• D (6/5): Missing the little things that make a good weekend - It’s the little things that matter, sadly they were lacking at this place. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, only a side table on one side of the bed in the bedroom. No clock in the bedroom and no dish cloth for the kitchen sink. There was also no pod coffee machine and although there was a French press, there was no supplied coffee. All of this is disappointing considering the price you pay.

It was a very handy location to walk to some very good restaurants, hotels and cafes. We found the property to offer a combination of old world charm and some clean modern facilities.

• Angela (9/5): Superb - It was comfortable, stylish, well equipped. Well located in the centre of this little town and secure. The mattress was very soft, not good to our taste.
• Kerry (10/5): Gem of a place with everything thought of to make your stay easy and very pleasant. - An absolutely beautiful, super clean, well set up place, close to everything. Everything seemed brand new, clean and fresh throughout. Couldn’t think of anything you would need to add. Easy access instructions. We loved it and if ever in this neck of the woods again we would hope to return. Will certainly recommend to others. The bed wasn’t as comfortable for us but it really is a personal preference thing. Took us a bit of working out which driveway to enter but all good once in.

• Kelvin (8/5): It was a good stay. Would recommend but at $250 per night, the experience could be improved - Well positioned in the main st. Great parking out the back. Well appointment with everything one needs. Bed was super comfortable. There were 7 packets of sanitary supplies, 2 shower caps and make up remover. No hand soap for the basin. A soap dish was there, but no soap. Also, there was an issue with the safety switch tripping and it took about an hour to get in contact with the owner. Problem was eventually “fixed” but we couldn’t use the bath because of this issue as the problem affected a pump outside. No discount was offered which was a bit disappointing. Also the Foxtel didn’t work. It would come on but couldn’t select anything.

• Janet (9/5): Thoroughly enjoyed our Rutherglen stay at Bespoke on Main. We'd definitely stay there again. - Great location in main street. Clean and well appointed unit. Free parking. The bed was very soft. The glassware was plastic, including the wine glasses, so we ended up borrowing some from the local wine shop.

We had some trouble finding the parking at the rear of the property, more signage near carpark entrance would be ideal! The property lacked a bit of natural light and main street location did mean some late-night noise but didnt last long.

Great location, right in the centre of main street so a nice easy walk to shops, cafes etc. The hosts were easy to communicate with and you felt safe in the apartment. It would be nice to have a little outside area, but I get that its difficult given its location.

Great size TV The lounge was very uncomfortable. Disappointed there wasn't a token bath bomb for the lovely huge tub. Would have bought one but sadly none of the local shops sold any.

• Emilyn (9/5): Superb - Very nice and comfortable apartment right in the centre of town. Fully furnished and had everything that we needed for our short stay. The only (minor) down side is that we had to make sure that the dishes are washed, dried and put away before check out at 10am. It would have been nice to only needed to have the dishwasher running before we left because it meant that we had a bit more time in the morning at check out. Still this was only a minor inconvenience. Would definitely look to staying here again in future.

• Donna (8/5): We enjoyed 3 days for a family reunion and would definitely recommend ‘Bespoke’ for a comfortable, secure and homey home - location was practical, property was secure and private, on site parking available, amenities comfortable and on trend and supplied everything we needed. dishes were not washed properly and quite unclean when needing to be used, air conditioner was not warm enough on a cold night and in my opinion too small a unite for the size of the property as they have very high roofs. cold air was seeping in from somewhere? Just for future reference, a few booklets regarding use of TV, foxtel and air conditioner would be useful for guests unfamiliar with these appliances.

• Linda (8/5): Lovely home, centrally located, but not the best value for money. - The bath was amazing. Centrally located, booking was easy and good communication. There was no body wash in the shower dispenser. There was only one very small square of soap supplied for us both to use over 2 days, having to remember to move it from bath to shower to vanity basin. There was only 4 coffee sachets for two days. Over our 2 week holiday, staying at many other accommodation settings, this was the most expensive we booked, but it sadly felt very stingy on basic supplies that we would have expected better stocked. We were cycling between towns and having these supplies was important to us to reduce the weight we needed to personally carry.

The apartment is perfection, really well fitted out, decor is lovely and bed linen & towels are luxurious. Check in is made so easy and off street parking is handy. Treat yourself with a stay here! We really enjoyed our stay and have no complaints at all.

• Felicity (10/5): Everything you could want but a tad noisy. - We had no wi-fi when we arrived and Karen could not have been more helpful in having internet reconnected within 24 hours. The place was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable including all you could need in the kitchen. Whilst the location in the middle of town is great do be warned that sitting in the lounge can be very noisy with big trucks rolling through the main street.
