Filip (3/5): Nu recomand! - Nimic. Gălăgie infernală, zici ca lipseau geamurile. Aveai impresia ca dormi pe stradă iar motoarele treceau pe lângă urechea ta. Nu ne-am odihnit nici noi nici copiii. Nu recomand celor care sunt in tranzit iar a doua zi au drum lung. Apartamentul nu are 80mp poate 40 mp . Aici noi nu mai revenim.

Constantin (10/5): Super apartament - Locatia apartamentului este perfectă, aproape de Mare,aproape de restaurante,super pozitionat. Apartamentul curat,bine organizat,mi a plăcut! Daca am sa mai vin in această zonă, cu siguranță aici ma cazez! Nu au fost lucruri care sa nu-mi placă . Doar ca sugestie pentru proprietari,cand aveti turisti ce urmează sa se cazeze la dumneavoastră, in perioada de iarnă, dati drumu la căldură mai devreme, deoarece am tremurat aproape toata noaptea, spre dimineață ne am putut incălzii,cu toate ca centrala a mers !

Това за нас е много важно, защото единия човек, с който пътуваме е трудно подвижен. Чистотата винаги е била на ниво. Комуникацията с домакина е лесна. Следващия път отново ще отседнем тук. Препоръчвам това място и на вас! Трудно се намира място за да си паркирате колата. Това винаги е предизвикателство. Но в крайна сметка и тази и миналата година я оставихме на един платен паркинг, който е в непосредствена близост до офиса, от който се взема ключа. Тарифата за паркинга според мен е доста висока, но ......

Как в сезон не знаю, но в октябре можно найти место, где припарковаться в нескольких сотнях метров от апартаментов. Уважаемый букинг, а можно ввести такое правило для хозяев апартаментов, чтобы они попробовали пожить пару ночей в тех апартаментах, что планируют сдавать? Особенно в Турции. Пусть они попробуют приготовить ужин с тем набором посуды, который предоставляют в пользование. Апартаменты в первую очередь отличаются от отеля наличием кухни, а не названием. Если отбросить эмоции, то минусы такие: Завышенная цена Апартаменты не предназначены для приготовления пищи, несмотря на наличие полноценной кухни. Отсутствие посуды и вытяжки делают приготовление пищи невозможным

Aleksandra (1/5): Shabby apartment - Nothing Place requires full renovation, house equipment in miserable condition, moldy bathroom, scratched floor, dirty walls, stained mattresses, plug sockets hanging off the wall (safety issue), etc. Since day 1 we couldn't close balcony door and requested for fixing it but no one came till last day. Street is pretty loud so thanks to constantly open door we could hear it more. Pictures on booking must have been made very long time ago and are not at all accurate. Also we had reservation for 5, but there was even not enough stools to sit in the kitchen. Owners care just to take money, but not about guests. Worst place I have ever stayed in.

Monika (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment is centrally located. It was clean. Everything is in need of an update, from super uncomfortable bed, worn linens, stained upholstery, holes in the sofa all the way to the bathroom with its moldy ceiling etc. One could keep on counting. The apartment is super crowded too, with the owners trying to maximize the bed space. We only stayed the night, arriving late and leaving early so made do with what it was but for a little bit more money you can stay in a nicer place. There’s no reception and we had to go pick up the keys from another location which luckily wasn’t too far but still not an ideal situation when it’s late and you’re with a baby. Especially that the property knew of our arrival time.

Staff was nice , I could not understand how to unlock the front door at first , so I asked how to open the door couple of times , in spite of that , staff helped me to open the door with pleasure . Reason was that simply the door was just hard , it was own mistake . Only one thing , I reached the hotel location as following google map of booling.com , the front door was locked . Then I did not know where reception was , whereabout should be specified on website rather than room location . So I needed to look for reception , but kind neighbor took me to reception , in the end I found that .

From pier of Çanakkale by walk it is around 4 minute. Just 2 street away from night clubs. We were just with our friends just all we need take some shower and bed that's all. Receptionist was really friendly, all of them both for the morning and for the evening. **BAD INTENDED PROPERTY OWNER** One of our friends has a really close friend in Canakkale. At the check-in, in advanced they warned us about additional person who is forbidden to use the house. They told us, "You are going to accomodate 5 person so it is not going to be allowed for 6.person. We agreed about that. Next, We were in Cunda Island which is 155 Kilometer away from the house. And one of our friend met with his friend by the way they are friend since 2016. Our friend he just visit to hotel to get a permission for the cooking because there is kitchen inside. They said NO it is forbidden. PROPERTY OWNER CALLED ME IN HIS PERSONAL PHONE NUMBER AND HE SAYS; -JUST COME BACK TO HOUSE, GET YOUR BELONGINGS AND YOU ARE NOT GOING TO STAY IN HERE AND ALSO I'M NOT GOING TO GIVE YOU ANY AMOUNT OF REFUND! Also there was some bad words in Turkish but I'm not going to write it in here. We were in there just for 1 day holiday but thanks to him, He just ruined our day. I hope one day, you will learn to say simply "Sorry, we can not help you with that because this is the most simplest and easiest way to make your guest satisfied. Best Regards

Slavcho (7/5): Overall rate - Location, staff, rooms The heating system is in the bedroom and when it heats it begins buzzing and it's kind of loud so it's hard to sleep.
Kremena (9/5): Excellent - The location is very good - near to city center, to the seaside and ferryboat port, shopping areas and many restaurants. The facility is very compact and practical, clean and enough for four guests. There is a little but convenient kitchen. Also little clean bathroom with all necessary. In short, little but with all the comforts for a pleasant stay. The apartment overlooks a street that has almost 24-hour traffic and is a bit noisy.

Carlo (6/5): The size of the apt is great but there are afee things to fix - possibility to use the kitchen. the reception guy was really helpful and responsive the bathroom was worn out, smells coming from the pipes. a/c is only in the living room, so NO a/c in the bedroom and the niche bed. no cleaning was provided. had to ask for more toilet paper
