothpaste, and other small items. Also, adding a hanger or a wardrobe for clothes would make the stay more convenient.

Tram 2 minutes from the apartment. Great facilities. Comfy beds. Good shower. Good heating. Floor wasn’t very clean, blinds weren’t the darkest for nighttime.

There were a few things that were not mentioned here, but we were prepared for them from the other comments: - The location of the apartment was different from the location of the reception. The apartment was 3-4mins away from the reception. - The apartment was on the 3rd floor and there was no lift as the building was old. This was not a problem for us, but if you are with a heavy suitcase it might be. - The building was on a main street and there was a tram stop in front of it. During the day you can feel when the tram passes. (Fortunately there is no traffic during the night) On the other hand, there were some things (based on the other comments) that were improved: - The personnel did speak English and it was easy to communicate. - The apartment was heated when we arrived. - When we arrived at the reception they specifically asked us if and when we would like our towels and sheets to be changed. We said that there would be no need, but they did leave us new towels on the 3rd day (and more coffee 😊) - At the reception they assisted with trips to Auschwitz and the Salt Mine. We were there for 4 nights, 2 of them there was no hot water, but only in the evening. I assume there was some accident and it was just bad luck but still it wasn’t very pleasant.

They even accommodated early check in 3 hours before we were meant to. Right next to train station and 10 min walk from old town. Nothing was bad.
