claudia daniela (8/5): Estancia tranquila, para descansar y tener un pie puesto en alhóndiga, al mismo tiempo - Me encantó la ubicación, ya que nosotros fuimos a un evento en la alhóndiga, así que estuvo muy cerca y hay todo lo que se necesita, cerca del hotel, y tambien está cerca de la zona de antros Lo único que no me gustó mucho, fué que en la primera habitación no hay aire acondicionado, aunque había ventilador pero para el calorcito, no era suficiente, de ahi en fuera, creo que todo muy bien

Mi esposo y yo tuvimos una linda estadía, el hotel se encuentra en un punto céntrico de la ciudad en cual puedes salir a caminar y a conocer diferentes puntos turísticos como el callejón del Beso, el Mercado Hidalgo, la Plaza Comercial, Restaurantes y mucho más. El cuarto limpio y la cama cómoda. Recepción estuvo pendiente de nosotros, fueron atentos y amables. Deficiente nos hospedamos en Santa Tita en Nuestra próximas Visita. 😍

Pregunte si tenían escaleras, me dijeron que 3 para llegar a la habitación, omitieron que el hotel está en una segunda planta, así que tenía que subir gradas, generando daño físico, la pregunta la hice hace meses cuando realice la reserva.

Patricio Ignacio (8/5): - Lo único que voy a comentar que les falta ser más estrictos en el aspecto de su reglamento hay huéspedes que no les importa que los demás huéspedes estén descansando porque después de la media noche cuando llegan hablan fuerte y en general hacen bastante ruido si pediría al personal del hotel ser más estrictos y llevar acabó dicho reglamento, gracias de todos los demás no tengo ningún comentario negativo ni del personal ni de las instituciones.

David (3/5): Beyond Disappointed - Location was great and air condition worked well. Everything else. No refrigerator, no hot water, had to ask for toilet paper, small uncomfortable bed with poor quality sheets that we found hairs in, bad lighting and noisy being situated right on the main street.

The price is outrageous for the quality. The listing said that there were two outlets at the bedsides. There was one outlet in the entire room across the room. There was a window but it opened to the hallway. People always walking past. But maybe this was better than the street view that as noisy all night.
