The restaurant closed at 9:00 pm and I arrived at 9:15. Similarly room service ceased at 9pm so couldn’t get anything to eat. Very disappointing.

So, we stayed outside in the rain and were trying to find a taxi. This took some time and was killing the mood. Uncool ending of a nice stay! I expect a more professional approach from the frontdesk to support guest needs.

• seanhansu (10/5): Sean Kim - The staff was very helpful and nice. I wish the gym had barbells or dumbbells for me to exercise. The cleaning crew was very helpful as well. I will definitely come back to stay here when I visit Korea next year.

• SEOYOUNG (8/5): 침구가 너무 편한곳. - 편하게 잘 이용했습니다. 일이 있어서 남편과 4박을 했는데, 들어와서 씻고 새벽에 나가긴했지만 침구가 일단 너무 편했어요. 그리고 지하철 옆인데도 조용했습니다. 저녁으로 호텔 부페를 이용하고 싶었으나 매번 늦게 들어와서 그런가 클로즈 되있었어요. 옆에 디큐브시티가 있어서 식사 이용하는데 문제는 없었습니다. 그런데 샤워부스에 물이 빨리빨리 안빠져서 그게 좀 불편했습니다.청소의 문제는 아니고 배수 시설 자체가 잘못된 듯 합니다. 이거 말고는 불편함이 없었습니다. 주차도 편하고..담에 서울에 일 있으면 또 머물 예정입니다. 가성비 너무 좋은 호텔이였습니다!

• Stephanietravels16 (10/5): Pleasant hotel, close to train station and restaurants - This hotel was a great find. The pricing was good and it was close to the train station, mall, several restaurants. There are 4 languages (Korean, Chinese, Japanese, English) to accommodate a variety of travelers. It was quiet but Saturdays are big days for weddings so the hotel will be crowded then. Beautiful, clean, pleasant. Lots of amenities in the room such as water bottles, soap, comb, shampoos, lotions. My only critique is that the bed was too firm for my comfort.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - 高尺スカイドーム近くでホテルを探していてこちらを利用させていただきました。お部屋も清潔でフロントでの対応もとても丁寧で気持ちよかったです。新道林駅と九老駅のちょうど中間あたりなので、駅からものすごく近いかというとキャリーを持って歩くとそれなりに距離がある印象ですが、高尺からイベント帰りに歩いて帰れる距離だったのはとても便利だったと思います。また近場でイベントがある時に利用させていただきます。

• PTOLogTravel (10/5): Wyndham in Korea - This hotel is located about 30 minutes away from Seoul by train. It is located between 2 train stations, 12 minutes away by walking. The employees are very nice and polite, rooms are clean, free wifi, available small gym, laundry and located a few blocks from a big mall with many restaurants in the area. The location is great, safe and calm.

• Kawi475 (10/5): Wonderful hotel in Seoul - The hotel has modern, wonderful furnishings. The rooms are impeccably clean and well-appointed. The shower is fabulous. The fitness center was perfect for my needs. The hotel is close to D-Cube City shopping center and the Sindorim subway station. The staff is courteous and knowledgable. The entire hotel smells heavenly. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Seoul.
• Happiness48555025727 (10/5): Overall have a good experience for staying in Hotel 4 nights - I have a good experience for staying in Ramada Seoul Sindorim Hotel. The hotel is new and very clean but a bit far from Sindorim Station (10 minutes to walk). It is suitable stay if the weather is not too cold or too hot.
• Sightsee64592517518 (10/5): Great service and location - Great transportation (6018 limousine bus from Incheon International Airport) and Sindorim subway Station approx 10 min.walk (Green Line and Dark Blue Line) Not far from Sheraton D-Cube Hotel. Clean room with good service from all staff.
• Laenie_K (8/5): Clean and Isolated - Ramada Sindorim is pretty quiet on weekdays but gets super busy on the weekends as I believe it is a venue for weddings. The guest rooms are located on the 10th - 12th floor, with a gym and business centre also located on the 10th floor. 2nd to 5th floor are where the function rooms are, so the wait for a lift can be endless. The hotel is in a quiet area, about ten minutes away from subway stations Sindorim, Guro and Dorimcheon. There are a couple of shopping malls within walking distance. The rooms are quite big and very clean. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Bathroom was big and clean, however, there was no water hose near the toilet and the water from the rain shower splashes out of the bathtub and wets the floor. Breakfast spread was good, they had a variety and was appropriately labeled (some with halal indications). The hotel could have scored a 5 if only their staff (both Front Office and F&B) are more friendly and smiles more. Nonetheless, it was a good stay.

• balinas2005 (10/5): Convenience at its best! - We were booked at Ramada Sindorim Hotel in Seoul, Korea on March 11-16, 2018. The room (De Luxe, Two Twin beds) we stayed in was very clean and with reliable wifi connection plus amenities such as bathrobe, ironing board, air cleaner, and a really large LCD! The hotel staff members were very accommodating and friendly. Bottled water is free and you can ask for replacement anytime. They can speak and understand English so there was no problem in terms of communication. The buffet breakfast is good too. The price is reasonable. I would definitely stay here again should I go back to Korea.
