- Patricio (8/5): - las reservas que se hacen por este medio el hotel le resta importancia al huésped al darle habitaciones que quedan al lado de la autopista y son bulliciosas y cuando uno de les reclama indican que esas son las habitaciones y se desea cambiar le cobran un adicional , muy mal la discriminacion y tuvr que cancelar ese valor para poder descansar

- jfchaves (10/5): People make the difference - An excellent hotel. Room clean. Just in front of the Convention Center, that for me was a plus, since I came to lecture in a congress. All employees make your stay the best one. At restaurant we were lucky to have Adriana, Teresa, Francisco and Tito as host and they want to make that extra mile to make you feel welcome. Good food.

Winkelcentrum met veel restaurants is dichtbij Er zijn luxe hotel extraatjes zoals pool towels in de kamer en eind van de middag cakejes op de kamer. Jammer dat niet goed gekeken wordt met hoeveel personen je op een kamer verblijft. Wij waren met een familie maar hadden maar 2 handdoeken & 2 cakejes. Er zijn maar 2 nachtkastjes en het wasbak putje was kapot (deze is wel op verzoek gemaakt)

El uso de la piscina no está regulado, la gente no usa gorro, no se ducha antes de ingresar, los niños gritan. Alquilan el lugar para fiestas infantiles, con lo cual los huéspedes no podemos usar la piscina. Una de las razones por la que escogimos el Four Points fue precisamente tener piscina y lamentablemente no pudimos disfrutar del área en algunas ocasiones.
