The rooms were spotlessly clean. The breakfast room was spotlessly clean and once again, staff were friendly. A wide range of breakfast choices served to your liking. The staff were really happy in their work, creating a lovely atmosphere. Lots of quirky decor which gave the impression that this is a much loved business 😊 There was nothing not to like.

Jason Wakefield (10/5): Wonderfully clean and pleasant stay! - What a fantastic place! The host was polite and welcoming, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is lovely and quiet so we slept very well. The bathroom was a warm shower and was very clean. We didnt have breakfast during our stay but the breakfast room looked spacious and smelt lovely. The location is very close to pleasure beach (the purpose for our visit) and close to a tram stop but quite far from Blackpool Tower so bare that in mind. Great transport connections though! Free parking on the street. All in all, I would highly recommend We stayed in room 10, a small double room, which is quite small. Comfortable, very well planned out but not much floorspace. Worth baring in mind if you like a more spacious room.

Katie (10/5): - We loved the shower pressure and temperature despite being on the 2nd floor in room 10. The bed was soooooo comfortable. The staff were very friendly and took an interest in you. The food was brilliant and exceptional value. The only slight thing was the size/cosiness of the room whic was snug, but meant the room heated up quickly. We slept really well. Would definitely stay again.

Martyn (10/5): Immaculatey clean hotel - This hotel totally exceeded our expectations. The hotel is absolutely immaculate, everything and everywhere is spotlessly clean. The room are very comfortable and very well equipped, with fridge, safe, spare blankets, tea/coffee etc. I loved the independent heating which we could operate ourselves. We chose a small double which was great value and larger than we imagined. The host is fabulous, warm, friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.

Can't fault it at all for what we paid and parking available across the road, so unlike hotels in the centee of town you will always be handy for your car.

Wyatt (8/5): Good hotel, cheap price - We came for the lytham festival. Our hosts were really informative about the area. The room was on the smaller side, but it was clean and enough for what we needed as we were only staying 2 nights. They had hot chocolate, sewing kit in the room along with bottled water, which we thought was a really nice touch. The location was good. Everything was easy to get to. There is a small bar area and breakfast area, but we didn't use this. The bed was comfy enough. The shower was nice pressure. Overall, the hotel is a great value for money, we will stay again. There wasn't much we didn't like to be honest. They could have done with more plug sockets in the room, but this wasn't a massive issue. One thing I'd like to mention was that on the rules, it stated that you weren't allowed to order takeaways to eat in your room, which i found quite strange. Although we did order them anyway because we didn't read the rules until the day we were leaving but nothing was said to us.

astra-nomical (8/5): Comfortable, friendly place to stay, good value for money. - We were warmly greeted on arrival and shown to our room, which was warm and comfortable. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, a TV and a refrigerator. There was also free WiFi available but we didn't use this. The bathroom had a shower with plenty of hot water and a powerful shower jet, always a bonus. Downstairs was a small bar with a good selection of beer and spirits and lots of memorabilia hung from the ceiling and on every wall. Breakfast was available at additional cost, but we had made plans for the morning so ate breakfast out. There were some sockets next to the bed but they appeared to be blocked off so we could only charge our phones using the socket for the kettle. Sadly the bar was cash only as we would have had a drink in there before going out, but we didn't have much cash, only cards so we had to give it a miss.

Nicole (10/5): Exceptional. - My Fience,his brother and his wife and myself had a lovely stay at the Clifton Court. The staff are friendly and helpful and it was spotlessly clean throughout. The beds were comfy and the breakfast was exceptional. Although we didn't use the bar as we had another engagement to attend, it was charming and well stocked so next time hopefully we'll be able to enjoy their hospitality. I've been to very many hotels and guest houses over the years in Blackpool and this is by far the best. Highly recommend 👌 Nothing.

Woodward (10/5): The best Guest House in Blackpool - Bern in the past. Love the friendly greeting, the warm welcome from Graham the owner. He is a lovely man. Will go out of his way for his guests. Love the rooms. They were spotless. Very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast area is lovely and clean and the food is amazing. Great choice for breakfast. Service is great. Very friendly staff. The pirate themed bar is really nice and very cosy. After a long day it's perfect to relax in. Great selection of drinks. The hotel is in an ideal location just off the main road a stone throw from the The Big One roller coaster in Pleasure Beach. You can see it when you step outside the door. It's far enough away to not be loud. Infact it's in lovely area that's got some hotels and some residential area. So it's fairly laid back. It is a long walk to the Tower.... But there is a tram stop a few minutes walk away and these are fairly frequent and reliable. The Pleasure beach is only a short walk away..... For a fee you can reserve a parking space outside the hotel so your car is safe and sound out front. I will never go to to another hotel in Blackpool again. Once you stay here you always go back. N There is nothing to dislike about this hotel..... Some may say the rooms are small but I say they are just right....

The man who greeted us was really friendly and informed us of a few events going on that we weren’t aware of and made the weekend all the more better. Thank you! Nothing to dislike :)

Dove (10/5): Brilliant hotel. - The staff were amazing and friendly, the facilities were great and it was near the theme park as well. The breakfast was fabulous. It was lovely and friendly. And definitely would come back again. I dislike anything..

Deborah (8/5): Great location - Excellent location and owner very friendly and helpful. Also I was able to get a parking space right outside for £20 which was great. Room was advertised as a small double but it was exceptionally small. Due to it being hot weather while we were there the heat was quite bad in the room. Also unfortunately the bar and restaurant didn’t seem to be open so there wasn’t much atmosphere in the hotel.
Dawn (10/5): Will definitely be staying again in the future - The breakfast was lovely, all cooked well.the coffee was great and great food. The parking was very difficult and had to park down the side road
Frances (8/5): Good, would definitely stay again - We had minimal requirements but all were met, on street parking was available which was my main concern. Also having two beds when sharing with my grown up daughter. Lock on the bathroom door didn’t work.

Elizabeth (10/5): Excellent at the Clifton Court - Everything was great, breakfast perfectly cooked, room.spotless. The only thing I would need next time is a chair in the room as I have arthritis, bit all in all, an enjoyable stay.
